  1. That saying is very true. I find that even when I don't intend to, my family can see me in my characters (the way they're standing, their expressions, etc.).

     

    But I think that artists can only be satisfied in their work when they can relate to it. We always like what we can relate to, and only we know what we love best, so we put some of our characteristics into the drawing. I, for one, find it amusing to see some traits of me in other characters, even characters that I didn't make (Fluttershy, Hiccup from How to Train Your Dragon).

     

    So yes, in short, I find that saying true. :P

  2. Nothing. It's nothing. Just an adrenaline rush, and a mistake. Really.

     

    We all make mistakes, Taka, and we learn from them.

    I'm not gonna play "No, I'm a bigger fool than you!" but I seriously think I've said stupider things than most people. I'm way too naive when it comes to speaking. :/

    That, and mistakes seem to make up my life, so ...

    I just learn and try again, but that's just me.

     

    Hope it all gets better!
