  1. oh man, I am in love! The headgear is amazing, not to mention insanely creative. Normally I'm not a fan of the mask you chose, but on this moc, it enhances the "robotic" feel to it. The sword design is very creative, although it was TOTALLY unexpected. The robotic arm is cool, but looks like it could be fleshed out a bit more. I love the custom torso, no complaints there, but I don't like the use of the mata skulls on the legs. The stars feet and the vahki legs both fit this creation. All in all, nice job!9.5/10
  2. Thanks! Yep, it's a last minute excuse, and I am AMAZING at coming up with those
  3. This is a Dune Buggy. It's designed for fast movement over desert terrains. It also has two big engines.BottomBackSo, yeah. A pretty simple Moc.Oh, and I know the sides have holes. I had a way cooler Moc at the time that sadly I did not get pictures of and it used all my non-holed beams. so, here is my last minute excuse for the holes: The desert the buggy is designed for has harsh winds, and the winds frequently pick up sand grains. these grains contain trace elements of metal. This wind often blows sand into these holes (relax, there is a thin layer of glass protecting the pilot and the interior). So, at the end of the day, once the buggy has been brought back to base and the human pilot left the vehicle, the buggy is picked up and shaken to dislodge all the sand within the holes, which is then melted down into metal. Comments and criticism appreciated!
  4. i agree with "knuckles chaotix." all that is coming up is a "posted image" thing. Maybe brickshelf, flickr, etc?
  5. Cool tank. I love the cannon, and the body design is amazing. What is this WWIII contest anywhere? where can I enter?
  6. I like it, but it seems detrimental to include it on Kopaka Nuva, which, incidentally includes a built-in scope. thus, the iron sight (i assume its an iron sight) on the rifle looks useless. cool, but useless. Other than that, no complaints! I think it looks nice!
  7. Who cares what his name is? he looks cool, and that's good enough for me! The matoran's staff is very nice (not to mention creative), and I especially like that cleaner bristle on top. The matoran's body is not so hot though. I think that it bulges out way too much, though from the front this is not a problem. Overall though, good job!
  8. Man oh man I have GOT to get my hands on Rocka's trans-green Thornax launcher. IMO, the heroes look better than the villains. Some of the Heroes (Rocka...) look WAY too bulked up; they could do with a shedding of unnecessary piecesThe villains this time just don't look good at all.
  9. I have to say, all are impressive, but Trunx has stuck in my mind the entire time this contest, so I must vote for him. the serpent was also really nice, and would have been my second vote, but Trunx definitely gets my vote.
  10. sigh...yet another great Moc that I feel obliged to comment on... THE BUILD:the build is pretty neat. From what I can tell, it seems mostly Inika style, but you has a few customized limbs. The armoring is done very nicely, but yes, the Mata heads near his feet do make him look weird. I like how you attached Mata heads next to his head; those look really nice. The Chest armoring is cool. WEAPONS:His mace (is that a mace?) is AWESOME, and it looks nicely weighted. The use of the Phantoka head visor-thingies to create spikes is nice; good job there. His shield, on the other hand, is rather disappointing in my eyes. It looks cool, but seems to be a bit small. OVERALL THOUGHTSOverall, you did a very good job. I would suggest enlarging the shield, removing the Mata heads near the feet, but other than that, keep up the good work! Rating: 9/10
  11. Wow. I use Inika Builds a lot, but never in my dreams did I think I could do something like this! this model is amazing!I like the axe; looks big and powerful. However, my only complaint is that it seems to be more ceremonial than actually useful. The head looks WAY too weighted. Other than that, the axe is way cool! The build you used is also nice, you turned a rather ###### Inika build into something amazing. I wish LEGO could do this. The Golem looks buff and armored, and I noticed you don't really use blue and red pins, so that's a plus. The color scheme is also nice, and you managed to extend it to the weapon too, always a plus. Overall, Great Job! Rating: 9.5/10
  12. wait...i thought the hero factory contest ended the day the forums went down... i'll have to check... Anyway, this an amazing Moc! I like the head; it's done very nicely, the way you used the Stars foot to add to the top. Great job on the tail; my only complaint is that the pincers at the end look slightly...um...large for this creation. I think I understand why the cores are included even though they clash...is it because it's a "core" dragon??
  13. Cool! I like the limbs and the "trunx." The only flaw i can see is that the body is slightly rougher than the smooth limbs; not sure if this is intentional or not. Other than that, great job!
