Arzaki

Yesterday, after I posted this, I did get some images off of BS01, and erased all that background stuff on them. I have yet to make sprites for characters at the moment, though. The mines were actually the side dungeon, and a friend of mine who tested it told me about the dragon. I fixed up the farming thing. The reason why there was no teleporter or anything was partially because I had no idea how to do stuff like that at the time. The swords will have some sort of ability eventually, but at the moment, the only "special ability" about appears after the Kane-Ra cave. I probably should add some indication that the exit to the Magnar Plains is at the bottom of the village, and that's how you progress the plot. I'm hoping that the next time I post a new download here, there will be more bionicle looking sprites. Anyway, thanks for trying it out LE EDIT: I updated the demo a bit. Mostly just a graphical update, but I do use new music. The graphics for just about every enemy is new, except for the slimes and bats. I also fixed a few bugs. You can no longer farm the Ember dragon, and nothing tells you to use water spheres on it anymore, though you still should. I also added a chest in it's room, as well a warp crystal so you can get out easier. And, of course, I added a few screenies to the main post.

Then again, you ARE Chro, so I shouldn't be surprised The extra little arms confused me for a minute, until I realized Brutaka also had those and he's Brutaka's species. I do like the trans-orange with black, which does have a bit of a Halloween vibe, and the littles bits of white balance it a bit, which I like. Especially that spine. Me gusta spine. The flail thing looks a bit odd, but I assume it got broken by the visorak or something. Creative spike ball thingy. I like.

THE TALE OF ARZAKI Well, I've wanted to make this game for.... well... years? A long time. I've had the idea for a long, long time, but the storyline and whatnot has changed a lot since I first came up with it. Anyway, this game is based off my epic, The Tale of Arzaki, that got deleted when the forum got hacked. The storyline and stuff is a bit different from the epic, but you can't get it exact with a game. At the moment, the download is just a demo with a bit less than 20 minutes of gameplay, I would say. It does need polishing, however, and I'm sure it has a few bugs. I made the game with RPGMaker VX Ace, and it uses the default sprites and sounds and stuff. It will eventually have custom sprites, and possibly custom music. In the demo, there is currently one side-dungeon and one storyline dungeon. Both can accessed as of now, and both are really short. There are three bosses, all of which are easy. If you're one of the, oh, 4 people who read my epic, the Kane-Ra fight is a bit boring and just a plain time-waster, but I didn't know what else to do. Well, this topic is/was a bit dead, but I'm going to order about 5 or 6 sprites soon. Be warned, I need them 99% accurate, so I'll be nit-picking a lot. Don't think that my nit-picking is my way of telling you that you're not good at spriting or anything, because that's not the case at all. Your spriting and whatnot is brilliant. Also, as well as ordering some things, I might have you change my avatar sprite a bit. Just warning you.

Dude, no new studio-released film is gonna be on YouTube (at least for long). It's hard to find TV shows on there, let alone movies. I suppose you do have a point....

Well, I'll probably wait until someone puts the movie on youtube to watch it, but it'll probably give everyone some lols. Going to give me quite a few lols, that's for sure.

Well, changes from within 2 months ago are gone, but you still have the most recent download, right? Also, this wouldn't technically be revival, would it?

Well, great. Just a few days ago I decided to work on my epic again, and I find out there was a security breach. Now the forums are back online, and I find my epic is gone. Great. Well, I suppose I should be glad I hardly did anything on it. I suppose it shouldn't take too long to re-write 4 chapters. I was going to lash out at the admins and stuff, but after reading the posts here, I've calmed down a bit, and I understand it wasn't really your fault. Of course, backups monthly or even weekly would be nice.

Will the Barraki be added to the mansion? Or did they die in a previous comedy?

This is going to be the first multiplayer Bionicle-based game ever, right? I don't think LEGO made any official multiplayer Bionicle games.

So I assume BH music will be present for quite a while, then?

There a almost surely copyright issues... Music laws are incredibly convoluted and don't make much sense... Then how did the BioMedia project get hold of Bionicle Heroes music?

I think I remember someone saying to add different boss music earlier. Well, I think you should use some music from Shadow of the Colossus. If there aren't any copyright issues and stuff, that is. That game has awesome music.

I would love to see Mask of Life era movies. I always was sad that there was no 2006 movie, and was waiting to hear about one for quite some time. A 2007 movie would have been pretty cool as well, I think. They would probably screw up the Barraki, but still.

It would be harder for hunger rahkshi to obliterate everything. If the player is a hunger rahkshi, and you see a player with a pakari, you likely just shoot s hunger beam or whatever. Turns out that pakari user actually has a hau, and your rahkshi is now less dominant.

Ummm... fishers64 is a girl. There's nothing contradictory about that at all.But I also don't think that made MNOGII seem particularly girly myself. Maybe I just interpreted "charms" differently. Well, this is the internet. Most people on the internet assume others are male unless they have pigtails or something. I also thought fishers was male because I don't think many girls don't like a game for being girly. But I'm a guy, soo....

I find it amusing that you say crystals are girly, yet you have translucent stones, sort of crystals, in your sig. Yes I know amethysts are gems, but still, amethysts are used in jewelry.
