"Tether" is soooo good

I'm listen to "By the Throat" right now. "Tether" was good, some my other favorites are "The Mother We Share", "Lies", and "Night Sky". Such a great album!

Ok, right now I'm thinking about using Risk Revised rules with the 5 turn limit from Risk: 2210, the faction abilities from Risk Legacy and all played on a 24 territory MU map.

I like it. This could be fun. I'm game for this game.

I (more or less) have the rules written up, so I should have the topic up in a week or so. Here's the (admittedly shoddy) game board:

Woah sweet sweetness... I used to do that with my Risk game with my bros... one would be the Bohrok swarm and seek to destroy the earth, one was the Barraki and go for conquest, and the other would be Sidorak and the Visorak horde (basically because those were the sets we had at the time haha and they were the most visible armies). Twas great fun, though the Bohrok won more often than not lol. But yeah.... you've got a pretty good thing going there haha

Well, I own a Lord of the Rings copy of Risk... and it looks more like a piece of the MU continents than the Earth map does so it worked better than normal risk, and we had just gotten the Barraki, and we were like "what use are these warlords if they can't conquer? Sooooo one thing led to another lol

Normally, just major historical anniversaries. In fact, I still need to put all the WW 1 centennials on my calender; I should probably do that soon.

I actually just wrote that as a "cryptic" hint to tell everyone what TV show I've been watching lately. Anyway, I'm not too impressed by all the evidence put forward for most cryptids, but I'm sure that we don't know about every creature out there in the world, so anythings possible.

Oh really. What show would that be?

"Lost Tapes" an episodic horror/thriller show, shot in a "mockumentary" style, which ran for 3 seasons on Animal Planet. If your looking for a good scare, want to learn(a little)about crytpid and paranormal creatures, and are old enough (I think it aired with a TV-14 rating) I'd recommend it.

That hasn't stopped me for playing it though.

I can't filter tags when I'm in unread content and when I click on "insert image from URL" I never get past the loading box; in addition to just being super laggy in general.  I get that that last one probably has more to do with my computer and/or internet connection, but at least old BZPower was only laggy sometimes.

I tried a live RPG version the other day, with the Sonic Islanders warring against the Gravity Lords, Plantlife People, and Lightning Folk. Of course, once someone invented the gun it devolved into the Civil War with, "Give them the bayonet!" Becoming the phrase of the day and bending powers being largely forgotten. Gravity being the exception, cause gravity > bullets.
