  1. Tbh, genders shouldn't/don't effect a story. Sure, there's some feminism to be had when it comes to a 'strong, diverse, female character', but the same could be said for the antithesis.
  2. I tried to, but only Premier Members are allowed to publish them.
  3. Wouldn't mind it. A female On(y)ua would be cool.
  4. Something wrong. There was supposed to be a pole here...Ugh.
  5. I made this since no one else in this topic didn't. Dunno if I should be worried or not. Hopefully I made this correctly. Edit: Where's the pole?????????
  6. If you want to, go ahead. The only reason why it hasn't already is because of our good old friend, the bystander effect. Will it count as a dupe topic?
  7. How about I just create the pole, then? What's all the fuss?
  8. Ditto. I just wished Lego just continued the Roboriders/Throwbots lines alongside Bionicle, but that would've cannibalized sales. Especially back then.
  9. Does anyone by chance have any of those promotional Roboriders polybags opened or sealed? Didn't feel like creating a topic.
  10. I'm honestly think Roboriders look cooler than Throwbots, tbh. I just bid on a set of 4 Roboriders online, so hopefully I win that. But my dang pre-paid debit card keeps messing up.
  11. Sticking with the 'drained masks/corrupted masks' theory, does that mean there's a chance the Toa get new masks or 'fixed' masks that get changed by Ekimu to restore their elemental powers?
  12. '09, '10, and '05. Not a lot of innovation went into those year with the sets, but I love their respective stories though.
  13. Should I get Witcher 3, even though I haven't played 1 or 2?
  14. Isn't that what they did with the new builds? Especially LoSS.
  15. No, I'm excited for all of them. That's why I'm getting all of 'em.
  16. I have to agree with this point lol And Slizers were successful, but as previously stated, Lego had already planned Roboriders before they realized how well Slizer was doing. Roboriders weren't a fail, but if memory serves me correctly, I think Slizers were still more successful than Roboriders which is why VooDoo Heads were developed (a return to technic figures rather than vehicle characters) and then later transformed into Bionicle and then the rest is history. What Slizer had was cool robotic creatures with functions and then Bionicle capitalized on the success of that idea with a fully developed story and mass marketing. Hm, so it all came down to marketing and story? Dang. Makes me wonder what if Lego gave Throwbots the same treatment.
  17. Was it the wrong time? Did Lego not put enough 'effort' into marketing those lines, compared to Bionicle? Or was it just purely the aesthetics?
  18. Dang, Munty. Where do you find all these rare and unique items?!
  19. trans neon green The artist who did the animations just decided they should be different from the actual set.
