When All Else Fails, Put A Roller Coaster Inside What's Expected

Inside our brand new ferris wheel lies... a roller coaster? A two-car train travels along the inside of the ferris wheel at speeds previously thought... er... possible. And the weird thing is, we weren't actually planning to put this thing in the ferris wheel. The construction teams got confused and accidentally cooperated with each other to create this... thing.

Curved text is also really hard in the program I'm using (paint.NET) so I'll have to figure out how to fix that up. Give me a few days, I'll see if I can get this done.

I have a scratched-up but still intact Kakama Phantoka, a Noble Avsa, and the golden 2010 STARS Hau, if you're interested. I'm looking at the Hunas, but if you're interested in parting with the Mahikis, I'd be interested.

Actually, Windrider, I always assumed that the rides don't actually start working until the following month, and are constructed in the current month, i.e. if I build a ride in April, it won't start until May. So, the challenge still works.

Makuta is a good guy, Ekimu is bad. Ekimu abused his power of Creation and was slowly becoming more tyrannical. Makuta, fearing his brother's power, created a mask that would allow him to defeat Ekimu and save Okoto. It back-fired, and the destruction Makuta caused while under the control of the MoUP and Ekimu's victory over him led to the current story. Remember, history is written by the victors.

Also, the MoUP will become a separate entity, independent of Makuta, and declare itself either Mata Nui or Karzahni.

The Wii U was competitive! They probably just weren't expecting the X1 and PS4 to come out so soon. I reason Nintendo thought they'd have a few years before they'd face any real competition.

See, if Nintendo goes the Steam Machine route and creates what amounts to a gaming PC with their own twist on it, they won't have to worry about third-party support because they'll already have it by being a PC.

 

The problem I see is that it doesn't look much different from any other Lego game.

Well, that's because the formula LEGO's cooked up for its games are already very well honed. It's been tested and gradually changed over many years now, so they know what they're doing. Why would they bring in a new gameplay system when the one they already have is tested and top-notch?

 

No, it's because Lego is trying to pull an Activision on us. Think about it; they're doing the exact same thing CoD does. They refuse to change and instead pump out what seems to be the same game every. single. time.

This would be fine if you like the Lego games, but I have despised them since Lego Star Wars II.

THE SPINNY THING

Have a ball in The Spinny Thing. Six large containers surrounding a large wheel that spinning faster and faster. The six spherical containers each hold one person, and can spin on their own like a gyroscope. The constant motion in all directions will surely loosen your lunch and rattle your head! WARNING: Not intended for Okotoans under 13. Park not responsible for loss of property or loss of life.

I think that Ekimu and Makuta are either the remnants of a seventh lost tribe, or simply much stronger versions of normal villagers. Ekimu is either Ice or Water, and Makuta is Earth.

PS3 made the 360 look like a (high-end) graphing calculator, but it's a pain in the butt to make games for.

 

So Nintendo's not gonna put any more Game Boy games on the 3DS VC. If I hadn't already lost my faith in Nintendo's business strategy, I'd be losing my faith in their business strategy right about now.

I don't see the issue, considering we still have no clue what the NX actually is, and we're long overdue for the next 3DS iteration.

 

IDK... The Wii U's not doing too well. Nintendo might try going the Steam Machine route and creating an affordable gaming PC, but one that also has support for Wii and Wii U games. They could then more easily appeal to the strategy/simulation and FPS markets.
