    You tried to climb down safely, but the rock you were using as a handhold broke off, you fell. You landed on the cavern floor.

    So basically the reason why I haven't updated is because I couldn't figure out how to draw Sumaka jumping into one of those cracks in the ground...you're actually standing on top of the village, the cracks are the spaces between buildings, buildings are carved into the canyon walls. Continue as if you'd seen that in a normal update.

    I'm not entirely sure, but I'm fairly certain the cybertronian healing process when it comes to external wounds is similar to that of humans, whereas with their internals being mostly organs, any internal wounds require an organ transplant. So yes, external wounds heal quicker.
