  1. Ah, ok. I got ya. I was wondering why Parugi posted it like that. Maybe the grass there just isn't as tall? I don't know. It's hard to keep things straight when details are written seperately and inaccurately. Now, where in the world did my spell check go? :P

  2. For the Arena, I know that Eltihes and Alan didn't have any trouble seeing each other, nor anyone else. It's just that I had Draxion land in tall grass. So, Blade, I think Kairan's would be able to easily see them. I'm just saying. There's nothing wrong with your post.

  3. OOC: Swerv and Elithes are actually close to the mouth of a cave, but not in it. In fact, they are right next to large blocks of Elithes' special ice. IC / The Arena / With Elithes: Swerv looked the Matoran up and down. If he had a mouth, he would have smirked. Instead, he could only say, “I’ve definitely seen you worse.” With a loud pop, Swerv finally fixed the large dent in his knee. As he got to his feet, he chuckled. “Like at the end of the Night Run.” Swerv tapped one of his eyes and collected his weapons with the other, “You definitely look fit for a fight. You’re not missing any body parts.” IC / The Infirmary / Next to Alan: Draxion did not hear Alan as he lay there. He even missed Kaelen coming in. Although then a Toa came over with a Kanoka disk. The Toa laid his hand on Draxion and used his Quick Healing, then lifted up the Kanoka and brought it down on Draxion’s chest. As the Toa walked away, after checking the Rahkshi’s weapons, Draxion’s armor began to mend itself until it was back to normal. Now he was healed, if still unconscious. IC / South District / At the Lowest Tip: Older Brother stared south out to where he knew three small islands rested. A flying tank, almost, had gone in their direction. What was it doing over there? Brother, at the moment, was not sure if he cared to find out. Although he didn’t know where to go next at the moment. IC / South District / Far Behind: Waiter knew he was never going to catch Delta 51 at this rate. Instead, he should have slipped a tracking device on them or something of the sort. The Toa shook his head. He sure hoped they weren’t up to something major. But having nothing else to do, he continued South.

  4. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion rolled his eyes as the Toa sent another lightning bolt at him. Didn’t the Toa know that he was better than most at taking hits fro… Draxion screamed in pain as the bolt struck him, channeled though the sword stuck in his body, and into his “bone”. The Rahkshi shook visibly, smoking and trying to endure the hit. He couldn’t even offer a final counter move; his mind was in too much pain. Unconscious, his knees gave out, and twisting, fell to the ground. A second later, he was teleported to the infirmary, and all that was left was Kairan’s sword, lying in the midst of smoke in the grass. OOC: Wow, nice counter move, even if you didn't intend it to be so effective. I didn't even think of that until I started to write a response.

  5. Lol, I don't even know what to do with Waiter and Brother, although both of them are free to move around. :P As for Swerv, I guess I could IC that Elithes finally shows up, but I don't know if that would be considered controlling another's character, even however slight it is. Meh, you'll find something to do soon, I'm sure.

  6. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion tried to jump back, but the tip of the sword swung right into his upper left chest armor. It sliced through and embedded itself in the armor. Draxion cried out in pain as the very tip of the sword penetrated the “bone” inside of his armor. The Rahkshi was not used to feeling this kind of pain, even though it was on the lighter side. The only plus in this situation was that, for a moment, Kairan’s sword was wedged in Draxion. Taking advantage of this, Draxion created the illusion that he was swinging both of his staff ends, from either side, toward the Toa of Lightning’s head, when at the same time he was actually swinging his buzz-saws up underneath Kairan’s arms and towards his chest. To the Toa, it probably looked like Draxion had four arms, with a sword sticking out of his chest. As he swung, Draxion grunted in pain as his movement caused the sword to move in his “bone” wound.

  7. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Kairan’s elbow cracked against Draxion’s head, denting the armor there, and he took a few steps back. The Rahkshi shook his head to clear it. What was with the Toa and using unexpected attacks? A sword he could dodge, but sudden, quick attacks by body parts were something different. And how could Kairan see him coming? It was then that he realized his illusion must have slipped. When did that happen? He was trying to think of what to do next when Kairan moved again.

  8. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion grunted, not expecting Kairan to kick like that. Foot hit armor and the Rahkshi unknowingly lowered his illusion. He should definitely be more careful when attacking enemies. It seemed he would be outmatched in a battle of lightning, so that wouldn’t work, but was he good enough with his staff to not get sliced in half? Hoping he was, Draxion stepped forward, deactivated his staff, and swung both his staff ends outwards in towards Kairan’s chest.

  9. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion heard and saw Kairan coming this time. The Rahkshi easily rolled to the right, still in his illusion. He sprung to his feet and activated his buzz-saws, slashing down at Kairan’s left shoulder with a right to left diagonal attack. His concentration on the fog was forgotten and it lifted as fast as it had appeared.

  10. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion did not move, instead, he focused on covering himself with an illusion of the grass around him as it moved and twisted. Once cloaked, he realized he needed to stop his revving buzz-saws and quickly let them stop spinning. Crouching down, still in his illusion, he started to listen.

  11. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion was ready this time, although when the lightning struck it made him stagger back and almost fall. He quickly regained his senses and pulled in a dense fog. Hopefully that would give him time to come up with a plan in the thick grass, although he still reeked of scorched armor.

  12. OOC: Lol, I just said the stealth thing to make a funny that Draxion wasn't even listening. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion barely parried the blow to his right but quickly followed up with an upwards slash aimed to hit Kairan’s right hip and travel up to his left shoulder. He was finally regaining his senses. The roar of his buzz-saws helped him along.

  13. IC / The Arena / Close to Elithes: Swerv nodded to Elithes, and then realized the Matoran couldn’t see that gesture over the Team Crest. The robot shook his head and replied, “Ok then,” and went back to work on his knee. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: This thing is, when you go over to someone, you don’t normally try your best to be stealthy. So, with the swishing of tall grass and the thud of footsteps, Kairan’s position could be clearly known. Unfortunately, Draxion still wasn’t thinking clearly, and wasn’t exactly listening. Still, he did see Kairan coming towards him out of the corner of his eye, so that gave him some hint. The golden Rahkshi tried to dodge the blow by twisting away, but Kairan still slashed the front of his chest. Thank goodness he was mostly armor and did not feel that, it looked as if it would really have hurt. As he stumbled back a few steps, he activated his staff from his two staff ends and revved up the buzz-saws.

  14. IC / The Arena / Close to Elithes:Swerv’s attention was brought back to the battle as his Team Crest crackled to life and Elithes said, “Alan is taken care of.” The Matoran paused and then asked, “Vhat about zhe ozhers?”The yellow robot growled at his knee and answered Elithes, “I was also chasing Alan, so I don’t know about the others. Right now my legs are only functional. I have no agility right now. In fact, I’m right where your fight with Alan started, letting my auto repair systems get some extra power.”IC / The Arena / Laying Down on the Job (Fighting Kairan): Draxion took in a deep breath and got to his feet. Being a Rahkshi of Weather Control, he was actually struck by lightning way more than he liked, and had built up a sort of immunity to it. So while he looked pretty bad, he was less damaged than he let on. But still, he was confused, and all of his illusion clones were still laying on the ground…

  15. OOC: Ah, yes. It's good to be back. IC / The Arena / Close to Elithes: Swerv sat alone, because Elithes’ fight with Alan seemed to have moved away. For some strange reason, he felt that he had had a long time to think, and had ultimately decided to stay put and give his auto repair systems extra power. Actually, what that meant was that he was physically trying to remove the movement hindering dent to his knee. Alan had gotten him pretty good, if fact, both of his legs seemed to be in bad condition. At least since he was a robot, he could run his detection program while still trying to fix his knee. Normally, he could not be snuck up on, which was a nice trait to have. IC / The Arena / Fighting Kairan: Draxion held back a groan. That did not feel good. Not at all. He shifted, testing out his armor, his illusion clones following his movements. A few of them shifted out of focus and appeared somewhere else. But Draxion didn’t think to cover up the small amount of smoke that floated up, and he wasn’t able to hide the horrid smell yet with an olfactory illusion.

  16. Username: Kal the GuardianName: Swerv (Real Name: Syrifar. Formally known as Agony)Faction: Civilian; Day RunSpecies: Robot (Formerly Swervarian Toa of Stone/Diamond (Swervarian Toa are known for their sometimes strange but always more powerful elemental abilities))Gender: MaleDescription: Swerv is all yellow with a light blue head. His armored points include: his shoulders and upper arms, his upper chest and back, his hips, and then from his knees down. He has an Energy Hound skull on his left shoulder, its eyes glowing an eerie red. He has two small swords on his right shoulder, Hewkii Mahri style. He has a cable running from his neck to a generator box on his right shoulder. From there, two cables can connect to all three of his main weapons to improve accuracy and power them. His eyes are red behind a yellow casing; they’re tube like, tapering off to a point in the back, giving him a unique, wide range of vision (Backwards Bohrok eyes that can see from everywhere on the piece). Since the Night Run, and finding his friends, he has become his old self in spirit. He has a good outlook on most things that seem straight forward, but is very weary of things that aren’t as they should be.Equipment: Swerv has a Cordak Blaster (With six extra Cordak able to be stored on his body) that, when emptied, can blast either an electrical or EMP ball of energy inside a magnetic sphere, an electrical staff that deals electricity and can project a sphere of electricity, and a magnetic shield that can repel and attract metallic objects. He also has two smaller swords and various equipment built into him (Radio broadcaster, stuff like that).Since the Night Run, he has also added upgrades to himself. His body has been hardened to withstand more attacks. His appendage movements also have been increased. His body now has grooves in it to carry various grenades and things of the like. Grenades are yet to be made after he used his last batch. And he has established a defense code for when he leaves his body prone.-Update: Swerv's staff, shaped like Takanuva's, has two boxes on either end that throw a glob of energy that expands into ice when it hits something or just fires ice out in a beam. It does have a cool down period if used too much at once.Mask: Swerv has no mask.Powers: Swerv is an expert hacker and technician. Given anything with pure circuitry, and he can insert himself into it by way of a purple mist that is his essence, leaving his body prone. As for physical abilities, he naturally has incredible aim and accuracy. His strength is that of a normal being, but his agility has been amplified. He is also able to use (Not like a Toa, simply upgrades to his body) electricity, magnetism, and EMP bursts.Vehicle: Swerv’s vehicle, named Unpredictable, has two wheels, motorcycle style. It has a roll cage and is proficiently armored. It also has four legs of considerable length compared to the vehicle that can fold out at a moment’s notice. They have a wide range of maneuverability and speed and strength. It has two main guns: a giant laser set to maim, not destroy, at the front of it, and a smaller cannon that fires blue bolts of Electro Magnetic Pulses that rotates on top. It has an onboard computer that Swerv can access using his two cables. When doing so, everything is increased in ability. The Unpredictable, after a year away from the Night Run, has seen some upgrades. The main upgrade being a watered down AI of Swerv and Illuxio’s making. This AI, named Agony (For some reason), has moderate personality and is mostly constructed to keep the Unpredictable safe. Another upgrade is the waterproofing of the cockpit and an hour’s air supply. A prototype device can suck the air from the water, but not at a rate to sustain life for an extended period of time.Biography: Hailing from the Island of Avoidance, or Swerv (For which all Toa that leave that Island tend to call themselves), Syrifar has had quite a unique adventure of a life so far. After events yet unknown, he left his Island and after a short while of traveling, found himself in the Tournament of Shadows. While there, he was killed. Or at least, that’s what appeared to happen to his teammates at the time (Tarugo, Valen, and *Bleh, I still have to look it up*). In reality, he had managed to turn his body into stone using a technique Cragite had taught him. Normally, he didn’t have the mental strength, but being near death and being pumped full of adrenaline can do amazing things.Unfortunately, he became, to all appearances, a palm sized Toa stone of purple color. In that state, he had no control over his element of stone, but his mental powers had suddenly emerged, possibly due to the mask of mind control that he had worn. This losing of his stone powers was almost too much for him, and as time went on, the pain of not being able to change back would intensify. Meanwhile, using his newfound mental powers, Syrifar was able to get a bird to pick him up and fly him towards an unknown island.Upon landing on that island and waiting for almost month, Syrifar found himself in an experience that would come to be known as the Playground Myth, or the Playground, for short. But he had finally found Vronx, another Swervarian Toa turned assassin that had left the Island of Avoidance before Syrifar had. Using the help of Vronx, Srizz, and Krener, they all escaped the Mother Tree’s Island trap and headed off, barely managing not to kill each other.A few months after that, in a fit of severe agony, Syrifar shattered the stone he had become, and instead became a purple mist that instinctually entered a nearby, downed robot. With this shattering had come a memory wipe. Syrifar, who had dubbed himself Agony for reasons unknown to him at the time, had lost all memory of his former life. Upgrading himself as he went along, as well as creating various versions of the vehicle that would become the Unpredictable, Syrifar finally found himself in Night Ride, the actual tournament called Night Run.While there, Syrifar encountered Draxion, who turned out to be a friend of one of his friends. After many strange and confidential events, Draxion helped open Syrifar’s mind, and he was Agony no more. He had remembered everything back to when he had first entered the Tournament of Shadows. Proud with those memories, and glad to have made new friends out of Elithes, Illuxio, Gallum, and somewhat Ilun (Not sure if she was named Ilun XD), he found himself on Stelt. What follows this could only be explained as: Epic. Well, in an epic. And considering that epic isn’t finished, I don’t know what exactly happens yet.But after helping, of course with Draxion, Elithes, and Illuxio by his side, make sure the Day Run got safely set up on Kai-Nam and missing the first contest for yet unknown reasons, Syrifar found himself with a personal invitation by Kerid to join the next Day Run Tournament. Now, traveling back to Kai-Nam with Draxion, Syrifar can’t wait to see Elithes and Illuxio again. And who knows, this tournament might be just as exciting as the Tournament of Shadows and the Night Run. Syrifar can’t wait to find out.Username: Kal the GuardianName: DraxionFaction: Civilian; Day RunSpecies: Swervarian Rahkshi (An upgraded form of Rahkshi that is granted a second power in its left arm. The only downside is that his armor has “bone” that can get hurt)Gender: MaleDescription: Draxion is Gold in color, with a mix of Gold, Tan, and Blue in his left arm. His spikes are sleek, with a single, rectangular, rounded hole in them. After finding Swerv and his master Garett, Draxion’s mood has gone from gloomy to glad. He is now fun to be around and is hasty to get things done.Equipment: His staff ends are buzz-saws. When in (Super Godly) staff mode, the buzz-saws can fold up, creating a spear. Draxion also has a small laser pistol hidden on him, just in case.Mask: Draxion has the mask of Night (Kanohi Nox), which he cannot use. But he keeps it around anyway. He ripped the mask off of Jaeda before she disappeared at the end of Night Ride.Powers: Weather Control, with his left arm providing him Illusion.Vehicle: Draxion’s hoverboard, after meeting with Swerv, can no longer be called that. It is now more of a hovering motorcycle. This bike has a moderate energy shield and a large propulsion system. There is a closable canopy that has a mounted laser cannon attached to the top.Biography: Draxion, after submitting to his more primal urges, lost his link to his past. Everything has become hazy, and he can’t remember specifics. He only knew that he wanted his friends back again. When he entered the Night Run, just that happened. Finding Swerv was his link back into the world he lost. Now, with new and old friends, he happily follows Swerv wherever the robot goes. Not to mention Gallum has helped him with his newfound Illusion powers. Draxion is happy to enter the Day Run and see some old faces again.Username: Kal the GuardianName: Known only as the Older BrotherFaction: Civilian with a vengeanceSpecies: Swervarian Rahkshi (An upgraded form of Rahkshi that is granted a second power in its left arm. The only downside is that his armor has “bone” that can get hurt. Unfortunately, he has tried to no avail to figure out if he has a second power or not)Gender: MaleDescription: Older Brother is all black, with red hands and feet. His spikes are like Panrahk’s spikes. He can almost always be seen wearing a hooded cloak. He is on Kai-Nam for one reason, revenge. He is not in a good mood, and looks down on almost everyone. Perhaps his attitude will change in time.Equipment: His staff ends are in the form of Panrahk’s, except that they will absorb any elemental blast they come in contact with. Unfortunately, they do not add any power, nor can they redirect the blasts; they simply absorb and nullify the blasts. He also carries with him a normal looking sword that stays within a scabbard at his waist.Mask: NonePowers: Shadow, and perhaps one more, but he has never been able to activate it. Er, um, and his mind is closed up like a clam at the bottom of an ocean in an alternate universe where clams don’t open. Ever. At all. (As in no one can touch his mind or try to manipulate it) Not sure if that should go in with his powers or whatnot.-Update: As a reward, Brother's power is effectively doubled, perhaps bringing it up to what it would normally be were he not in an RPG. This includes his endurance for using the power over a longer period of time.Vehicle: As of yet, none.Biography: Rejecting his father (A Makuta of course) after his father pushed out his moral dark, this Rahkshi has moved on to more dark and meddlesome things. Like the various times he has kidnapped and indoctrinated/mind washed several of his father’s later sons. And also how the large shady corporation he helps run basically destroys things, but of course none of us know this. After a certain incident involving a certain Toa of Iron and a certain Toa of Sand and their subsequent visit, he has come looking for them. He has traced the Toa of Iron to Kai-Nam, and will search for anything about that Toa even if it means personally interrogating the whole island.Username: Kal the GuardianName: Vronx. Known as WaiterFaction: CivilianSpecies: ToaGender: MaleDescription: Waiter is completely gray. His armor is highly decorated with what appear to be sea beasts of immense size and it appears to be amphibian in design. He is highly secretive and trusts almost no one.Equipment: Despite his equipment being stolen from him a little over a year before, Waiter has had help in requiring some of it. Currently, he has: An undestroyable protosteel hilt; A crossbow that he manufactured from what used to be two six shooters. This crossbow fires iron spikes that come from a canister that can hold up to 100 at a time. When he runs out of ammunition, he can create his own, but he needs to manually pull back the bow for every shot instead of relying on its powered mode; And a few reusable elemental grenades. He doesn’t have as many as he used to, but he still has one each of Silence, Ice, Vacuum, and Increased Gravity. And whether it’s because they’re made out of protosteel or that he just has enough mental capacity, he can call them back to himself. After one use, he has to wait ten to twenty minutes for a grenade to recharge, depending on the power.Mask: Volitak (Mask of Stealth)Powers: Protosteel (With Iron as an underneath power, if you get what I mean. He can create and manipulate both, with Iron being easier)Vehicle: A boat of iron he crafted almost a year before. It is docked on the Northeastern mountain line.Biography: Much of Waiter’s background is not known yet. It is known that he first came to Kai-Nam almost a year ago, and no one knows if he ever left or if he has now truly come back. It is known that he was once an assassin of Srizz’s like, but now has become more of a bounty hunter like Khad and Elithes. Lately, after getting some of his gear from his yellow/golden colored friend, who managed to retrieve it, he is getting ready to root out all evil on the island.Username: Kal the GuardianName: Sevorik (Known as Edge)Faction: Dark Hunters.Species: Formerly VortixxGender: MaleDescription: Tall and extremely thin with armor that is liquid rock. It condenses when hit with any force, but still remains light and provides flexibility. It can only be broken under extreme, continued pressure. The rock has a bluish hue, and he is colored teal. His face, like the rest of him, is sharp, and he has orange eyes.Equipment: Sevorik has two police batons (That are T-shaped) with large blades on the ends.Mask: NonePowers: Through several grafting experiments that radically shaped his physiology, he has gained the powers of limited invulnerability, dodge, and confusion.Vehicle: N/A.Biography: When he submitted himself to a Makuta’s experiments instead of having his hands cut off for thievery (along with his head), Sevorik never expected to come out with powers and rock armor that was liquid but would still protect him. He also never expected to have his insides scrambled. He hurts inside whenever he lays down and his organs are allowed to settle, so he keeps moving to keep the pain away, or at least sitting. Another unfortunate side affect was that his mind was almost ripped open, and he could no more throw up a mental shield than he could remove the liquid armor that now adheres to his body.To stay busy, and avoid those who he knew would ridicule him and probably harm him due to their numbers, Sevorik joined the Dark Hunters. His life since them has been profitable, and he can’t complain about all the killing when what really pains him is sitting still.Username: Kal the GuardianName: Desoria (Known as Fate)Faction: Dark Hunters.Species: TuragaGender: FemaleDescription: Desoria is a crimson red with gold accents. Her mask is orange and her eyes are ice blue. She constantly wears a power suit that gives her the same proportions as a normal Toa. The suit is all pistons and protosteel frame, as in it does not have armor covering its parts, since the parts are protosteel along with the frame. The back of the suit is armored and has five circular slots in it that glow ice blue. The suit is controlled by thought, and the extended arms and legs, along with the feet and hands, move just as if she were a Toa once again.Equipment: Desoria has an axe with a blade that is constantly on fire, she can make the flames die down, but the blade will still burn upon contact. Otherwise she has a round shield which she normally keeps attached to her back.Mask: Kiril. Mask of Regenation. Although in its noble form.Powers: A Toa’s level control over fire.Vehicle: N/A.Biography: As some trick of fate, when Desoria created her Toa stones, to give to the next generation of heroes, the appointed Matoran were all killed or taken away, leaving her alone on her island, in hiding. The organization which did this took what they came for and then left them alone, but Desoria’s future was in ruin. All of the Matoran she was to lead had been killed or taken away, just like the appointed Matoran-to-be-Toa had been. But then she did find a Matoran who had hid like her.Desoria gave him one of her Toa stones and took him to a Suva, underground, that had not been touched by the invaders. As the Suva was transforming the Matoran and as she was turning into a Turaga due to the new Toa using her stone, fate once again played a dirty trick. From the ceiling above, energized protodermis suddenly broke from its bonds and dropped down on both of them. The Matoran was killed and Desoria, who had the other Toa stones in a pack on her back, was apparently unaffected except for a sudden surge of power she felt. It turns out the Toa stones on her back were now fused into her back and provided her the power she had when she was still a Toa.Confused and on the brink after all the death around her, she ran from the island, forsook the Toa code, and eventually joined the Dark Hunters, where she was given the power suit, which made her once again as fast and as strong as the Toa she had once been. (Almost like Kazdan Paratus (Star Wars))Now, while she frowns upon killing, she still effectively gets the job done.

  17. The forums... are... ALIVE!!! Oh my goodness I have so much I have forgotten. I need to catch up. Obviously I'm glad that I checked to see if the forums were up. Sorry if I'm keeping anyone waiting. I don't even remember if I had chars in any other RPGs...
