  1. Are they complete, mint, and stuff? If so, how much would ya be willing to sell 'em for? Or p'raps there's something you'd like to trade 'em for? -Ikk
  2. Actually, the Boat VS Wyvern is this little fella, which includes two Figs. I'm interested in your Figs, though -- how many do you have, and in what condition? You bring up a good point, too, I think -- I mainly want the Figs, really, which is why I'm not rushing into buying this lot. -Ikk

    Golden Disks

Just tryin' to get a general idea here, for possible future sale -- How much would you guys be willing to pay for a mint, Golden Kanoka, with storage case? Also, how 'bout a VMKK Ja & Ca? -Ikk
  4. So, S@H Denmark has Vikings sets on sale, an' I'm thinking of ordering the Army & Wagon, Boat VS Wyvern, as well as two extra Castle Crossbow attacks for supplies. In short, that's give me, MiniFig-wise -- 9 Vikings, 6 different torsos, meaning one of each kind produced. 2 knights, 2 archers, two white skellies 2 skellie horses In total, that'd be roughly $60, shipping included. Problem is, I just spent 'bout $70 on the Art of Bone book, an' if I want to save some money for future life, it may not be wise to spend it all just now. Especially with more Castle sets being realeased next year, and still the Skellie Ship & Dwarfs Mining to be had this year. So, what do you guys think? Buy or not buy? -Ikk
  5. Denmark! Can I get your signature while you're here?! I'm really glad to see you in this new position -- keep up whatever it is you can't tell us about, and most importantly, enjoy it all. -Ikk

    The Answer

How Many Kraata Powers Are There? 42. Oh, and go checksorz thiz. -Ikk
  7. Just a small preview of my writings, on this the day before school! There are some people there whom I just yearn to see 'gain! ***** Takua steered the boat carefully through the calm, winding stream of murky water. All around the narrow flow large, rugged plants grew and small insects buzzed lazily on the shore. The water itself was perfectly still except for the shadow of a small fish being seen occasionally somewhere below, or bobbing its head just above the surface. Far above the boat, the sun shone palely on a nearly cloudless sky, as if a great eye watching the movement of the old, wooden boat. The canal came to an abrupt turn and Takua turned the boat in accordance. Steering the boat through the swamp-like water was easier than he had expected and so far, much more safe. He cast a glance upwards, and at once spotted the landmark he had been hoping to recognize, After looking at the map lying beside him a last time to make sure, he steered the boat towards the sandy beach with a few strokes of the oar. Having hidden the vessel in a large mass of bushes, he turned again to the landmark; a tall, oval stone roughly resembling a frowning Kanohi mask stood there before him, overlooking the cliffs and marshland of Ga-Wahi. Takua nodded eagerly and cast another glance at the old, half-crumbled map. Then he walked around the stone a couple of times before his eye caught what they had been looking for; happily putting the map back into his rucksack, he began his journey by foot down the long, carved path of weed-covered stone. Oh, but there is more, much more, to come... -Ikk
  8. My mind never works, it detests work. Wouldn't you? And this DOES grab attention. Although I may have to figure out away to catch the eye of the rare intelligent reader. B) ... then again, why bother. -Ikk
  9. Treasure beyond measure, adventure beyond this world, seas beyond dreams... What say you?! -Ikk
  10. My download of the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy Audiobook got stuck at 42%. School begins this Tuesday. Things to do -- --Get on with my writing. --Write up a blog entry on the latest events and my whereabouts in general life. --Find a good party and get terribly drunk. -Ikk
  11. Farewell, wherever you fare! And already the world seems a lesser place... Big decisions always take sacrifice. But I second the choice you made -- good luck onwards, Bink! And of course, a vast thank you for for your endless contributions to this place. You leave as legend. -Ikk
  12. Those are great, perfectly swashbuckling! Thank ye, Jack! Now, having just freed myself from the grasp of Deathly Hallows -- yep, finished it, tantalizing read -- I figured the lot of us could p'raps get back on topic. Although, as it seems, by the sheer amount of supporters of that particular direction, I'll be writin' somethin' that includes, in one way or another, somethin' piratey. Aye, that's the plan. Suggestions and debate still be most welcome, though, but keep it human, or ye'll all be keelhauled. -Ikk
  13. Not an unlikely suggestion, which inevitably leads directly to the fact that my sign-off is, in obvious fact, not without total and utter correctness. And furthermore, any written, as in 'not yet written' work, takes unquestionable priority over any proposed sort of game for the time being, which is now. Savvy? -Ikk
  14. Be quiet, you two. Now, the owners of this blog will start writin' 'bout pirates... Any of you got a problem with that, do ya, hm, do ya? -Ikks
  15. Well, if all you people want is pirates, I just may give you some. -Ikk
  16. Pick your words with care, because I may turn them into something almightily dreadful. -Ikk
  17. So, with me floating peacefully in the sweet stream of holidays, I thought I'd better get some writing done. Specifically a story that takes place on Mata Nui. Already got a bit planned... an' plannin' still... Suggestions, anyone? Whack -Ikk

    Whack

Ooh I don't wanna take my best friend's baby But she's drop dead beautiful I wish I was flying, then he wouldn't blame me But she's drop dead beautiful Had the greatest two days ever, not to mention the most fabulous night. 'Twas a birthday party held by one of my classmates, and hosted in another's summer cottage. Though I did not know over half of the people there, initially (8 out of 15, as I recall), it ended up seeming like we've been there for years together. Loads of beverages, and take a hint there, causing the mood to raise significantly higher, as is the nature of that sort of beverages. Heck, that felt good after seven bottles... I think that was the number anyway. Point is, I've been savagely longing for a night like this. Currently, I'm in the south end of Jutland, Denmark, visiting some great relatives, though my mind is still 24 hours behind. Friends like that make you almost miss school. Whack. -Ikk
  19. You win. On the subject of death, take a look at the MNOG -- Jala states he lost many warriors at the Tren Krom Break and the North March, with Kopeke fearing the latter ones may've been led into the ice by Makuta. So while death was not shown there, it was certainly indicated. What entry's next? -Ikk
  20. Long, looooooooong overdue. Go read the bones blog if you're still baffled as to what I'm referring to. May clear it up, if only a little. What do I like to see in a BIONICLE set, when it comes to style? I think the sets we were given in the Mata Nui saga represent what I love most, style-wise -- the main idea being a combination of a skeketon and a robot. Take a look at the Toa Mata, what with the thin, well, just skeletally shaped parts, with mechanical features everywhere. Even in weapons, this was continued, and especially the then new molds. However, the sets did not have any hyper-advanced technology; it was sleek, but still rich in details. Stylized, yet primitive. A fine balance. Were they all humanoid? Gad, no, they all ranged from humaoid with little drivation to completely alien creatures -- but they all had a, again, primitive creature-esque touch to them. The Tohunga were ape-like, yet light, and claws and hooks were sported all over. Reminiscent of Earth beings, yet still far from that, with an aboriginal, even mystical style to likenesses. I think this is best seen in the Tohunga and the Toa -- other sets are great, but may lean a little too much towards either side; skeletal, technic, you name it. And these days, mainly with the organic look, part of what I loved in BIONICLE sets have vanished. The creature-esque look is still to be found in most sets, as is the technicism, as they're all very stylized, some would say coolified. The skeletal look, however, and especially the primitive touches seem more or less diminished. Not actually gone, fortunately, nor is the organic style bad per say -- in and at itself, that can be very simplistic and add greater features to the creature-esque side of the sets. But now and then, some of those aspects go way too far, all according to my preferences, naturally. Yeah, I'm looking at you bones, right now. This was brief, but hey, if popular, I may add more elaboration and visualities in the future! -Ikk
  21. You ate the coding too?! That can't be healthy. Not if I can help it. -Ikk
  22. http://www.bzpower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=249682 This is wild. What is more, though actually less, wild is that, no coding works for me on BZP. Nor do most links to, or in, profiles. Yay real life! -Ikk

    Back From Billund

Funny thing is, without Legoland, Billund would be a practically dead town -- most people who live are in some way affiliated with LEGO. Glad to hear it's a popular place, that means activity and life, which should be good. And I'm savagely drooling over those news of the complicated sets! Count on me in supporting LEGO's direction that way! -Ikk
  24. Thank ye, me 'earties! And Aoran, I know you planned it all out. Though, seriously, get better soon! -Ikk
  25. Of course we celebrate Summer Solstice! It's me birthday, after all! Seriously, good to see you recovered fast -- now I'll be anticipating your upcomin' works. -Ikk
