  1. Wow, that last one looks like it's going to be very difficult. Using no more than just 10 defenders for the entire game? And I thought that second one (saving every single Agori) was tricky enough. Oh well, I'll see if I can do it.
  2. I have quite a few favorite myths: Border Slingshot, Confederate Rocket, the Demolition Derby Special, the Supersized Special, Fix a Flat Tire, and all three Duct Tape Specials (Duct Tape Island was the third one). Of the more recent episodes, my favorite would definitely have to be Square Wheels. No matter how many times I watch that one, I always get a good laugh out it. (Edit: just remembered a few more that I liked)
  3. You only see them right after you complete a level (you have to move the mouse over the icons to see what they're for), so I guess you just need to play through any level and then see what you have so far. Here's what I have achieved:1: Target score of 15,0002: Saving all the Agori3: Complete the game4: Complete the game and bonus mode5: Max out the Protodermis bar6: Build more than 24 defenders7: (not yet achieved, so I don't know)Has anyone gotten that seventh award?
  4. Has anybody here watched MythBusters? It's definitely one of my favorite shows of all. Not just for the explosions (which are always awesome to see ), but also the science behind how they test each myth. What would you consider to be your favorite myth that has been tested?(I'm honestly surprised no one here has mentioned this show before.)
  5. (Read the first post to see my score.)One thing I forgot to mention is that there are seven awards you could win in this game. At this time, I have gotten only six of them. Does anyone have all of them? If so, could you list them all?
  6. I've been active at another forum for a few years now, and they also have a "My Little Pony" topic, so I'm already quite familiar with this craze. Regardless, I decided to read through this entire topic just to see if there was anything said here that was never mentioned on that other place. (I had no idea the guy who voiced Jaller also voiced someone on this show. )By the way, I do not consider myself a "brony" because I'm pretty sure one of the requirements is to actually watch this show, and I have not yet seen a single episode. (Not for lack of enthusiasm, but that I haven't been able to reliably find enough time to do so. I'm hoping that'll change after New Year's, so we'll see in two months. )Still, I haven't let that stop me from seeking out some good fanfiction of MLP:FiM. Since we're all Bionicle fans here, (if you're not, then why are you here?) I decided to look for those MLP fanfics that were crossed over with Bionicle, and I did find a few. (I'm not sure if we're allowed to specifically name sites, so I'll be on the safe side and simply hint at where to find them.) I found two such crossovers on the standard fanfiction site: My Little Toa: Friendship is Destiny (Mata Nui lands in Equestria instead of on Bara Magna), and My Little Bionicle: Destiny is Magic (A ponyfied version of the 2001 Bionicle storyline). They're both fine in their own way, and they both seem to still have a long way to go, but if I had to recommend one over the other, I'd go with the first. (I really like the concept of Mata Nui ending up somewhere else.) On the FiM fanfiction site, I've managed to find only one so far: Trixie Encounters a Bio-Mechanical Life Form (Vezon briefly visits Equestria and has a conversation with Trixie). If you want a good laugh from a short story, I'd highly recommend that one.I have a feeling there may be more such fanfics on that second site, but I haven't found them yet. I'll let you know if I find any more.
  7. About two months ago, I decided to play a few games on Lego.com. The only Bionicle game still currently available there is Agori Defender, so I decided to give it another try. I played it a few times over a couple of days and, on my last try, I got a new highscore. Not just anywhere in the Top 10, but the #1 highscore! Not only that, but it was by a huge margin. The other scores were around 75,000 to 77,000, while mine was close to 89,500. Yeah, I was quite surprised when I first saw that.I've checked back recently and it seems two more people have made new highscores, one of them actually surpassing mine by 6,000. I'm still in the #2 spot with an amazingly high score, so I'm not concerned at the moment.Has anyone played this game recently? Anyone willing to give it another try and see if you can make a Top 10 highscore?
  8. Now this looks very interesting. I remember many years ago that I once tried to make a paper mask of my own from scratch. Don't know what happened to it, though.Quite a shame that you're currently not providing any download links. (I had been hoping to make a Mask of Life for halloween) Any idea of when (or if) you'll be bringing them back?
  9. Not long ago, I was browsing through BionicleSector01 and I noticed something in the page for the Bionicle Legends book series. Back in 2007, one of the books (Invasion) scheduled to be released was cancelled. I've known about this for a while (though not specifically the name of that book), so what I'm interested in is the content of that book. BS01 gives us only a basic description of what happened. My imagination has been running wild recently about what the specifics might have been like. (Since Vezon makes an appearance at one point, I can easily imagine some funny quotes.) Also, since it was a scheduled book that was cancelled (rather than never started, as far as I'm aware), I can't help but wonder if Greg might still have a draft of it somewhere.I wasn't active here back in 2007, so I'm not sure if there's anything I'm not aware of regarding this (and I don't really have the time to go searching through the forum archive for answers).
  10. Well, I suppose that makes sense. I guess I'm still a little unsure on the part where the tags have to be typed out manually. I probably shouldn't even bother worrying if other topics have certain tags, right? If I want to use topic tags, I just type what I think would best help people understand what the topic is about. That's it?
  11. When starting a new topic, I've noticed that in addition to needing a Topic Title, there's also the option of Topic Tags. I know they're optional since I see there are plenty of topics that don't have any. My question is what exactly is the purpose of having them? Are they to help other members search for topics with a certain subject? Are they selected from a list, or do you have to type them all out yourself?
  12. I have the PC version, since that's where I prefer to play my games. Ever since I first got it back when it came out in 2006, I've played it countless times whenever I had the chance, and it's still one of my favorite games. Yes, it's a rather easy game to play, so I occasionally decide to challenge myself by refusing to purchase any weapon upgrades or hardly any armor upgrades. That way, it really will feel like the later levels are more difficult than the earlier ones. One thing I think we can all agree on is that it has excellent music. (I particularly like the ones from the Piraka boss levels.)
  13. After all these years, it's good to be back.

      CeeCee

      Youre back

      I mean... again

  14. If there's one thing I know about rumors, it's that they are almost never to be trusted. If you must put your faith in something, it's word from the official source, which has apparently been confirmed to remain the same as it was in 2010: Bionicle will not be back next year, but the door will remain open indefinitely. If Bionicle ever does make a return, it'll almost certainly be a little different from what the "First Generation" was like. Whatever Bionicle may be like when it comes back, I can guarantee that I'll still like it, simply because it's Bionicle. Hey, there are Star Trek fans out there who like both the original series and the "Next Generation" series equally as much (not one over the other). For me, Bionicle will be no different.
  15. First of all, it's been many years since I last logged in here (meaning this is the first time I've ever logged in to the new forum). While updating just about everything in my profile, I quickly discovered that I'm not allowed to use the Private Messaging feature. I wanted to know why that was, so I decided to read all of the Reference Desk topics and a few in the Q&A section. I found out that it's because "New Members" are not allowed to use that feature. What confuses me is why I, someone who has been a member for a while, would be considered a "New Member". Does this mean I now need to make five new posts before I can go back to being a regular member? Are the 37 posts I made in the old forum irrelivent to this requirement?I would really like to become active here again after being away for years, so I just want to be sure I'm doing things right, and that I clearly understand everything.
