  1. First, let me vote.

I vote "AYE" to Articles 119a, 127-134. I believe that they add color to our Universe and have no reason to oppose them.

In response to Articles 129-130, I'd like to say that the only sub-species we have so far are the ones brought forth by Cap'n K. Now honestly, I consider the Meiu to be as different from the other Matoran as you'd consider the Nynrah Ghosts to be different; They are more adept and skilled in craftsmanship, but the Meiu care not for their own safety in their endevor, hence the accidental suicide of 2 of them. :P

For Article 130, GregF said that Time Travel wouldn't be done because of the fact that it would be a hard concept to explain to 9-year-olds, but I believe that most of our readers are people who would understand the story, especially since the Vahualsi is only ever used once.

  2.

Next, (This was a hard decision for me) I vote "NAY" to Article 121. I believe that a Toa of Energy could perform the same feats as a Toa of Sleep by absorbing the energy from a target, reducing them to sluggishness and eventually sleep.

But it would take longer, and it would be much more subtle for a Toa of Energy to do this. I have a comment above stating something like this-- Toa of Ice could 'burn' someone by inducing frostbite, but it would take less time for a Toa of Fire to do it.

Frostbite (The freezing of your blood) and a burn (The singeing of the nerve endings of your body) are two completely different things and don't see how this even makes an arguement here. :uhuh:

And plus, if speed was an issue, then what about a novice Toa of Sleep and a seasoned Toa of Energy? The Toa of Energy would have more control over his element, allowing him to manipulate energy however he wanted. In contrast, the Toa of Sleep wouldn't have as much control and the Toa of Energy might even be faster at inducing sleep on a target.

All I'm saying is that Sleep is most likely a sub-element of Energy. :notsure:

  3. First, I must say "NAY" to Article 120 because of its similarity to Disintegration.

Third, I vote "AYE" to Articles 122-125 because they seem like good contributions to "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe".

Finally, I vote "NAY" to Article 126 because the power seems too farfetched to be included. :uhuh:

  4. As far as the Mahri Tube/Viking Horn holes go, those will be pretty simple. each mask that I uniquely make will first be molded in "green Stuff", a two-part modelling clay that instantly dries into plastic. All I would have to do is put maybe a lightsaber blade in it. If I want to have the Kanohi include a visor option, I would just spray a visor with UMR, insert a 2L axle in it, and then start basing the Kanohi off of it.

This is going to get hectic.

  5. I'd first like to cast my ballots:

I vote "NAY" to Article 42 because the power will not work for everyone who can wear a Kanohi.

I vote "AYE" to Articles 93-98 because of the effort put into them and their sheer ingeniousness. :D

Second, here's a better explanation for "The Shadow Realm" that shows almost no religious ties:

Within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe", we know that there are three different parts of existence. The first is the physical world, where everything is how we perceive it. When a being dies, their spirit doesn't naturally pass like how we do. Instead, they enter a void very similar to "limbo". This state of existence has been named "The Shadow Realm". The state between life and death, a being's spirit lives in the physical world essentially as a ghost. Due to the loss of their physical body, however, they cannot affect the physical realm much at all without sheer exertion of willpower. The final stage of life is "The Underworld"; total leaving of the terrestrial plain and passing on to the afterlife. It is unknown at this time when and where the journey from "The Shadow Realm" to "The Underworld" occurs. As stated in recent Articles, there are two unnatural ways of cheating the rules.

One of those are "The Ţuat", six underground Kingdom capitals home to rare Matoran Tribes. Within each Ţuat are gateways from the physical realm to "The Shadow Realm" accessible by simply walking through it. However, using these portals only guarantee a one-way trip and the being cannot use the gateway to re-enter the physical realm. The second exception is the only way from "The Shadow Realm back to the physical world.

In the underground recesses of the Island of Yezo Nui, there lies a centuries-lost sanctum dedicated to the forces of life and death. This shrine holds the ability to bring a deceased to life once more through a precise execution of steps involving the forces of good and evil. If a spirit that is lingering within "The Shadow Realm" is able to will a being to do their bidding, they can be resurrected during a ceremony preformed at the shrine.

Hopefully this will help to reduce any doibt on the matter.

  6. I'd like to ask two questions to you all: Why is "Fire" not called "Fire Control"? Why is "Water" not called "Water Control"? It's the sole sake of what is practical. So although "Fire" and "Fire Control" are both correct, the shortened "Fire" is better usage, so it is with "Rahi" and "Rahi Control"

I hope you all see why the shortening of the elements was needed. ;)

But would a Toa of 'Rahi' create Rahi? I'm hoping not.

No, a "Toa of Rahi" can't actually create Rahi.

  8. First off, these pictures were taken in my mom's garrage, a place where antifreeze should be.

Second, the container for the antifreeze is made of extremely thick plastic and has a lid that is Karz to open.

So I highly doubt that the cats will develop knife-sharp teeth, or grow apposable thumbs.

  9. Finally, I think that all the BZP staff should make a band. Yes, a band. They can record music and make Bionicle music videos, and fund the site by touring the world. Sure, less time for doing their already-pressing chores and living their own lives, but hey, that's a small price to pay for woldwide fame and awesomeness.

    Can you say "Sweet!"?
