Happy Birthday BZPower! In celebration of TWENTY years of our site's existence we're giving things away! Up for grabs is a promotional 'frisbee' with the Bionicle logo. Based on the font, it's from 2005. The disc is made of a flexible metal ring covered in fabric and can be collapsed to fit into a pouch. I don't recall where or how these were given out, but I haven't seen them around anywhere, so they may be somewhat rare. All proceeds from this raffle will support BZPower's hosting expenses and shipping costs for sending out prizes. Up for grabs is a compact disc containing the Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows International TV Spot titled "Six Heroes" from September 30, 2005. It presumably contains one of the highest quality versions of the spot available (outside of the original files), and is likely a one-of-a-kind piece of memorabilia at this point. All proceeds from this raffle will support the Baltimore Action Legal Team (BALT), a local organization providing "legal support to Baltimore communities as they exercise their civil liberties protesting against injustices rooted in structural racism and economic inequality." Up for grabs is the Bionicle Style Guide from 2003, featuring 2 discs worth of assets from the early years of Bionicle, and lots of interesting artwork and inside info on the theme.
