Bling Out the BZPower Twitch Channel Recently BZPower met the requirements to be an affiliate on Twitch, where we do our live builds and gaming streams. As part of the Affiliate Program, we get to customize our channel a bit with custom emoticons and subscriber badges. So we thought, what better way to come up with those images than have a contest! There are three categories you can enter in this contest: Emoticon, Subscriber Badge, and Music. Emoticon Everyone enjoys talking with pictures instead of words these days, and there’s tons of funny in-jokes in the BZPower community. Pick something you think others will appreciate and come up with some original artwork to represent your idea. The sky is the limit - as long as it’s family-friendly. Some specific rules: Images must be original artwork Images must be in PNG format on a transparent background Images must be at least 112x112 pixels Subscriber Badge Just like with BZPower Premier Memberships, we like finding ways to recognize and thank the people who support us. Subscriber Badges do just that. Come up with an image that you think represents BZPower and our community that can be displayed with pride next to people’s names. Badges can be set up to change based on how long someone subscribes to the channel for, so if you’d like an added challenge, come up with a series of images that progress in coolness! Specific rules: Images must be original artwork Images must be in PNG format on a transparent background Images must be at least 112x112 pixels Music If you’ve watched any of our live streams recently, you’ve no doubt heard the awesome tunes created by BZPower Members playing in the background as we build. Those songs have been around for a while now, and I think it’s time we added some new tracks to the mix. We’re not too picky when it comes to requests, but something that evokes the idea of Bionicle or other LEGO themes would be awesome. Music rules: Songs must be original compositions Songs must be at least two minutes long Songs must be in a common format such as MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, or ALAC The entry period will run until Sunday, June 7th at 11:59 PM Eastern. You can submit your entries with this handy form! Get creating! General contest rules: Keep it clean, keep it civil. No flaming, no whining. Unsporting conduct will just get you disqualified. Campaigning for votes (mass-PMing, etc), using multiple accounts to skew voting, and sundry other methods of cheating are only going to end in tears for you. Trust us: we'll know when you're doing it. Voting Once the entry period is over there will be a ten day voting period starting soon after the entry deadline. In the event of a tie, the BZPower Staff will decide on the winner. Prizes It’s not a contest without prizes, now is it? Each category will do things a little differently, since they each have their own unique aspects. That's an impressive memory! Reading through your list did remind me of one title we both keep forgetting - LEGO Rock Band. I would definitely like to get to that at some point as well. I think after the main LEGO games and before Dimensions seems like a good time. Of course that's only if we finish those before the new Star Wars game. We'll see how it goes!

Yes, if requested we can delete all of a user's data if they so desire. It's not something that happens frequently though.

I would love to get back into LEGO Dimensions at some point. The concept was pretty awesome, and I actually purchased most of the packs, so there's potentially a lot of content to check out in there, even if I can't complete the main story. At this point though I'd probably start a new save file and start from the beginning since it's been so long. I'd also like to try to find a way to show off the building element on stream, but I'm not sure how well switching between those feeds would work? In theory it should be possible. Sounds like we may not have much time left in LEGO Batman 2. Hopefully the new LEGO Star Wars game gets a release date at some point so we have something new to look forward to.

It's definitely not finished. Just because there's a trailer doesn't mean it's done, and I'm sure a lot of work went into making the trailer look pretty and polished.

Correct. We hope to have that interview up eventually. Mel is a police officer though, so I'm sure he's more than busy right now.

LEGO Batman 2 does sound like a good next choice. I really wish I could figure out why the lag happens sometimes and not others, with seemingly no correlation to anythign I do or don't do. Very frustrating...

@Illuminatus Does it help if I confirm that BZPower did not pay Greg Farshtey? I think you overestimate the amount of money this site made, even back in our heyday, haha.

You can watch the show on the Fox website. It might be region-locked so only people in the US can watch it though.

I would like a source on this. I don't know of anyone who ever got a Vahi in a mask pack, but would love to be proven wrong.
