Hetalia was one of the things that inspired this idea, actually. Though I realize I'll need to cut back on the offensive humor if I go through with this.

Also, Mega Kangaskhan was just unveiled! The baby climbs out of the pouch and gets a slight redesign. Sounds simple, but its ability lets them both attack in one turn.

It'll probably be more comedy than anything else. (Well, my attempt at comedy.) I do, however, hope to eventually make a serious story using the Islands, but I'd like to spend some time working them out through comedies first.

It looks like we're only allowed one Mega Pokemon in battle. That seems fair.

Each Pokemon needs a specific Mega Stone--Blaziken needs Blazikenite, Lucario needs Lucarionite, etc. Apparently there are other conditions for using Mega Evolution yet to be revealed, though.

Well, this is the first time they've given new forms to old Pokemon, so perhaps they just wanted to have a reason for it rather than just having a bunch of random new form changes? A lot of people have been saying that they're low on ideas or the old Pokemon are better and whatnot, so maybe they decided to give older Pokemon a bit more spotlight this time around in response to that.

Apparently some new Mega Pokemon will be revealed next month. Also, Mega Blaziken is event-exclusive--or rather, the Blazikenite item you need to achieve this form is event exclusive. A Torchic with Blazikenite will be distributed starting the first day the game is released. (Probably definitely putting this on my team. Mega Blaziken looks cool.)

Something like that, yeah. It's basically just giving new forms to Pokemon from previous Generations.

I'm also starting to like the designs of Mega Lucario and Mega Blaziken. Really curious to see if these count as forms or evolutions, since that would mean we have an evolution for a legendary and a few evolutionary chains with four members now...

I would hypothesize that the dimension in which the crossover takes place has a quirk that "equalizes" the power levels of all who enter, in the interest of fair fights. Otherwise, Goku could just go SSJ3 and blow them all up with a Spirit Bomb, and that wouldn't be very fun.

Giants, hm? First thing that comes to mind is the Wood Golem class from Disgaea, followed by any number of giant robots due to the contest going on.

I know it's not for everyone, and I myself take a relatively more casual interest in it (when compared to my obsessions). It can usually make me laugh, cry, or get kind of excited (or some combination), so that keeps me interested.

Yeah, Adventure Time is...weird. I thought it looked terrible until a friend of mine suggested checking it out, and it has its moments. Regular Show, on the other hand, is something I actively wish I hated, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Assuming BZPower has access to all powers, items, abilities, weapons, etc from the Bionicle series, it has a solid chance to win.

Well, Telluris was added recently, but he needs a Reforge to access his Iron affinity. Also I just today realized that I accidentally put up a Vorox profile instead of a Telluris profile when we recruited him...my bad, fixed now.

Also, if Alloy does get recruited, she'll also need a Reforge.

The FanonRiders were from another (cancelled) project of mine, so I had them on-hand. I didn't have anything like that with Slizers, so the 13 we've got are going to be it. Sorry.

Well, now that everyone has a vote, I guess I need to change what I planned to do with them, since I can't just add all of them...maybe I'll just pick the top 12 and add them?

Yeah, one of my biggest concerns was that players would spread their resources too thin. Still on the fence about it.

EDIT: Onewa, Vorox, Fire Lord, and Thunder are all in. Thinking the next round will be special, so it might take a little longer before it's up.

Mwa-ha-ha-ha!! This is ideal for me, being a professor of Theoretical Fightonomics! Work in that field has been quite slow lately, so this will be a great chance to sharpen my skills!
