  1. What's an Avenger? And, for that matter, what's a Star Cruiser? Memory Beta turns up nothing- well, there's an Avenger class in the 23rd century that's a scout ship, but that's it.
  2. It sounds like a good idea. Except, I don't know if a Nova class ship should be the head of a fleet... it's a small science vessel. Perhaps the Nova is sent ahead to make contact with the colony? (So it would leave the fleet at the end of "Season 1", and then maybe the fleet would join up with it at the end of "Season 4"?)
  3. What class is the ship again? I forget what you decided on. That would influence any potential name idea I might have.
  4. hmmm...well, cause of conflicting data, i prefer not make the comics or books canon. but, maybe we can make up a class of ships that was charting wherever colony 5 is located... Why not say "some things from the books and comics are canon, but only if I say they are?" I think it would be easier to recycle the Luna class deep space explorer and say "while this particular starship is canon, it does not mean that any events from the Star Trek: Titan book series are canon", rather than invent a new class of deep space explorer that would basically be the same as the Luna, but without any of the events that happened in ST: Titan. In other words, the ship would be pretty much the same, it would just be the name that's different.
  5. Maybe a Luna-class deep space exploration ship found it, while charting the Beta Quadrant? Then sent word back to Starfleet to send a ship out there? That depends on whether or not you would have the book series Star Trek: Titan be canon, or at least have aspects of it be canon, for Colony 5, though.
  6. It cant be the prime universe due to this they came through a transwarp conduit so they wouldn't see any planets. Maybe the colony's drifted out into the Delta Quadrant? (Or, at least, the BQ-DQ border, which I think is where Voyager entered the conduit)? I'm not sure what starship class you actually decided to use, but if it was a Vesta- which was one of the ideas- with slipstream drive (or any ship with slipstream drive) this might work. Except if you're going with the traditional Star Trek "one season = one year", a slipstream ship wouldn't take three years to reach the edge of the Delta Quadrant. It would be much faster. So maybe not.
  7. Glad to see another person sign up- but you need to provide a link to an example of your writing (or write something and post it here).
  8. I'd love to apply for something like this! (You might not be able to tell it by my activities on BZPower, but I love Star Trek). Here are the five most recent short stories I've written on BZP, three for the Expanded Multiverse, two about LEGO's Alpha Team line, ranked in no particular order. (I've written more stories, years ago, but quality-wise I don't believe they're as good). Doom of the Darkleaf The Experiment Invisibility An Icy Mystery Robotics 101 Plus, I am an avid (well, not quite so avid these days) RP'er in the LEGO General Discussion Forum. I've participated in nearly every text-based RPG there (you can find a full list in this now-dead topic), but I wouldn't say all my posts there were high-quality. Recently, however, I've been writing much better posts of high-quality. I could pull out various posts from there, but as part of an overall story they might not be as good as free-standing stories (I am working on an epic about one of my characters' exploits in an RPG at the moment, but I've barely written any of it). I just wanted to mention it, as much of the writing I do on BZP is for RPGs. EDIT: Oh, I forgot my S&T 6 Contest entry. But that's linked in my sig, in big letters, if you want to read it as well. (Everything else is linked in my sig too- I probably should make a library...)
  9. Wsyp's entry in this tiebraker is Astatiel, not Ka'tun. The third entry in his post.
  10. Thanks. I wasn't sure whether to add a third one if no one replied... I'll tidy up AT SS 3 and post it shortly.

    Forum Bios

Just discovered this project and I really like it so far. As an LGD person I thought I'd take a shot at the Lego General Discussion Forum, on the island of Elcinoib. If you want more or want me to throw half of it away, that's fine. Lego General Discussion: Portion of the island of Elcinoib colonized by those living on the northeastern-most portion of Viso. Due to Elcinoib's unusual natural resources, the region's settlements look very different from anywhere else in BZ Nui- even the Completely Off Topic people living next door. It maintains its own small but well-connected community, whose members are considered somewhat secluded and out of touch by others- a representation that is somewhat deserved with some, but completely unfounded with many other members. They have divided their land into regions for RPGs, stories, MOCs, Artwork, and sets, with the main area used for simple general discussion, all held together by the gravitic pull of the region's element. Its residents like to consider it a smaller model of BZ Nui. If BZ Nui is one island, then would other Bionicle websites be other islands in 'Hapori Tohu'? Like Wiki Nui, for instance.
  12. What's north of Bara Magna is not where they came from. They came from northern Bara Magna, a volcanic region unknown to be inhabited by anyone as of now. However, what Greg said was 'Why did they move south to Bara Magna? This implies that Bara Magna might not just be a planet, but also a region on the planet, or simply that by Bara Magna, Greg meant 'the area of Bara Magna we are in for the early 09 story.'
  13. AdventuresTechnic, I can't if your site has forums because of advertising rules. Does it?

  14. Yeah... in truth, I haven't gotten around to adding other people... oops!

  15. You mean, the allied civilian factions? The person there is working with the UFOs? Isn't that like your RPG story? I do like it.

  16. Comment deleted. I'll comment on TMD's thing in his. Sorry I'm a day late...

  17. Oh, I see. I do understand, though.

  18. Hey, PeaSam, have you abandoned the Pirate RPG again?

  19. Yes, thanks, though.

On the RPG note, where did all (three people) in mine go?

  20. Yes, PeabodySam, I do... but yours was called the 'Adventurers'RPG, since mine was called 'Johnny Thunder RPG', I have the right to call it Mark Two.
