  1. Now this Article I do have a problem with. Whilst the initial idea is okay, I don't like the fact that the name and traditions were taken from the Illuminati organization featured in the movie "Angels & Demons". Believe me, my Epic idea isn't exactly creative, but I didn't call it Night of the Living Dead or 28 Weeks Later, from which I derive the idea from. I even go into such great lengths never to call the antagonists zombies, instead calling them the Undead, or Corpses. I will vote Aye if the name is changed to something more original. Until then I have to give Article 256 a Nay.

Never seen the movie, read the book, nor plan to. I used it as an umbrella name, not taking it from any actual source.

I also believe it to resembles the original Organization from the 1770's, so my ballad stays the same.

  2. I give a resounding Aye to Article 261. I hadn't really thought about it, but it does seem our Solar System was missing one ecosystem, and as it turns out it is the one most dominant in the Northern Hemisphere of our own planet.

I also give Article 262 an Aye, as the plant seems quite creative, and will be another thing that all CIRCLE writers will be able to use making our Epics seem all the more connected.

The Inika were some of my very favorite Toa, and featured one of my favorite bands at the time as their head-liner, aside from their strange Kanohi, I say they were some of the best Toa out there. So with that said, I vote Aye on Article 263.

Aye to Article 264. These stones seem quite well thought out in all respects.

I particularly like the idea behind Article 265, so I give it an aye.

Article 266 is a quite fun idea, I like it and therefor give it an aye.

I'm not a fan of the naming scheme of this, but it holds true to being well balanced and am obligated to give it an Aye.

  3. I enjoy the fact that we are trying to come up with a species name for the Glatorians, but I think we should come up with a name more suiting for a race of warriors such as something derived form the Greek word for Warrior, Polemistus. So I vote Nay to Article 253.

I agree with Article 254, as it adds to our already rich back story.

I like the idea of Article 255, and will vote Aye as it gives me nostalgia to how Matoran revered Mata Nui on the island of his namesake back in the glory days of the series, but I believe they should be less similar to the Elemental lords.

Article 257 is another that I view as problematic. First off, how was a secretive war fought that featured powerful alliances between multiple species? I mean sure conflicts can happen under the cover of darkness, I mean look at the combat records for the Cold War, but I believe that this war would've been more public considering the masses endangered by the Illuminati who would've been given the ole' one two anyways considering they were going up against the most militant species in the universe. I have to give this one a Nay as well.

I like the idea behind Article 258, and have to give it an Aye, especially because I love the League of Six Kingdoms lore.

The idea behind this is quite cool if you ask me, and as long as the numbers of these elite warriors is limited, I give a resounding Aye.

Ausar I absolutely love this idea. I've always wanted a Fungi tribe ever since participating in the RPG forum where a fungal jungle underground was featured.

  4. I'm a bit iffy on Article 245, but I suppose I can give it an Aye.

For Article 246 I will only vote Aye if there is a limited number of these Kanohi in existence.

I vote Aye for Articles 247, 248 & 249 as it seems all were well thought out and have been given much planning.

However, I'm undecided on Article 250, as the fact that the spell cannot be combated seems quite overpowered.

I also vote Aye to Articles 251 & 252 as they are both creative words that can only serve our growing lexicon well.

  5.

I'm always up for change, and Article 1b definitely made a few changes that are nice. The Legacy Status is quite nice, and I believe it will help many people one day when they decide to leave this. (Hopefully not anytime soon, mind all of you) So I give a resounding "Aye" to the Article.

In response to Articles 32b, and 34c, I say "Aye", it's good to have you guys back, and to have C.I.R.C.L.E. up two members.

I'm sorry for having to vote on this Article, especially considering Kered is still new to this. Still, I have to vote "Aye" to Article 145, because he didn't participate. Most of us have been there, don't worry, everyone slips up every now and then.

"Aye" to Article 240 and 241, glad to have you two on the team.

"Aye" to Articles 242, 243, and 244, these Story related Articles. They seem well thought out and well played without interfering with the current time line.

  6. I agree with Ausar, in that we may need to implement a system of strikes that can be used up. However until those strikes are used up there should not be any demotions. Demotion should be saved for repeat offenders. Know that I have no bias on this, considering on many occasions, I have almost been placed on probation because of such offenses. After all, you do reap what you sow.

  7. Article 190a: Aye, basically, everything the Hau lacks put into a Kanohi, very useful.

Article 195a: Aye, I'm a little iffy on how weak it is, but I've always wanted a conversion mask like this, so I'll pass it.

Article 218: Nay, seems kind of pointless, as all you have to do to remove thew pigment from something is use a power over light to keep the color aspect of it from reflecting back, so it seems to me like a weakened Toa of Light.

Article 219: Aye, split personalities? I'm going to have fun with this one.

Article 220: Aye, sounds like a fun house, very creative. Kudos to you Koji for thinking of this.

Article 221: Nay, I love the idea, but I just prefer fighting prowess being found over a long period of time, or simply being bred into ones self.

    Article 222: Aye

  8. Article 164a: Aye, a large grin emoticon for Erebus, :D .

Article 184a: Aye, mysterious controlling force? Always welcome!

Article 204: Aye, Large Military based island, is it really even a question what I would say to this?

Article 205: Aye, as said before, the feudal system is amazing.

    Article 206: Aye

    Article 207: Aye

Article 208: Aye, another term to inspire anger, a good way to stop the need for cursing.

Article 209: Aye, giant monsters! Yes, I love Godzilla.

Article 210: Aye, seems like a slight revival of the Boxor, which makes me happy, that was an amazing set.

  9. Article 184: "Nay" This is a useless mask, only one use? Not to mention controlling the outcome of something is a power none should wield.

Article 185: "Aye" An encyclopedia mask? I love any resource for information, and a mask that does so will always be welcome with me. After all, knowledge is the greatest weapon any man can behold.

Article 186: "Nay" Being able to alter the will of anything is the ability to control reality as it is, so this mask would be truly to powerful.

Article 187 and 188: "Nay" They are to similar, combine the two, and I'll give my Aye.

Article 189 and 190: "Aye" I'd prefer a different name, such as Adaptability for the first, but these work just fine.

Article 191: "Nay" This is basically a compilation of a few other Mask powers. So I see no reason why a Jutlin or some other Kanohi wouldn't the trick.

Article 192: "Aye" A lot of regeneration masks out there, but this one is particularly useful in my eyes.

Article 193: "Aye" I aboslutley love the concept of this mask. Imagine a Sniper actually seeing his assailant firing a fatal shot to his forehead.

Article 194: "Aye" A little to similiar to the Mask of Time for my tastes, but I'll let it pass.

Article 195: "Aye" I might even make use of this.

  10. Article 177: "Nay" Honestly, I love the fact that we stick to the canon story, as it allows for writers to be challenged in coming up with ways to stay with the back bone of the story.

Article 178 Through 183: "Aye" Each of these articles are well put together, and do not conflict storyline, nor do I have any reason to conflict them as none of the species of events conflict with my own story.

  11. I was actually wondering, is it possible for a CIRCLE Member to, much like in a real occupation, take leave? My time on the computer has been limited to the Forty Five Minutes my local library can give me. So if at all possible, until the PC at my Mothers is up and running, and the steady flow of my Home Work ceases. At present, as most of America, am becoming much to reliant on these infernal contraptions to do my home Work.

In other events, I think that it should be acceptable for a CIRCLE member to ask for leave. So maybe a CIRCLE Leave policy should be made? However not to say this would go into effect for Members that didn't ask for leave.
