  1. I'm sorry, but integration requires a full medical examination. Please step into the small room in the left corridor. The dogs will sniff you, if they bark, we give you five seconds to get out and run. If you are not off premises by then, we will shoot.

    Have a Nice Day!

I love Viral marketing, don't you?

  2. I vote "AYE" on Article 119a, not to mention, it gets my sign of approval for very admirable emendations.

I vote "AYE" on Articles 127, and 128. None of these names or placements conflict with storyline.

I vote "AYE" on Article 129, it seems to be both reasonable and possibly, very imperative to your story.

I vote "NAY" on Article 130. I like the idea of a Legendary Kanohi of Time Travel, but as Ausar aforementioned, no Kanohi with that much caliber could be destroyed without severe repercussions.

I vote "AYE" on Articles 131-134. Not only are the stated items most likely vital to the story, but I have no bounds to protest them.

  3. I vote "AYE" on Articles 135-138. All of the locations seem thought out, and since we have no maps of geographic references of the region, it is open range.

I vote "NAY" on Articles 139, and 140. The fact that the species exist i do not mind, but sadly an inter dimensional war was something I had hard times coming to terms with in the BZPRPG, let alone under the roof of the C.I.R.C.L.E..

I vote "UNDECIDED" on Article 141, it doesn't really make much sense when you get down to it, as it doesn't to most of C.I.R.C.L.E. I would be able to decided if you were to elaborate on the issues already stated.

I vote "NAY" on Article 142, for reasons stated by my fellow C.I.R.C.L.E. members.

I vote "AYE" on Articles 143, we have no reason, storyline or otherwise to refuse.

  4. Bloodravens?

In all seriousness, though, I suggest Orderly Chaos.

And therefore, I vote for it.

    Paradox alert! :o

    ~B~

Whilst I am not a member either, I would suggest Orderly Chaos. To illiterate Ballom, an Oximoron sounds strange. However when it comes to using them as names, I love them. :P

  5. So, basically, you'll just help us, and we'll help you?

That's the jist of it yes. We will provide forces for ground support, air strikes, saturation bombing, naval assaults and the likes. Basically, new orginizations have to work up supplies, and can't start ourt with them all. Instead of working out the gathering of munitions, I will give them to you, in return for your assistance when we need it.

    Sound good to you?

  6. So another Organization is being formed, in addition to Loyd's Mercenary Organization? I would be happy to ally with you, considering I already have unlimited infantry, an armed forces, special ops, mounted divisions, a navy, and one of the more powerful Air Forces, I make a valuable ally. Not to mention, I will most likely be an ally with Loyd as soon as I get a confirmation PM.

Aswell, Ballom! I am glad to see you joining the RPG! I certainly hope we are allied with you, for the pen truly is mightier than the sword in this game.

    Welcome to the RPG boys!

  7. At this point, I've come to realize my Articles are faltering, so I will let them lie, and return later with revised editions. Until then, late nature takes it course on these. If they fail, so be it. If they succeed, then so be it they will stay as is. Anyhow ,the Regalin was not actually going to make a physical appearance in "The Outbreak", rather its appearance would be something of a surprise to most. So, I will simply leave them as is.

  8. Take note of the fact that the Tsunami control of the Meteo is simply exercising its control over water, not siesmic events. Also, Ausar, did I say it had the power of 100 Toa of weather? It really only has the power of one or two going Nova.

Wait, in the PM you specifically said that the Kanohi Great Meteo was rumored to exhibit seismic capabilities that generate tsunamis, so which is it?

Also, you did indeed say one-hundred Toa, so would you like to change that to two now?

Lastly, should members view their vote as a vote on the existence of the rumor or as a vote on the actual Meteo's existence?

Let me know the answers to all three of those as soon as possible and I'll edit the proposal accordingly.

Sorry Ausar, I didn't realize. When I said it could summon a tsunami, I said it was a seismic event, but didn't say that it gave it seismic capabilities. This is a byproduct of being able to summon hurricanes. As in order for it to summon a Hurricane, the waters conditions have to be right, allowing for control of water. which due to my own folly, I neglected to say. I was after all simply writing these down from a list of one sentence ideas for future proposals. Aswell, if at all possible, I would like to change it so that it simply has the power of Two Toa of Weather going Nova. I guess I never wrote that down on the lists foot notes. However, that revision to the article should be made in the next round of voting if this article should fail.

Note: ChocoLvr13: It is actually situated towards the knee, but it is sealed off, so no one in the universe knows where it is, however, more details will be revealed in the Short Story and Epic.

  9. First, I vote "AYE" on both Articles 113 & 114. I see no reason to oppose the Iron War, meanwhile the La Nui Civil War could have occurred much like the real life Cold War, that is to say, long periods of standoff with very little conflict, and thus the length of time involved, for beings that live to be over 100,000 years old, doesn't seem unreasonable to me. ;)

Second, I vote "AYE" on Articles 115, 116, 117, & 118 because all are reasonable and thus I have no reason to oppose them. :fonz:

Lastly, at this time I'll remain "Undecided" on Article 119 because I fail to see the need for beings capable of Telepathy, Teleportation, etc. to need these technological devices. :shrugs:

Article 113: Aye. I see a hint of realism in the Bionicle World. ...Good. :)

Article 114: Aye. Gee, RingMasterZee, you appear to be starting quite a few conflicts. :P

Article 115: Aye, though I've got to say, I've never heard of 'Half-caste' being derrogatory. Wait... *Checks Dictionary.com* Oh, okay. :(

Article 116: Aye; May I use this term in my Epic? It fits Mentsu so well. :)

Article 117: Aye. Another word, no problems....

Article 118: Aye. Thanks for the definition, Ausar.

Article 119: So... it's a cell phone with GPS? :P Aye.

    -Em

Article 113: Aye, nothing wrong I can see with this.

Article 114: Nay, if it was so bloody how could it have lasted that long?

Article 115: Aye. For clarification, this is more of a slang term, correct?

Article 116: Aye, no problem with this.

Article 117: Undecided because of the "punishment for its' use" bit - I'm not sure what kind of society would punish someone for swearing. Unless it was used against an authority figure?

Article 118: Aye, pretty cool word. :P

Article 119: Aye, sounds reasonable. These are sort of comparable to cell phones, I suppose, which I wouldn't put past the Matoran Universe's technology level to invent.

Ausar: Thank you, that was the point I was getting at. The Metru-nui Civil War lasted what was it a few hundred, a mere two thousand is just a prolonged war. Where as the Metru-nui conflict was average as I hear.

Em: Yeah I'm a Hot Head, but when your parents are Irish it gets to you. We ride out life on temper and luck! Lol, good one.

Auserv: That is the reason why it was so bloody, because it lasted so long. The American Civil War was bloody because it lasted long. If you consider the life span of a Matoran, it lasted about 2-3 years, considering the length of the American Civil War, I woudl say it is approvable.

  10. 120: Nay. I really don't feel this element is necessary.

    121: Nay, same as above.

    122: Nay. Much too powerful.

123: Aye. This is a much more streamlined way of using that power, rather than having to use three different masks, like Ballom suggested.

124: Aye, but only because it asks about the existence of a rumor, not the actual mask. The mask itself should not exist.

    125: Aye, it's a balanced mask :P

126: Nay. One can achieve much of the same with a Tryna.

However Exo-fat, as I outlined above, one can let his Undead army run rampant without focusing. As such, making it a powerful asset. Aswell, when a mask is eon of a kind, it suggests that it is extremely powerful, and that is why it is one of a kind. Suggesting that a one of a kind mask or artifact is to powerful would be true, however eon must take into consideration how heavily guarded this mask is, and that attaining it would be equally hard. In short, that is the reason why it is one of a kind, it is to powerful.

Take note of the fact that the Tsunami control of the Meteo is simply exercising its control over water, not siesmic events. Also, Ausar, did I say it had the power of 100 Toa of weather? It really only has the power of one or two going Nova.

  11. From now on, I will vote on articles, in groups decided by their nature. Such as Kanohi based Proposals will be grouped together, and so, and so forth.

    Article 113-114:

"AYE", both of these History based Articles are certainly allowable. As usual for me, I left a few details out of the Article by accident, The Civil War in La-Nui was caused by the Iron War,because certain islands within the dome allied with Xia, others with La-Nui.

    Article 115-118:

"AYE", I don't believe any of these language based articles have been used before, or conflict with any other definitions.

    Article 119:

"NAY", I have researched the fact, and Makuta are capable of long range Telepathy.

    -Zee

  12. Ah yes, another round of Voting for our ever growing guild!

    Article 120-121:

"AYE", Always happy to welcome another couple of Matoran Tribes to our population. Cheers to our latest tribes.

    Article 122:

"AYE", this is an addition to a story I'm working out that will eventually tie into the Outbreak Saga.

    Article 123-126:

"AYE", the standard Kanohi are up to standards on power. The other two One of a Kind Mask are certainly up to the qualities of a very powerful mask. Aswell, be known that the Regalin can raise the dead, and keep them running without any focus whatsoever. It is like a Tryna but with the capability of being so much more destructive.

  13. Congratulations to alll of the newest C.I.R.C.L.E. Members, as you have surley worked hard to be nominated to join our little orginization!

Articles 33a. 34a, 35a, & 37a: AYE, Congratulations on your promotions. Three cheers for our growing friends!

Article 106: AYE. Ah, I've been waiting for soemthing like this! As a matter of fact, the proposal I was working on for the past month was a layout for a Topic similiar to the guise of this.

Article 107-112: AYE, once more, congratulations and I hope you enjoy your stay in beautiful Maa-ti Ur!

  14.

When the blazes did it become a requirement to dig up a writer from the bottom of the Epic section, and submit him? Can someone here give me one good reason for someone to have to do that! It was never a requirement before, and how long have you people been taunting Kohila and I? We make the dead lines, Tarth hasn't, but we have! God, the worst of the people in my school have more class than to taunt people behind their backs. Do it to our faces next time, after we miss a dead-line, not before.

    -Zee

  15.

Hm... Apparently face to face encounters are lost on you. Well then, I would still like to say, since I voted before the dead line, why my name is being disgraced? Honestly, why do we have to submit a name for the nominations, is it now a requirement? aswell, how can I be prolonging the wait, if the dead line isn't even over yet. Honestly, if you're going to complain about me, do it if I miss the dead line, and to my face! You can flame me all you want for saying this! My views are still the same.

  16. The revised eighty-seventh article proposed by ChocoLvr13 & Erebus Nuva: "AYE", A fine addition to another piece of CIRCLE History.

The ninety-ninth article proposed by Kohila is as follows: "AYE", Another term added to our extensive dictionary.

The one-hundredth article proposed by Ballom, Kohila, & Toa_Ausar is as follows: "AYE", seems fair to me.

The one-hundred-first article proposed by Cap'n K is as follows: "AYE", I like this explanation for Artakha and his macabre brother.

The one-hundred-second article proposed by Cap'n K is as follows: "AYE", very deep ,very in depth story.

The one-hundred-third article proposed by Cap'n K is as follows: "AYE", the plot runs deeper. Keep it coming my friends.

The one-hundred-fourth article proposed by Cap'n K is as follows: "AYE", as usual, we have a very deep and explained plot in the CIRCLE.

The one-hundred-fifth article proposed by Kohila is as follows: "AYE", does anybody really need to ask why I like this article?

    -Zee

  17.

    Article 42:

"AYE". I would also like ot answer a question that was aksed of me before in one of myt many discussions with Ausar. For Toa with Mental Based Powers, the mask will conver them into a free floating essence in the same form as Antidermis, practicing whatever mental power they control. Sch as a Toa of Rahi Control, would become that free-floating mass, but could jump between the minds of Rahi, controlling them. any further questions about this mask, I would like ot be asked before you NAY this mask.

    Article 93:

"AYE", I see no unreasonable elements in there.

    Article 94:

"AYE", personally, I like it. Adds a unique and dark twist to the CIRCLE universe if I do say so myself.

    Article 95:

"AYE", again, another dark twist in the works. Certainly a great add-on to the story line.

    Article 96:

"AYE", and so we wenter the dark world of resurrection by emans of the lives of the unwilling being taken to revive those undeserving of it.

    Article 97:

"AYE", the Time Line is a testimony to all of the hard-work we put into our writing.

    Article 98:

"AYE", I don't see why not, do you?

    -Zee

  18. Article 73 Revised:

"AYE", Much better than the first, reformed, and now to all of our colleagues liking. Approved.

    Article 77 Revised:

"AYE", Like the above, bravo on the improvements.

    Article 88:

"AYE", Ah yes, another object to be utilized in future chapters of all CIRCLE Epics, no?

    Article 89:

"NAY", I love the concept, however, we in the CIRCLE are not so strict as to say this would be powerful enough. No, I think you should make this article more loose, without making it to pwoerful, as of yet the Matoran stones seem to weak.

    Article 90:

"AYE", very creative, and it adds to the dictionary the CIRCLE has.

    Article 91:

"AYE", Komodros origins revealed ai old friend?

    Article 92:

"AYE", Aswell AYE, another species added to the rich CIRCLE enviornment.
