Parugi. He's been the strongest ever since he became a Toa of Stone. Also, I'd like to apologize once again for the lack of updates. I seriously hate making people wait for an update, but business and writes-block can be a cruel couple. Just so you know, I'm working on a couple of short stories, one of which will explain some of the Toa's history.
