We'll be doing a double-dose of B6's Block Party this week! On Monday, May 20th and Thursday, May 23rd you can head over to the BZPower Twitch channel starting at 7 PM Eastern, where hopefully our audio won't be messed up for fifteen minutes this time! We still have more LEGO Indiana Jones to play, so we look forward to seeing you there as we swing around, collecting collectibles!

After missing a couple of weeks due to real life, we're heading back to the BZPower Twitch channel this week for some streaming! Join us on Wednesday, May 15th at 7 PM Eastern as we dive back into LEGO Indiana Jones to work towards our 100% completion. Last time we started playing through The Last Crusade, so we'll be picking up there to see how far we can go!

Recently over in the BZPower Library, lore-extraordinaire Nato G began sharing a new tale set in an alternate Bionicle universe. Go read the first two chapters of many to come in Embers - A Bionicle Saga and then share your thoughts in the Review Topic. They have six books planned, so if you like what's there so far, make sure you follow the topic so you don't miss a chapter moving forward!

The first half of the BZPower Convention Circuit has flown by, and now we're gearing up for the main event: BrickFair Chantilly! As one of the largest LEGO fan events in the country, it will have a huge gathering of Bionicle builders and we want to show off your MOCs there! If you're interested in participating in BioniLUG's Horror Garden Collab, or just want to send some cool builds, hit that first link to see what you need to do! Welcome to May! With Star Wars Day almost here, it only seemed right to kick off the month with a Star Wars raffle. (And not at all because that's what we usually give away!) BZPower shirt-maker extraordinaire Brappy Hour recently kicked off the BZP T-Shirt Contest 2024! You have until the end of May to design a Metru Nui themed shirt and submit it in the blog entry. If your design is picked - you get a free shirt! I'm trying not to think about the fact that we've been making these shirts so long we've now celebrated the tenth and twentieth anniversaries of Metru Nui, but that just goes to show how awesome BZPower's members are. I can't wait to see the designs you all come up with!

Well it's a rainy day here and it seems as good of a time as any to remind you that there's only a few days left to enter the 2024 Member Raffle #4! Recently Alexander Pinera over at TheGamer put together a list of 10 Forgotten Lego Games, with three Bionicle titles making the list. Obviously we're a bit biased, but I can't think of any Bionicle fan who's forgotten about the Mata Nui Online Game! While there are certainly some obscure games there, most seem pretty well-known in LEGO circles. Are you aware of all ten? Which on the list is your favorite?

This week we'll be heading over to the BZPower Twitch channel on Wednesday, April 24th for another installment of B6's Block Party. Starting at around 7 PM Eastern we'll be diving back into LEGO Indiana Jones to wrap up The Temple of Doom levels - we completed four of the six last week, so we'll see if we can match that this week and start The Last Crusade as well! Recently the RepTrak Company released their annual Global RepTrak100 survey, ranking the top one hundred most reputable companies in the world. Surprising no one, The LEGO Group was recognized as the most reputable company in the world for the second consecutive year! Our favorite toy brand has been in the top ten for over a decade now, and has really cemented their spot at the top over these past few years. Hopefully they continue their extensive efforts in sustainability to ensure they can keep bringing joy and imagination to kids and maintain their high reputation for years to come!

BZPower member That Matoran with a Vahi dropped by the Bionicle Discussion forum recently to share some differences they had noticed between Bionicle comics in the UK and the US. In Bionicle Comic Regional Variations, they're asking everyone how comics in their country were different. I know comics were localized into at least German, French, and Russian, so there's sure to be lots of little changes out there to note!

This time around we're going back to gaming - picking up where we left off with Twitch Tuesday in LEGO Indiana Jones. Recently in the Bionicle-Based Creations subforum, BZPower member (and LEGO Model Designer) Pohaturon shared his latest MOC: Gali - Spirit of Water. He wanted to make use of the new hook element introduced in Ninjago and came up with a great model that combines contraction and system elements. The creation definitely captures Gali's elegance, grace, and power, and showcases the ultra-rare mask from G2. Make sure you check out the neat base with a little nod to the Toa Nuva as well!

Coming back from a couple months of soul-searching, I am ready to return to streaming - come join the block party! After almost a decade of doing different types of streams with different names and schedules, I am merging everything into one generic LEGO-themed stream not tied to building sets, playing videogames, days of the week, or a specific platform. That stream is B6's Block Party! Our first stream will be tomorrow, March 20th, at 7 PM Eastern, where we're going to build a LEGO set. What set? You'll have to come and find out! We haven't changed locations, so we'll still be over on the BZPower Twitch channel. Thanks everyone who has ever watched one of our streams and to all our future viewers - we do this for the fun of it and hope you have fun too!
