This video came out earlier this year, but I missed it until just recently. The music video for the I Fight Dragons song, "Oh The Places You'll Go," is done entirely in stop motion and features some heavily modified Bionicle MOCs. If you're a purist, you probably want to avoid it, but it's a very well-done stop-motion movie that tells a story to go along with the song. Give it a watch!

Due to some schedule conflicts, we won't be streaming tonight. We'll be back next week with some more LEGO 2K Drive!

After a break last week for Halloween, we're back tonight for another installment of LEGO 2K Drive! Swing by the BZPower Twitch channel starting around 7:30 PM Eastern to watch us take on some new races now that we've reached A-class. It should be a blast!

Yesterday DuckBricks dropped a two-and-a-half hour video of his trip to Denmark to meet Christian Faber and go through a warehouse's worth of Bionicle and other LEGO memorabilia. There's some crazy stuff there, and apparently there will be more videos and coverage to come. This sounds like an amazing opportunity, and I'm glad he's been able to capture and share it with the community!

Earlier today BZPower Member Mushy the Mushroom shared updated instructions for her plush Macku and Hewkii dolls over in General Art. We gave away one set she generously donated to a lucky member earlier this year, and I can tell you from having held them that they're even more adorable in person than in the photos. If you're good with a sewing machine and a needle and thread, or know someone you can kindly convince, your life would be better off with these cure plushies. We may have some more to give away in the future as well, so keep your eyes peeled right here!

Happy Tuesday everyone! We'll see you over at the BZPower Twitch channel starting at or before 7:30 PM Eastern to play some more LEGO 2K Drive. Start your engines!

Over on X,
Carl MerriamDr. Eggman can be seen causing problems in the LEGO factory. More than that though, we get our first official look at Knuckles, Shadow, and Rogue, as well as the evil doctor himself. I'm sure that fans of the franchise will be looking forward to collecting their favorite characters when the sets release next year! -
Come on by the BZPower Twitch channel tonight starting at 7:30 PM Eastern (or maybe like 7:15) to watch us play some more LEGO 2K Drive. We took last week off, so there's likely to be some cobwebs to brush off before we get going on our grind to level up to compete in the next races. See you there!

You have until the end of today to score double points on your LEGO Shop@Home orders! This will work out (in the US at least, points vary per country) to about a 10% discount on the set instead of the usual 5%, in terms of the rewards you can redeem in the future. They also have some high-dollar sets on sale, including the UCS Razor Crest and Hulkbuster for 30% off. They're still super-expensive, but it's probably among the best deals you'll see on them in the near future.

Earlier this week, long-time Bionicle community member Essenger had their van catch on fire during a music tour, losing the vehicle, all the equipment, and many personal items inside. Thankfully no one was hurt. Their friend Joey has setup a GoFundMe for Essenger to help them recover from this horrible accident. If you're able and willing, consider helping them out!

Earlier today over on Instagram, The LEGO Group officially announced their partnership with Nintendo to create Animal Crossing sets! The figures give some serious FABULAND vibes, which older fans from the 80s tend to remember fondly. The theme is sure to be popular with lots of people, especially considering the huge popularity of New Horizons in 2020 and 2021. Hopefully the sets get revealed soon too!

Who's ready for some more LEGO 2K Drive? Come by the BZPower Twitch channel starting around 7:30 PM Eastern to watch as we get behind the wheel of a variety of LEGO vehicles to race our way up to the Sky Cup Grand Prix! We'll be starting with a bunch of challenges tonight to level up our racer so we can get to some of the final races before the big event.

Last week, The Toy Foundation announced the 2023 Toy of the Year award winners, and it should come as no surprise that our favorite building toy was well-represented. The LEGO Group walked away with five honors:

- Grown-Up Toy of the Year: LEGO The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell
- Infant/Toddler Toy of the Year: Laugh & Learn Mix & Learn DJ Table by Mattel, Inc. & LEGO DUPLO 3 in 1 Tree House by LEGO Systems, Inc.

If you've got 4000 points saved up on your LEGO Insiders account and have been wondering what to spend them on, wait no more! You can head over to the Rewards Center and redeem them for a Customizable Logo Cap:
Show your LEGO love with this cap that comes with 3 easy-change patches representing iconic LEGO themes: Bionicle, Blacktron and Castle, with additional patches to be available soon.
It's awesome to see that Bionicle was chosen for one of the first three patches, and I'm definitely curious to see what other ones are added in the future. Let us know what you'd like to see in the Talkback!- 1

Welcome to Tuesday! Won't you join us over at the BZPower Twitch channel tonight starting around 7:30 PM Eastern for some more LEGO 2K Drive? I wouldn't say I've gotten the hang of it yet, but I'm still successfully progressing through the races, so hopefully that trend continues this evening. See you there!

It's been longer than I'd like since we last did a live stream, but tomorrow we're changing that! Come join us on the BZPower Twitch channel at 1 PM Eastern where I'll be building 40504 A Minifigure Tribute, recreating the classic pirate Captain Redbeard!

A casting call has gone out for LEGO Masters Junior, a spinoff of Fox's brick-based reality show. Now you can sign your kids up to be TV personalities and social media influencers! Filming will take place in late October and early November this year, so we can probably expect the show to premier next spring. I'm definitely curious to see what kinds of challenges the kids get to compete in and what sort of crazy builds they come up with!

Another Tuesday means another videogame stream! Swing by the BZPower Twitch channel starting at 7:30 PM Eastern, if not a little before, to watch us play some more LEGO 2K Drive! It's been an interesting adventure so far as I make my way through a racing game, so let's see how that continues!

Let us not forget the events of twenty-two years ago today. We were here at Kanohi-Power and BionicleZone back then, and we all lived though 9/11/01 as a community. Twenty-two years later, we are still here, members are still here - and although it's been over two decades it's important to remember what happened in the hopes that we can keep it from ever happening again. The world is now different, as is our community that has lived through a difficult time - it is important to remember all those who lost their lives.
