1. Let's get back to it! LEGO has provided us with a copy of 70809 Lord Business' Evil Lair that I'll be reviewing today. It's a larger set with a lot more to see, and it's also a bigger decision on whether or not to add it to your collection. So what are you waiting for? Continue reading and watching to see if it's something you've got to have! View the full article
2. Chomp chomp chomp! That's the sound of the Trash Chomper from The LEGO Movie coming to gobble you up - or save the day, depending on how you play with your toys. This mean, green machine is the subject of today's set review by ChocolateFrogs. Evil beware, for these garbage men will have none of your trash! Read on to find out just what this 2-in-1 set has to offer. View the full article
3. Over in our Comedies forum, we've recently kicked off a brand new contest. Caveat Scriptor: A Comedies Contest began yesterday and the entry period ends on January 18th. 4. It's time to look at another set from the upcoming LEGO Movie, courtesy of LEGO itself. The second-smallest in the line, 70801 Melting Room will be the subject of discussion in this review. If you're interested to see what makes this set tick, read and watch on! View the full article
5. LEGO has kindly sent BZPower a whole bunch of sets from the upcoming LEGO Movie, which premiers on February 7th. Of course, when given new sets, we're going to review them. Today I take a look at 70800 Getaway Glider, the smallest set in the line. Read on to see my thoughts and to check out our video review of the set. View the full article
6. The LEGO Movie might not premier for another couple of months, but the sets are just starting to hit shelves. And to promote those sets, LEGO has sent us a bunch of them to review for you. Today BZP Reporter Xccj takes a look at one of the more iconic sets from this wave, 70808 Super Cycle Chase. Will Emmet and Wyldstyle escape from the Robo Cops on their sleek cycle? Read the review or watch the video and see if this set is one to get your hands on! View the full article
7. Remember that LEGO Videos site we reported on exactly a year ago?. It has now received a gorgeous update. The site has been redesigned to fit today's standards and features a much greater variety of videos you can watch directly on the LEGO Videos site itself, without being redirected to the corresponding theme's website. You can browse videos by theme, category and even characters. All videos I could find are in wonderful quality and HD resolution (especially the Hero Factory videos are a treat to look at), so this site can now truly be considered THE hub of official LEGO videos of all kind. It's worth checking out! View the full article
8. BZPower Member Oryx has noticed that there is a new website in the web portfolio of LEGO. Fans of LEGO Friends and of the new LEGO Disney Princess theme will be delighted to know that the theme now has a website of its own as well. You get the usual product information, videos and even a guide to create your own fairy tale in six easy steps. I haven't tried it but it'll surely have its audience. Go have a look if you are interested! View the full article

10. Christmas is over and you realize you bought someone a set they already had? That's what the 30% sale on a great variety of sets on LEGO Shop Online is for. There are sales in almost every country from what I can see, though which sets are on sale varies. There is also free shipping for orders over $75! Additionally, 2014 sets have been released worldwide (except South Korea) for several themes, including but not limited to Hero Factory, Ninjago, Chima, City, Friends, The LEGO Movie, Star Wars and Technic, though not all sets are available in the US and Canada, especially Hero Factory, which won't become available before March 1st. Still, there should be something for everybody, so grab those sales and new sets while you can! View the full article

16. Today I got the new German LEGO consumer catalogue and was thrilled to find new pictures of the mysterious Mixels that were first revealed in July. Not only that, but Dutch online LEGO store SpeelGoed has added finalized pictures of all Mixels to their site as well. In the first batch there will be nine Mixels, three each of the colors red, black and yellow, though more in blue, orange and green are apparently still to come. All three of a color combine to form a larger Mixel! Read on for more information (including story details) and for more pictures! View the full article

18. BZPower Member Mask collector recently was lucky enough to get his hands on a Solid 14K Gold Kanohi Hau (coincidentally the same one BZPower Administrator Binkmeister used to own). He decided he would share his thoughts and show it off for the rest of us who will likely never see one in person.
