  1. IC:Another Nui-Jaga, along with several more conveniently placed corpses, charged towards the Toa of Water. Zadel swung her shark again, hoping to angle it just right, so the Takea would hopefully grab one of them in its jaws before the stress and lack of water killed it.OOC: I know, Lev, I know. And I feel sorry for this shark...
  2. IC:At that moment, the Nui-Jaga which Pokorix clung to was hit by a shark. Not a musical construct manifested in the form of a shark. An actual shark. Granted, it was being held by a hand made out of water, which was being in turn controlled by a Toa of Water with a keytar. But that was irreverent. The point was, a giant, undead scorpion was slapped with a living shark. Zadel pressed out a few notes from her instrument, and brought the watery hand back to her, still holding the rather confused and irritated Takea Shark. She shifted her feet and the construct, holding the shark as if it were a club. "Come and get me, brain munchers..." the Toa muttered, clearly having the time of her life.
  3. OOC: Charter, I swear, if you don't fix out internet soon...IC: The cello produced a high, shrieking sound as Quwaro's foes were dragged away. He turned on Runner, standing up suddenly, knocking his chair aside. Three of his fallen angel constructs materialized. Each pulled a weapon out of its body, one a spear, one an axe, the final one a mace. As one, the converged.
  4. IC:Quwaro scowled, glancing over to Runner's position, "... Go away..."Shifting more focus that he would have liked from Waoyra, the pale Toa created a swarm of birds which dive-bombed Runner.
  5. Okay, so what is this, a free for all? I'm kinda confused. And my computer is fine now... somehow.
  6. IC:So, the Toa knew where he was... Quwaro created a thick wall of air in front of him which the bolts of air struck off of. He continued pulling on the air around Waoyra, keeping the increasingly thick mass about a foot away from the Toa in every direction.
  7. IC:Quwaro allowed the construct to release a gust of wind from its mouth as it was disassembled, an act that sounded quite similar to a scream. The pale Toa paused his playing, eyes locked on Waorya. Constructs would be a little use against this man... so, why not try the opposite?Quwaro began playing again, making long, low notes. The air around Waoyra was pulled back as Quwaro began to form a vacuum.
  8. IC:The wind carried these words to Quwaro. The Toa boasted, and was quiet confident in himself. Why? Well, Quwaro didn't know, nor did it concern him.The construct swung its blade with both arms, coming in from the left in a horizontal swipe.
  9. IC:The construct landed, wings folding back into its body. From his vantage point, Quwaro mused to himself silently. A sustained battle over this distance would drain him, if he wasn't careful, and divert his attention from other nearby threats. He would need to bring his foes closer to him.The thing that could only be described as a fallen angel tore into its own chest with its hand, pulling out another weapon. It took the shape of a claymore, which it grasped in both hands. The construct's jaws parted, and as an added touch, the air that escaped it's mouth was moistened. The angel waited.
  10. Now, are my posts invisible or something? I clearly attacked Levacius' character. Yet he ignores that post and goes off on a conversation with someone. This isn't the first time either. Something like this happened in Dreamland, which is the reason I left that RP. If people are going to ignore my existance, then I don't see much reason to roleplay here.
  11. Oh dear... we seem to be moving at a rather fast pace...Fancy that my laptop would have troubles RIGHT NOW. So, until it gets fixed, I'll be a bit slow... Should only take a day or two.
  12. IC:The construct of air dropped a crushed Matoran from it's jaws, turning to Unov and Waorya. Quwaro lowered the pace, observing from his vantage point the two combatants, then resumed his playing. The semi-human thing itself paused in turn, aimed its eyeless head towards them, and then leapt into the air upon its wings. With a slight change of tune, the construct pulled a spear out of it's own mass, then threw the solid air towards Waorya.
  13. IC:"Death is death..." Quwaro's soft voice responded, and he spared Unov a fleeting glance, "as long as they die, it does not matter how."At Letrin's signal, the pale Toa began playing. As the tune began, the air began to condense. A shape, several feet taller than a Toa, with the general build apart from the inhuman, long, wide maw and vast wings began to take form beside Quwaro. It was transparent and ghostly, and as the music raised in pitch, the semi-human thing strode forward jaws parted, fingers spread wide. And then, on a sharp note, it lunged.OOC: Slow computer is slow.
  14. IC: A pale Toa of Air stood next to Skyra, eying the mass of soldiers as they approached. Without waiting to be told, he unfolded the chair that he had been holding in his hand, and sat down. Shifting his cello into position, Quwaro turned his eyes to Letrin, awaiting his response.
  15. Congratulations to the winners! ^^Now... I guess I have some music to play.
  16. Name: QuwaroGender: MaleFaction: Tribes of Rhythm Le-KoroSpecies: ToaElement: AirPreferred Weapons/Tools: Cello. Wears the Kanohi Hau, the Great Mask of Shielding. Carries an unfolding wooden chair.Appearance: A pale, thin Toa clad in silver, and sea foam green armor. He wears a silver Hau, custom forged into a much thinner shape, with several spikes sweeping back like on the Avhokii. His eyes are crimson and soft. His armor has a wing motif, somewhat similar to the armor on Nuparu Mahri.Bio: The man who calls himself Quwaro never made much of himself. He was always an musician, quite and distant, away from the rest of the world. The affairs of man were of no concern to him. So long as he had his music, all was right in the world, and he would remain alone. The music was what allowed him to remain calm and pacifistic. When it was turned into a weapon of war, Quwaro gave in to himself. A passionate man, he killed with grace, using elegant, soft notes to cut, stab, strangle, and suffocate. He remains quiet, with a peaceful look in his eyes, as he sits on his humble chair, and snatches the breath from the lungs of man.Name: OnalutoGender: FemaleFaction: Neutral / loosely affiliated with the Po-Koro Tribe of RhythmSpecies: TuragaElement: StonePreferred Weapons/Tools: The Kanohi Matatu, the Noble Mask of Telekinesis. Owns a tamed Husi bird by the name of Poko. A small tambourine serves as her instrument, adorned with feathers. Appearance: A small, withered woman, looking as if a small breeze could blow her away. Her armor is tan, and she is wears the feathers of many bird-like rahi. Dark blue eyes. Wears a grey Noble Matatu.Bio: Though officially Onaluto is not affiliated with any faction, she does not oppose the nationalistic mindset of Po-Koro. She is a sort of unofficial Chronicler for Po-Koro, collecting and distributing information. Name: GounGender: FemaleFaction: Tribes of Rhythm Onu-KoroSpecies: ToaElement: EarthPreferred Weapons/Tools: The Kanohi Akaku, the Great Mask of X-Ray Vision (with telescopic lenses). A massive drum, which is usually strapped to her back when not is use. A pair of drum sticks that are practically clubs themselves.Appearance: Goa is built like a barrel, thick, muscular, and powerful. Clad in rough black armor with yellow highlights. Her armor follows a motif similar to Mantax’s shoulder plates. Yellow eyes.Bio: Guon was a miner in her past life, a person who rarely saw the light of day. She still prefers to keep it that way, rarely venturing out during the day, only coming out at night if she can help it. The Toa of Earth prefers to attack from below, ambushing enemies with the great booming sound of her drums, pulling them under. A simple person, she serves Onu-Koro out of loyalty to her friends and elders. No reward is expected, she is just doing her part.Name: ZadelGender: FemaleFaction: Tribes of RhythmSpecies: ToaElement: WaterPreferred Weapons/Tools: The Kanohi Kaukau, the Great Mask of Water Breathing. A keytar, which can double as a sword if necessary. Several canisters filled with water, which are strapped around her like an ammo belt.Appearance: A thin, pretty Toa, clad in blue and grey armor. Her armor has a fin motif, similar to Kiina’s. Her mask is shaped like a Kanohi Kakama, blue is color. Purple eyes.Bio: Zadel is a ruffian at heart, eager for a fight. The first to strike and the last to ask questions, the Toa of Water often strays from the shores that her faction favor. To her it isn’t so much a matter of controlling the island and its resources, as it is simply having a good, dirty fight.Name: Oro, The Sovereign of FlameGender: MaleFaction: Tribe of Rhythm Ta-KoroSpecies: ToaElement: FirePreferred Weapons/Tools: The Kanohi Mecks, the Great Mask of Biomechanics. Through this mask he can control his instrument, a pipe organ that has been integrated into his body. Use of this instrument requires that he be completely still.Appearance: Oro is a twisted hulking thing, a being who is one with his instrument, in this case a pipe organ. His arms are hulking, the armor with the appearance of the keyboard. The pipes burst from his back and shoulders with no rhythm or reason. His armor is crimson and orange, with glowing orange lines in his joints and the spaces between his armor. His mask is carved into the shape of a Great Mask of Corruption. Oro’s eyes are small, crimson point of light. Bent over by the weight of his instrument, he walks in a gorrila-like manner.Bio: To say the Oro is full of himself is an understatement. His mind is as deranged as his body is now, completely consumed with the thought of conquest and slaughter. Like the music he players, his constructs of flame are elaborate and loud, dramatic. Declaring himself the Sovereign of Flame, or just Sovereign, Oro aims to take control of Ta-Koro himself one day. Name: VædenGender: MaleFaction: DissonanceSpecies: ToaElement: IcePreferred Weapons/Tools: The Kanohi Kualsi, the Great Mask of Quick Travel. Sound dampening armor. Claws forged into the metal of his hands, carved from the Kanohi Felnas. These allow him to use the power of the Great Mask of Disruption, at the cost of no longer being able to manipulate his element. With these claws, Væden can destroy constructs made from war music at a touch. However, the material that the construct was made from will still exist, so a construct of stone could still fall on him, and he wouldn’t be able to stop it, he could still be engulfed in the earth, and of course touching fire is not a good idea. Still, he can also use it to disrupt the powers of those he touches, though it is a somewhat slower process than usual. If Væden were to attempt to use his element, it would go spiraling out of control, with the only possible outcome being his death. Appearance: A tall, thin limbed Toa of ice, clad in black and white armor. His mask is strangely shaped, with the upper half extremely detailed, with ridges and bumps, while the lower half has not features at all, not even the typical spikes of the Kualsi. Talons have been fused to his bony hands. His eyes are a deep black, and sunken into his skull.Bio: Music is foreign to Væden, a sound that his brain is incapable of understanding. To him it is discordant sounds, barely connected, a cacophony of chaos. Væden doesn’t like chaos. The creation of War Music was something that at first he wanted to ignore. After all, Ko-Koro had no involvement with this, so how could it effect him, in his little hole in Mt. Ihu, alone and undisturbed?Turns out it affected him quite a bit. As the Dissonance grew in influence, several members called upon Væden for his assistance, believing that with his own personal prejudice, he would be a loyal ally. He did join, yes, but only when provided with a certain set of weapons... talons forged from the Kanohi Felnas. Væden sacrificed his own element so that he could express his infuriation that the world would dare confront him with those sounds, so grotesque in his mind.
  17. As it stands... Hopefully it will get more uneven. Also, Rust and The Horde Out of Limbo need more votes.
  18. Alright then, a misunderstanding. I apologize for being paranoid of you guys after that post. I probably could have said that better myself. It's hard to figure out a person's tone of voice over the internet.
  19. I don't quite understand why... I wanted people to know that I don't share the violence that seems to be Vorex's favorite, and explained that People won't be losing body parts without good reason. If you are speaking about the part of me enforcing rules mostly... I suspect that I will probably be the most active of the staff and will likely be the one to enforce rules. What concerns me is that this tension exists between you and one of your moderators. If you have to keep this man on a leash, why is he in a position of power?
  20. Zoma, that probably should have been done in PM. I have now lost all confidence in the RP you have.
  21. 247I would vote for 1 also, but not enough votes...
  22. Wow Rust is actually doing nicely... Well, I guess I just need to sit back and see how it does against all the heavyweights in the next poll...
  23. Snippy, have you seen my mug?
