  1. Legion, Tali, and Mordin would be your best options then. Tali and Legion both die when you pick either the Quarians or Geth (Tali commits suicide and Legion attacks you and you have to shoot him multiple times), and Mordin is so hurt when you betray him and his dying scene is the absolute saddest thing ever. But Mordin's kind of tricky because if you kill him and Wrex is dead from the first game, then you get the support of the krogans and the salarians and that's not good because you'll have a lot more war assets.

  2. Liara is not invincible, I can assure you of that. If you play your cards right and prevent yourself from getting war assets in Mass effect 3, whoever you are running with to the beam at the end are killed by the exploding mako. And if you did your duty in Mass effect 2, the only squadmates you should have left in the last game at this point are Vega, Liara, and EDI (don't do Javik DLC), and you can kill EDI by choosing destroy ending. Don't forget you can shoot Ashley or Kaiden at the coup. And by the way, it is possible to do all loyalty missions in mass effect 2 and still only have 2 survivors, including getting Chakwas and the whole crew killed. I've done it with some help from My fancy and neat list. My survivors were Morinth and Jacob, and I held off on doing Samara's loyalty mission until after the suicide mission. I would recommend trying to keep Morinth and either Mordin or Jack. Mordin because then you can see one of the saddest scenes ever in Mass Effect 2, and if you don't kill Wrex in the first game, he finds out about your treachery and you have to kill him there, but he will also take away your krogan war assets. And then Jack because if you don't do the mission where you save her and the kids, then Cerberus captures all of them and she is turned into a Phantom. And Morinth is turned into a banshee. One of the best parts about doing this evil playthrough is that you can hold off on doing all the loyalty missions and recruitment missions that you can because when you get Legion, you don't have to care about the crew and can take Legion on all the recruitment and loyalty missions and he has a lot of dialogue you never would have heard otherwise since usually you would race to the crew to save them. But if you don't wanna do that, you can always sell him instead of activating him and then you fight and kill him in Mass effect 3.

Trust me, I know how to do a horrible playthrough, or as I call them, a Mufasa playthrough (don't ask). If you have any questions come ask me because I have put waaaaay too much thought into this.

  3. So hear me out. I've only ever played diamond, but this was my team:

    Torterra

    Gyarados

    Crobat

    Lucario

    Dialga

And I am totally blanking out on the last one, because that was the one I kept switching out, but I believe it was mainly a Haunter?

Anyway As my first pokemon game, can I just say how hilarious it was to put my new magikarp first into every battle, switch him out immediately, and then he got half the xp, which leveled him up really fast. Then for about half the game I absolutely wrecked with just my Gyarados and my starter.

  4.

People shouldn't be hating on microsoft so much. Especially since The final fantasy game and KH3 are coming out for the x1 too. You have to pay for multiplayer on the ps4 now too (10 bucks less than live), and third party developers are allowed to decide if you have to pay for used games on the ps4. Not much better.

Plus titanfall looks amazing, and I like playing games on consoles more than pc (sue me).

$100 bucks more, you can't turn off the camera/microphone system, once daily check-ins, one-time use codes and that's it...

Well, you pay $100 more for the actual kinect which seems fine, you can turn off every aspect of the kinect in the settings, and for all intents and purposes, it will be off other than the fact that it's not unplugged, the once daily check ins does suck for some people, and is a valid complaint, but it won't bother me, and only certain developers will be putting costs on used games. It does kind of suck, but it's not much different than online passes.

    Also Xbone has worse specs.

And Playstation Plus gives you free games every month, and discounts on digital purchases.

And IMO Sony has better exclusives, bot for the PS3 and 4.

Sorry UK, but YOUR OPINION IS WRONG (I still love you though)

Not by much. Plus I still love the controller way better. Can't stand the playstation controller. Xbox 360 is giving out two free games per month until the release of the xbox 1, and I don't know if it will continue, but while PS plus does generally beat xbox in this aspect, you at least get to keep the games for xbox if you stop subscribing. Again though, Playstation wins overall in this category.

And IMO X1 has better exclusives. PS4 only has infamous, Knack, order 1886, killzone. Other than being mildy interested in the order game, Not interested in any.

  6. I'm very surprised you didn't like 3. I think it's one of my favorite games of all times, both campaign and multiplayer wise. And I loved ODST's story. It might have also helped that it had like, half the firefly crew in it though.

I'm just gonna give you my list first.

    ODST

    Halo 3

    Halo Reach

    Halo CE

    Halo 4

    Halo 2

-ODST is only barely above Halo 3, and if it didn't have me going to the same area which I kept getting lost in over and over, it would definitely be one of my favorite campaigns of all time. Great characters, great story, just great overall.

-I love Halo 3 to death. Siding with the elites (especially the Arbiter) was awesome. Finishing the fight was awesome. Everything was awesome. I loved the variety of levels and enemies. Seriously, who doesn't have fun fighting two scarabs? I will agree with you that the flood level is my most hated level. I don't think anyone likes that level. I think pure form are really easy to kill though. A sticky grenade or sword swipe will instantly kill them. Unless you're taking about the shooting mouth pure forms. Screw everything about those guys. Also, The last level will always hold a special place in my heart. Fighting through flood with the Arbiter at your side, then Johnson's death (even if the fight with 343 was lame), to the warthog run at the end. You'd have some good memories if you tried beating that level with 4 people on ghosts on legendary with the iron skull on (any death brings you back to the checkpoint). I can see why you wouldn't understand it as much, especially since not playing halo 2. That game goes into why the covenant are doing what they're doing and everything.

-I really liked the squad of Reach. And playing as your own spartan was awesome. Made it a lot more personal. The gameplay was great, the levels were memorable, and most of the characters were awesome. I don't really have anything bad to say about it, other than Kat's death. That just seems really silly to me. Kat is dumb.

-Good ol' Halo CE. What memories I had with you. The only reason I think I put it this far down on the list is because I like the things about the other games more than this one. Can't think of anything wrong with this game other than the awful library. Also, Cortana was totally ugly. They fixed that in anniversary though.

-Now the newest addition. I loved the forerunner stuff about Halo 4. Loved it. Especially the Terminals. Seeing Chief return was awesome, but there's a couple things I did not like about it. First off, the Chief's new armor. I've finally warmed up to it, but I hate the shoulders and the chin/nose of the helmet. Next, the Covenant returning. I get that they're a splinter group and all, but I still find it very silly that after all you did in Halo 3, they were just like "Oh yeah, they're just back fighting you, no big deal", with no real explanation in game. Next is the UNSC's reaction to the Chief. Most people treat him like just another Spartan 4, ignoring for the most part all that he's done in the past like it was no big deal. What's up with that? Also, this isn't as big a deal, but the focus on Cortana was a little too much for me. Cortana has never been one of my favorite characters of Halo. I've liked her, but other than when I finally found her in Halo 3, I've never cared that much for her. The new look she has also throws me off a bit. It's just weird for me seeing her like that. And maybe her death would've meant more if it hadn't been spoiled for me. Besides, I'm not fully convinced she's dead. The gameplay was spot on though. Also, I very much understand you not understanding the story. The game is very unforgiving if you haven't read some of the newer books, and know the lore a bit better. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

-Halo 2 is only on the bottom of the list only because I don't remember a lot of it. I only ever played through it once with my brother a long time ago when I was younger, and I guess it didn't have that big of an effect on me. I will say that I remember loving playing as the Arbiter and seeing a bit into how the Covenant worked, and a few other things I remember that were awesome, but don't want to spoil for you. This would probably be higher on the list if I could remember more.

So yeah, there's my list and reasons why. And the 3 games are only at the bottom of the list because of how much I liked the others better, not because they were bad (except a bit in the case of Halo 4).

  7. I know I was already talking to you and had already said minecraft was better on the pc in almost every way, but now that you mention split screen...

My brother and I always play minecraft together. It's so much fun playing on the same console. It gets really fun when my brother invites two of his friends over and we screw around with everybody in the same room.

So while minecraft is better in almost every way on the pc, it does not have the splitscreen factor like the 360 does.

  8. Handsome Jack for sure. The hardest part would be the mask, and I've seen some nice instructions of how to build good looking 3D paper masks for Jack.

Also, if you do decide on Handsome Jack, buy a blue stuffed animal horse and put sparkles on it. You can be accompanied by Butt Stallion.

  9. I have come to hate Hot Topic. I feel ridiculously awkward going into their store, especially with the other types of people that are in there. I hate most of their clothing as well with shirts such as YOUR MOM and other memes that have been beaten to death. The part I hate most about it is that they have a small section of video game and comic book related shirts that are actually really cool and force me to keep comng back.

  10. Since I'm too lazy to make my own blog post, I'll just post my thoughts here.

I love it. I really do. I love everything about it. The background, the red colors, Takua, Tohu, and especially the little gears (it's so much easier to see where I've posted now).

I for one think you did an amazing job. Keep up the great work!
