  1. I miss awesome Grievous. I understand he had to be nerfed from being able to fight 5 jedi at the same time and beat them all with ease in the original clone wars series, but in this series he's pretty pathetic. I haven't seen all the episodes, but he's barely won any battles. This is Grievous we're talking about. Killer of multiple jedi. He has the lightsabers to prove it! He should not be losing to the likes of Ahsoka.

  2. I for one am in love with the boltshot, light rifle and carbine. For long range vehicle maps, I use the light rifle and plasma pistol. For smaller maps like haven or adrift, I whip out my trusty carbine and boltshot. Seriously, the light rifle is easily the best gun for long range since in scope, it's only 4 shots in the head to kill. And I love the fast firing of the carbine. I'm constantly winning battles against BRs and DMRs just because I can place each shot and screw up their aiming so much. And the boltshot? Don't even get me started. I get 4-10 kills on average with that gun per game. It's such a good gun. And even if you only take their shields down just shoot them in the head.The weapons are probably my favorite thing about Halo 4 so far.~U_K~

    Uhhh, make a hat? Get 1 more rec, and craft a hat. It will be untradable, but if you get a hat that you don't care about, just recraft it with another hat. I did it to get the flamenco, and now the wraith wrap.~U_K~
  4. So I just got ridiculously lucky with my crafting.I had bought 2 eerie keys and opened 2 crates. I got a spooky ghost in one of them, and the new voodoo juju in the other. I was very quickly able to trade the juju for a wraith wrap, AKA my new favorite pyro hat. Now, I also have a flamboyent flamenco that was my hat for the pyro, but it was untradable because of a few foolish things I did with crafting when I was a new player (I crafted achievement items). Anyway, since I found my new favorite pyro hat, the the flamenco is no longer needed. Luckily, I got a hat drop of a hat I already had. So I recraft that with my flamenco and what do I get out of it?A wraith wrap. Talk about luck. I now have two wraith wraps, on untradable and one of the haunted quality. Probably gonna be trading the haunted one for the coffin cap. Then with my last breath I can be grim reaper pyro.Also, just missing the zombie skins for the medic, heavy, and soldier. And I have waaaaay too many exorcism spells.~U_K~

  5. Did it bother anybody else how Chief said "You can call me Master Chief" like it was his name?
    I know it annoyed some people, but I think it's perfectly fine. You can see that he was hesitant. He probably didn't know how much he was allowed to reveal to them about the Spartan program, so probably didn't want to call himself "Spartan 117", and he definitely wasn't going to let them call him John.~U_K~
  6. Aaaand new multiplayer DLC called retaliation. If you want to look into it, go onto Bioware's blog. To sum it up: New collector faction, new turian soldier and infiltrator (with a sweet jetpack), based on the trailer it seems we might be able to change powers for some classes (we saw what seemed to be a krogan vanguard use pull and/or shockwave and more), 3 new collector weapons, (technically 2 since the assault rifle is already in the game, but the submachine gun and sniper are new) and there's a new challenge system. Example: Get 140000 points accumulated with the typhoon and get 10 challenge points. Use challenge points to buy banners and titles for other players to see in lobbies (think call of duty).Also, stuff added in the patch today as well. if 3/4 players vote to start, the match will start in 20 seconds. Also, when you promote a character, their name and appearance are not reset, and their 1 point is not assigned.I am super excited for this. October 9th cannot come soon enough. Praetorians are not going to be fun.~U_K~

  7. Whoa. Big patch coming up. They said hopefully this Thursday, but no promises. Lots of stuff for multiplayer, but also some single player stuff.Issues Fixed:

    • Fixed tutorial tip that didn't properly display an unbound command
    • Fixed an issue in multiplayer where if a character has DLC weapons equipped, and the DLC associated to the weapons is deleted, the weapon loadout screen displayed no weapons
    • Sabotage power evolution 6 increased tech damage bonus no longer stacks
    • Fixed a rare crash in the final mission level involving the firing of the Cain at the Hades Cannon.
    • Fixed the Encumbrance Bar from not updating correctly for the Earth DLC weapon mods
    • Fixed weapons with natural piercing from having their damage reduced with piercing mods equipped
    • Incinerate power evolution 5 now gives a damage bonus to frozen and chilled enemies
    • Krogan Vanguard Rage bonuses now work properly
    • Fixed Shepard's shadow from not appearing after entering and exiting an Atlas
    • Fixed quitting/disconnecting while holding Retrieve Object that could cause the Retrieve Object to disappear
    • Fixed users logging off or disconnecting during gameplay from not being able to return online until rebooting the game
    • Players can no longer grab Geth Pyros over cover
    • Fixed issue in which enemies surviving a detonated Stasis blast became invulnerable
    • Attempting to equip similar weapon mods will now present a 'Slot Occupied' message
    • Asari Justicar passive power evolution 3 power damage and force bonus now works properly
    • Disruptor Rounds consumable (all ranks) damage multiplier against shields and barriers increased from 100% to 400%
    • Particle Rifle no longer replenishes ammo from ammo boxes and supply pylons
    • Fixed an issue when using Biotic Charge before death that caused the match to be unplayable afterwards
    • Fixed pathing for Banshees so they don't get stuck in a teleport routine
    • Fixed Asari Justicar from not being able to activate Biotic Sphere within range of large enemies
    • Fixed dropping Retrieve Objects that could potentially fall under the level
    • All Batarian and Krogan kits will now stagger less than other kits
    • Ops Survival Packs now grant a one second damage immunity when consumed
    • Singularity power re-designed: Singularity no longer has a maximum number of charges and will only be destroyed when the time runs out

    • Concussive Shot changes: Evolution 3 damage and force bonus now applies to frozen and chilled targets

    Evolution 5 changed to increase damage by 50% and radius by 1 meter (used to take on the properties of your ammo power, but this did not work)Evolution 6 damage bonus to organics increased from 100% to 200% over 10 seconds

    • Fixed issue where enemies in Stasis surviving a biotic detonation would become un-synchronized for clients

    • Fixed automatic revive at a specific spot in Firebase White
    • Fixed an issue with ammo boxes causing players to be unable to fire weapons after attempting to refill grenades
    • Fixed an issue with the Krysae Sniper rifle not functioning properly on squad members (Firefight pack)
    • Fixed the health bar position of Tactical Scan on Swarmers
    • Fixed an issue with enemies approaching a downed player to execute, but showing mercy and leaving
    • Fixed seeking projectile powers occasionally failing to impact targets even though it appeared to impact
    • Successfully extracting from a match gives 10% bonus credits. This reward does not depend on your squad members – you must extra personally to get the reward.
    • Fixed an issue that caused the Retrieve Objective wave to not recognize the recovery of the object when it enters the retrieve zone
    • Fixed bleedout effect that was disappearing when another player used an Ops Survival Pack
    • Fixed Decoy that was blocking the use of ladders to NPCs and squadmates
    • Fixed Flamer power of Vorcha from being activated simultaneously with the Reegar Carbine
    • Fixed icons of powers disappearing from the Character Screen
    • Fixed an issue with Ken/Gabby and Tali/Garrus ambient dialogues not triggering in Normandy engineering
    • Fixed an issue in which purchasing multiplayer card pack purchases would not complete

    Exploits Fixed:

    • Fixed an exploit that allowed players to be invincible and invisible to enemies
    • Fixed an exploit where players were able to use rockets from other weapons

    PS3 Only:

    • Fixed an issue on PS3 where after accepting an invite, a player could get stuck in a multiplayer screen by entering the store from the promo screen and then exiting without purchase
    • Fixed a crash when pressing PS button during the game's boot sequence

    PC Only:

    • Fixed the hint popup to update mouse left click and right click bindings
    • Fixed an issue that made Origin users display their game as joinable when their game is full
    • Fixed a crash on Firebase Rio caused by heavy melee

    Xbox Only

    • Fixed a rare crash (black screen) on Xbox 360: Upon booting up the game and attempting to reach the title screen, players will now be able to get to title screen to recover their save games"

    Also, something they just added today where cannibals can now kill you while you're down by vomiting on you.~U_K~

  8. Alright, we've seen the one map that they're remaking for Halo 4. If you want it to be a surprise, don't click.

    It's called Ragnarok and is a remake of Valhalla.

    Also, we've seen gameplay of a new vehicle on that same map. Again, don't click if you like surprises.

    In a multiplayer game a Mantis (The mech we've seen Chief getting into) was being piloted and walking around Ragnarok.
