  1. I'm right there with ya Haz. I can't stand this look. I wish they had gone with something similar to the top right design but with a different lower body. Unfortunately, based on the small paragraph, it seems all they wanted to do was make her sexy. I realize they didn't want to make her look like an average mech, but the only reason I can think of that EDI would want this is to screw with Joker.

  2. Ya, I saw the video. Even more stoked than I was before.I hope you can customize your powers as well. I originally wanted to be a turian infiltrator, but they don't have that (I don't care if you can be a turian sentinel with the widow, it's just not the same), so instead I was planning on being a quarian infiltrator, but I'm not sure if they're gonna have male quarians which is a really big downer for me since I want to be like Kal'Reegar, so because of this I'll probably end up being a salarian since playing on Virmire again made me remember how cool they are. Also, "The art of mass effect" has been leaked online and reportedly has some big spoilers in it, so I wouldn't recommend looking for it. I did, however, manage to obtain the designs of the N7 Edition DLC Character and spoiler character.SQUADMATE SPOILERS:

N7 edition dlc character/day one dlcMore designsSPOILER CHARACTERIt's not a HUGE spoiler, but if you want to find out who it is by yourself, I would recommend not clicking.

And remember guys, even though these aren't story spoilers, please talk about them in spoilers. EDIT: How did I not notice somebody had already posted this T_T~U_K~

  3. Did anybody else watch the latest gametrailers episode? It had a huge segment and single player and multiplayer and I am now even more excited for this game. The episode is online if anybody wants to watch it.Here are some screen shots from the episode (I would consider these minor spoilers, but I know some people don't want to know anything at all, so I put them in spoiler tags):

ME3Ash.jpgAshley in a suit of armor (for the doubters who thought she would only be in a catsuit)me3bloodykrogan.jpgA bloody Krogan fighting off screen husks with his bare hands(sorry, pic's not working with BZP. It was a shot of the illusive man from behind with some cybernetic legs and a cool get up standing next to him.)I assume this is Kai Leng behind the Illusive man from what I've heard. I haven't read the books so I wouldn't know.(sorry, pic's not working with BZP. A picture of Shepard standing in front of a massive looking (and kind of strange looking) rachni queen. Just look up "Mass effect 3 rachni queen" or "Mass effect 3 Kai Leng" and you should find both pics quite easily.)Well, well, well, look who's all grown up. I'm very curious to see what will happen since I killed her.6730858283_750f0311bb_o.jpgA Salarian in multiplayer fighting things that come out of rachni husks.

Also, Freddie Prince Jr. is the voice of Vega.~U_K~

  4. Yeah, I agree that the Flood is a "different" enemy. They aren't necessarily evil themselves as they are a perceived evil by Humanity and the Covenant. Their sole nature is to spread their infection, which is naturally devastating for any species out there. Just like the actions of a parasite, the Flood act on instinct and the need for survival.I also agree with the statement about the Prophets. They are a very deceptive, manipulative, and sinister group. They are truly evil by nature, unlike the Flood.

Guys, the Flood is not some poor misunderstood parasite. It's well aware of what it's doing: It's operating on it's Geas to consume those deemed unworthy and to test others

The FLOOD are precursor spawn. It's a bit unclear, but it appears the flood's main purpose is to create new precursors from mature graveminds. Still not totally known if the Primordial one is indeed a precursor, or a twisted on infected by the flood, but it appears the flood are the true "Mantle"... The Prisoner, Primordial, states that Precursors and the Flood are the same. *On that note, however, there is evidence he might be lying, as referenced in Cryptum and his referencing of Humanities creators in third person and not referencing himself*Oh, and there's no cure for the flood. The Ancient human cure did not exist. Rather, the flood allowed the humans to think they were defeated... and they chose not to infect them after passing some precursor test on unity and sacrifice. Also, the Forerunner Precursor war appears to have occurred when the precursors decided the forerunners weren't worthy of the mantle and tried to dispose of them. However, the Forerunners caught wind of this and stopped most of them... Still, some precursors apparently escaped, explaining the origin of the mysterious ships of powder... when the precursors die, it seems they turn into powder. In the words of the Primordium Gravemind.... "Suffering is sweetness". if you don't think a creature that enjoys the suffering of others is evil...well....I'm sorry. It doesn't believe it's saving us...rather, just bringing "Unity and Peace". Perhaps, but the only peace it wants is the lack of competition. It was really sad to read about the other gravemind made of Forerunners and the way they were forced to suffer. That, and how the Primordial used humans in such a cruel manner. Ironic he declared the Humans the true Inheritors.

THE FLOOD are not really a force of nature. I'm glad they finally explain it's purpose... it was too efficient to be a natural predator.*Goes back to reading Primordium*Edit: Looks like the Precursor's plan was revealed... but it leaves so many questions. But one comment suggests that something the precursors set in motion will occur in "101,000 years". IE: Halo 4 era? (2553 should be close to that). Also, It looks like Halo Array 07 could be a future site of a game.

Next time, could you post what your spoiler is from before posting it? I assumed it was from contact harvest since some guys had been talking about it. I'm kind of disappointed now because of the first line I read. Not hugely surprised, just disappointed that I couldn't confirm my suspicions myself. Also, I loved Contact Harvest. At least until the very end. I felt really awkward reading through those last couple of pages.~U_K~
  5. So, does anybody here have a used copy of Mass effect 2 and want a Cerberus online pass? Finally bought the game since we were robbed, but in 3 days, we'll be able to transfer our licences to the new xbox so we can re-download everything, but now we've got an extra code that we don't need.~U_K~

  6. I honestly didn't suspect it, but I thought they were going to release the femshep trailer instead.Though it's funny, cuz out of all the trailers, that one was my favorite. The VGAs are just so terrible.HAHAHA LOOK, THEY'RE GETTING TEA-BAGGED, THIS IS HILARIOUS!~U_K~

  7. I did it. I beat CEA on legendary. I wish I could say I beat it without using the bandanna skull, but at least I got up to the Library without using it. And except for 343 Guilty Spark and the Libarary, I did it all solo. Also, I thought the 11th terminal was awesome. In conclusion, the library makes me cry.~U_K~

  8. Augh, so much I've missed. Well, to top things off, Hircine is my favorite god, but not in Skyrim. He was pretty boring in Skyrim. In all honestly, I've grown pretty bored of my first character. I'm so powerful, nothing is a challenge anymore, but I don't want to make a new character until I've gotten all the achievements, but that seems almost impossible since two Daedric quests are glitched for me, and also the last Imperial quest to attack Windhelm.I've got my next character all planned out though. A female High Elf who is skilled with all schools of magic, but also has a shield. Also, apparently you can hit a butterfly in mid-air with your weapon, and then pick up both wings as they fall to the ground. I accidently did thiswhile killing some mudcrabs, and when I looked down to pick them up, I realized I was standing on the carcass of a giant mudcrab that was half hidden in the ground. It was amazing. Also, I recommend going to Frostflow Lighthouse between Winterhold and Dawnstar. You get a miscellaneous quest once you enter, but it's really cool. My favorite miscellaneous quest in the game.~U_K~

  9. Are there any good ways to increase smithing quickly, other than mass producing leather helmets and stuff? My smithing is only 33, and I would dearly love to have it higher...

If you don't have it activated already, I would highly suggest using the Lover's stone for a bit, seeing as it upgrades all your skills 15% faster.

So I've learned 20 shouts (and I assume that's all of them, haven't learned anything new in a long while and got an achievement after 20) but I'm still missing a couple words to complete the shouts I have. I've been all over the place, where are they? The Greybeards aren't sensing any, in particular I'd love to get that last word for Storm Call.

Disarm is the only shout I haven't learned yet (Not counting all the missing words), so do you know where you got it? Just wondering.Finished the main quest. It was alright. Nothing particularly spectacular. Also, I'm very disappointed in the dead thrall spell. As far as I know, you can only cast it on humans. There goes my dreams of having trolls following me.~U_K~
  10. Thanks for the tip Takatu. Though it wasn't really that hard. Quite easy for me actually. I guess I'm just lucky I was heading there anyway. Also, so glad I found all 30 crimson nirnroot down there in one go. I had found 28 and was giving up and heading towards the main quest objective, but I found the last two on my way there, right near the exit. Also, I have 100 level speechcraft, smithing, sneak, and conjuration. I bought the top level spells for conjuration, but in terms of magicka, I can only afford the flame thrall, even with the two top perks. Though having two permanent flame atronachs is pretty awesome. 9 more magicka and I'll be able to have dead thrall, and have the body of my choosing with me forever. So everywhere I go I can have so many strange things with me like frost trolls or sabre tooth tigers..~U_K~

  11. Actually, Ultimate_Kardas, it is your Oblivion char. He said he was "around at the time" when the Oblivion Crisis struck.

He actually said " I was there for the whole sordid affair", and while he was talking about the Oblivion crisis, he is not the Champion of Cyrodil. Sheogorath says he was there because that's the time when he was looking for his champion, and I can only assume that he was paying attention to what was going on. Besides, they can't make him your character because that would completely change your character from oblivion. Decided that the champion of Cyrodil was an Argonian who settled down in Anvil's countryside after everything was said and done? NOPE! He went insane and made himself look like Sheogorath.I know that a lot of fans roleplay and Bethseda would've angered them had they said that. Bethseda never describes characters from previous games, all they do is say what they did in the main quest. Also, I looked up Talos being in Morrowind and the only mention of him I found was of a Talos cult. My older brother also fully played that game, doing as many quests as he could and he does not think you ever meet Talos. And another reason I support the Empire is that if Skyrim ever hopes of defeating the Thalmor, they need to side with the Empire. Thalmor was able to defeat the entire Empire, so I think defeating Skyrim alone wouldn't be much of a problem.

It is implied that your character from Oblivion turned into the Sheogorath you meet in Skyrim. He does mention details about things like the Oblivion Crisis that he couldn't have known unless he was there as the Champion of Cyrodiil.

Being a god and all, I think we can assume that he knows what was happening outside his realm. And it's quite obvious that he was able to go to Tamriel whenever he pleased since he created his own gateway there.~U_K~
  12. Also. One detail. The Empire and the Thalmor are simply physically wrong about Talos. Talos is a god, established fact: a manifestation of Talos appears in Morrowind.-Dovydas

I'd probably know that if I had even finished Morrowind. I played the game when I was pretty young and barely did the main quest while doing mostly and side quests. And when I got to a certain level and I got access to Bloodmoon since we had game of the year, and I went to Solstheim for the rest of the time that we had to borrow the game. I beat that expansion, and just got access to the Vvardenfell expansion before we gave it back. Now that my brother bought it for about $10, I really should get to playing it again.

Well, I got stuck on the mainquest with the very bad glitch for the (Spoilers ahead) Jagged Crown/Seasons Unending, that makes it impossible to finish either quest, and going to Korvanjund does nothing, because I can't beat it because a Dragon spawns and lands in Korvanjund, and after killing it, I can't move on due to the skeleton blocking the path. And somehow I can't kill the Bandit Chief. Also, have any of you discovered the cheap way to level up smithing and get Dragon Armor fast? You just make Iron Daggers and Leather Bracers over and over. Then enchant them and sell them back for more money. And my friend found this out, then I saw the video about doing this. Ironic.

Well, I don't see why you can't get past the dragonbones. I play on the 360 and I can walk right through them. I you can't for some reason, try the reanimate dead spell on the dragon bones. There's a glitch where it sends the bones flying away.

I did Sheogorath's quest yesterday! It was weird thinking that my character from Oblivion (who saved everything he could, was Divine Crusader, killed Lucien Lachance when he tried to talk me, and rescued Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles countless times) has become completely bonkers. Not to mention the whole "being inside the mind of a homicidal dead monarch" thing. Although I did enjoy the surprise of getting the Wabbajack again.

Hate to break it to you, but that was not your character from Oblivion. Just like anybody else, he was mortal, and just because he ruled of the Shivering Isles as a placeholder Madgod, he was not an immortal god. That was the same Sheogorath we know and love.~U_K~
  13. I joined the Imperials because the Stormcloaks are really racist, and even though the Thalmor are still racist, You have to admit that they dress really cool. Also, one random Thalmor asked me to find evidence of a Talos worshiper and once I did, he was so nice to me.My thoughts on Talos are mixed, so :/Also, I killed a sleeping blood dragon with one hit. I snuck up on him and did 12 times sneak damage with my daedric sword. Though I saved before that and jumped on top of him.~U_K~

  14. It's funny, I thought dragons have become very, especially since I'm level 36 in my full daedric and with two daedric swords. I was thinking of turning up the difficulty.Until I faced an ancient dragon. (playing on default difficulty btw)So I'm walking along, on my way to a part of the main quest, when suddenly this orangeish coloured ancient dragon slams down in front of me, inches from my face. I pause and save thinking "Just in case", and when I unpause, the dragon instantly blows a jet of fire at me. My health goes down to nothing in about 2 seconds. I pause just before I die and take as many healing potions as I can. I run for cover behind a small cottage and summon a flame atronach to distract him. The one guard near the house barely does any damage and is killed almost instantly. The owner of the house is just running away screaming. The dragon downs my companion with one attack even though I had him outfitted with full dragon bone. The dragon's fire does only moderate damage to the fire atronach, so it lands and one hit kills my atronach. Meanwhile I've been firing as many arrows as possible out of my daedric bow, but the dragon hasn't even lost an eighth of its health. It lands again and I think, "I'm way more powerful with my swords anyway", and I run up to it. He shoots me with flame as I run towards him, and yet again I have to scramble and heal with potions. I attack him thanks to his brief pause after his fire attack and I get his health down to 3 quarters with as many attacks as I can get in, and with one bite he gets my health half down, and even though I still have half my health he just doesn't care and insta-kills me with a shake of his head.I repeated this process about 5 times, some where I died right away, some where it took even longer until I died. On my 6th try, I finally beat him using the become ethereal shout every time he blows fire, attack once, and then booking it behind the cabin before he can attack me. That try alone took about 30 minutes. Also, if you give your companion spell tomes, they'll learn the spell.~U_K~

  15. I finally did it. I made a full set of daedric armor, plus two swords, a bow, and a shield for Derkeethus. All of them except for the shield are legendary status. It's really funny because after fast traveling to goldbloom mine so I could mine all the necessary ebony, a frost dragon attacked the orc village. Earlier on, I had found the foremaster's fingers for them which granted a 12% bonus to smithing. I really wanted to keep them, but I needed to hand them in to get into the village. Anyway, I kill the dragon and see that it was able to kill one orc woman. I search her body and lo and behold she had the foremaster's fingers. So I took those, and when I had all the necessary ingredients, I took 3 smithing potions which all raised my skill 12% or 10% for 60 seconds, and I now had a total of about 46% better smithing stacked on to my already high 91 skill. So anyway, now I have really good armor. The helmet alone has an armor rating of 46. I can't remember the others, but I don't care. I don't think I'll ever wear any other armor.~U_K~

  16. Apparently companions don't die except for to instances. Against most enemy attacks, they get weakened to the ground and the enemy turns its focus on you. But if they get hit again while they recover, they die. Or if you hit them, they skip the recover stuff and die then and there. Or at least that's what I was told.Speaking of Lydia, is it not possible to marry her? I talked to the priest and I'm wearing the Amulet of Mara, but she won't say anything about it.

Yes, I know that about companions, but Derkeethus cannot die at all. I can't kill him. When he gets down on one knee, I can continue wailing on him, but it doesn't affect him at all. He just gets back up.And also, I believe you can marry Lydia, but either A) you can't do it until you have used her for a very long time, or http://www.bzpower.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png there might be a glitch (or so I've heard) that stops you from marrying her. Also, marrying is a very good source of income. Everyday my wife Shahvee gets 100 septims from a store she has, and gives it to me when I ask. I'm fairly sure this will happen with all spouses, since she didn't have one before, but when we moved in together, she said "I'm thinking of opening a store".~U_K~
  17. Just got married and moved into Proudspire manner (Solitude house) with my Argonian wife, Shahvee. The weird thing is, when I tried looking for her, instead of finding her sleeping in the master bedroom, she was sleeping on some rags in the basement.ಠ_ಠAlso, just switched Lydia for Derkeethus, an Argonian companion. The best part is, for some reason he won't die. I've had to reload so many times because I accident;y hit Lydia with my fire breath and she dies.~U_K~

  18. So uh... even though I just watched the first 3 episodes, I've already made my own pony. What's happening to me?Though it does look more like a dragon than a pony, so it's a good thing I've got my priorities straight.~U_K~

I cannot stop laughing right now. I didn't really expect you of all ponies to become a brony. XDAlso on the topic of dragons Basil is my favorite non-pony.
Woahwoahwoah, let's not get carried away now. I just made the pony because I'm drawn to things that are customizable. I wouldn't consider myself a brony...yet. ~U_K~
  19. Apparently much of ME3's plotline has been leaked. I've been spoiled on a few things, but not too much.

Ya, I heard. It's honestly a shame since it's so early. The worst part is that other than here, I don't trust any Mass effect site with forums now.~U_K~
  20. While thinking of characters from DC comics to do this, one of the first ones I thought of was Manbat. Knowing I'm not the best at humanoid faces, I thought it'd be easier if I went for something with a more bestial look. Also, I really like Manbat as a villain, even if I am more of a Marvel guy.So without further ado...dscf3046.jpg(click here for the rest of the gallery when it's up)And yes, those are blue jeans.~U_K~
