  1. OOC: Entering Onu-Koro, looking for interaction. IC: The loose dirt and silence bothered Ninjyu. While he had visited plenty of times, Onu-Wahi never ceased to give him chills- while Earth and Stone were close elementally, their lands on the island were like opposites. Despite this, he moved on, nearing Onu-Koro on his newly found Ussal Crab. While it took him a while just to find the entrance, the Ussal Crab managed to find it, quickly moving down into Onu-Koro. The light was dim here, just as the Onu-Matoran like it. Ninjyu preferred bright light, but it would do- he had picks to sell and he went right to work He went down a tunnel into the start of the Great Mine. He knew he couldn't get lost, or else there would be big trouble, but he went right to his work, setting up a makeshift shop on the Ussal Crab's back. He waited patiently for his first sale.
  2. OOC: Heading off for Onu-Wahi in story. IC: Ninjyu sighed. He couldn't seem to sell his makeshift sign anywhere. It seemed motivation was simply not high on a buyer's list, so he treaded back home. He took a lightstone out of his pouch and set it down on his table. Refuse to buy my carvings, will you? Well now I'll make something that'll surely be of use!, he though to himself. He got to carving pickaxes out of stone in the dim light, making sure to only use his finest materials. It was a gamble, but if he could make some decent pickaxes to sell to the Onu-Matoran, he'd be rich in the coming days. In the morning, Ninjyu was refreshed. For once he wasn't thinking of how horrible life under Makuta's rule was, but rather how he could better his own life. He went back into the desert to find the lost Ussal Crab in the early hours, and quickly saddled up. "Onu-Koro, here I come!", he said, riding to the west as fast as he could. He knew that as this pace, he could reach Onu-Koro around high noon. His usually somber face began to smile for the first time in a while.
  3. Granted, but you get 4.57583927259927358636832682263283262383626823823623682862386238632862823863628236328328[...] loaves of bread instead. I wish for world peace!
  4. Granted, but the majority of it is a huge lake of acid. I wish I could magically refill any bottle of soda with my mind.
  5. AWESOME! My first win! I think we both did awesome, but I'm glad I won. I'll buy a +1 in Toughness and Agility.
  6. Me and Dual Matrix will be fighting for 1000W each
  7. IC: Ninjyu entered the bazaar and looked around. Even in the dead of night, there was traders at work. He silently sat down with his carved sign in his hands, waiting for a customer alone. He toyed with his wooden disks a bit, and for once he was wishing someone would interact with him. OOC: I need someone to enter the bazaar and confront Ninjyu if possible.
  8. Man, seems Furno has bad luck. Anyone want to challenge me again?
  9. OOC: Thanks, Void! IC: Ninjyu arrived in Po-Koro after a long walk. He hadn't thought as much as he usually did on these walks to and from the deserts, but he still wished there were answers for these questions. When he entered the village, he didn't pay much attention to the nearby people and went straight to his hut. This was the usual routine for a day, and while it was empty, Ninjyu was comfortable in it- on a good day he might glare at some fellow Matoran or get a little something from the bazaar, but that was it. Ninjyu walked into his hut in silence, looking around. The walls were lined with disks he had carved- some of them from long ago, some fresh enough to still have the scent of a Le-Wahi tree. He sat down at his makeshift table and put his bag on top. He hadn't collected much today- usually his trips to the other regions of the island were lengthy, potentially days long, but today all he had collected was rocks and his thoughts. He put the rocks on the table and began carving in small inscriptions. Despite hating the job and often leaving it unfinished, he did have to sell carvings so he could afford things like finer weaponry or perhaps a new customization. Although it was shoddy, this rock would probably sell for quite a bit. Over what felt like a century, he made a rather large boulder into a sign that could be hung somewhere- a hut, or potentially at a temple. The sign had the 3 words Matoran were supposed to follow- unity, duty, and destiny- carved into it. Destiny and duty sure were in place, but it seemed unity was lacking. Either way, Ninjyu walked with his sign to the bazaar and prepared for a sale.
  10. I'll be sponsoring 1500W, last I heard JiM was at 1000W. EDIT: Ninja'd. I'll still be at 1500W, though- I have high hopes on this.
  11. I was wearing a Mahiki and became a wall you run into! I quickly un-illusion and grab the mask, and become a Ferrari (with the mask in the trunk) and speed off! It's my mask! You'll never catch me alive, coppers!
  12. Granted, but the rest of the volumes are extremely abnormal. I wish I was a robot.
  13. Gotcha. I haven't really gotten into the main story so far, all I've done is roam in the Motara Desert, sorta set up Ninjyu's character.
  14. OOC: Here goes nothing, my first Bzprpg post... IC: Ninjyu strolled the Motara Desert quietly in the moonlight. He was lost in thoughts- when will Makuta's reign end? When may I simply relax? Thoughts like this often raced through his head on his walks, but answers never seemed to surface. Ninjyu sat down on a nearby stone and looked at the desert. He wasn't one for carving or socializing, unlike many people in Po-Koro- no, he simply wished to survive. The ambiance and the blank plains of the Motara Desert gave him the time to think and practice that he needed. Noticing a shadow nearby, Ninjyu readied his wooden disks. "Whoever goes there should stand down before they get a nice disk to the head.", the Po-Matoran said, looking sternly at the shadow. Bit by bit, the creature stepped out- simply a Ussal Crab, seemingly lost. Ninjyu prepared to say something, but decided it was futile to try and speak with a Ussal Crab. He simply began the long walk back to Po-Koro, having had enough disappointment for one night. OOC: Did I do well?
  15. I've joined the fun in Bzprpg! I signed up as a Po-Matoran and I hope to see you guys soon!
  16. Name: Ninjyu Species: Matoran Gender: Male Alignment: Good Element: Stone Mask: Non-powered Kakama Appearance: His body build is similar to that of the 2003 rebuilt Matoran, but with arms designed for disk-throwing like the original. He is primarily orange with yellow-ish tan (Brick Yellow in LEGO colors) highlights. He looks very patched up and customized, with a crack towards the upper left of his mask. Tools: Small dagger with a stone blade and a carving that reads "Always Adapt" in Matoran lettering on the handle, along with some rough wooden disks. Personality: Ninjyu is a somber Po-Matoran who believes that to survive in the rough land the Makuta has brought upon us, one must be prepared to survive in any area. However, this somber and cold look on life is just on the exterior- once you get to know him, he's a very fun-loving Matoran who simply wants to survive long enough to learn the mysteries of life. History: Ninjyu has lived in Po-Koro for as long as he can remember. His main motivation for being so adaptable and knowledgeable is the fear of nearby Rahi, having gone through various encounters with some weaker ones. He isn't known much around the village, due to his loner nature. Weakness: Water, like most Po-Matoran, and he is also rather easy to knock around by Rahi.
  17. Aw yeah. TPBM listens to Weird Al Yankovic's music.
  18. I'm glad to see this change put in place! A good chunk of LEGO sets are smaller than the size of a box would lead you to believe, it leaves more room for sets on the self, and it's good for the environment, so win-win-win. I can't wait to see this change put in place and will be on the lookout for the smaller boxes in stores.
  19. I'm getting a weapon reforge from Flame Shooters to an Infernal Blade- a sword with a large blade that can channel fire. 23000W left from that, and I'm also working out matches with JiMing and Keizah.
