      @Toa Imrukii: ah, well, I actually meant it more as in emotionally dark times, which of course reflected in my art. ^^' as for what my art looked like at the time, there's some stuff on my brickshelf. :)

      also, computer screen = essentially an array of red, green and blue lights. Works because the eye cannot resolve those individual pixels/tiny spots of light, so we see the mixed colours.

      (sorry for the theoretical excourse, really. Couldn't help it. :( )

      it's indeed related to light blending; mixing light colours/RGB is an additive process(adding all 3 primaries creates white light) whereas with pigments/RYB(though actually CMYK? I guess. at least in print) are a subtractive process (adding another colour darkens the whole thing). I do find RGB to be somewhat counter-intuitive, though. :>
