I watched the Opening Ceremonies, some Short Track Speedskating, and Women's Moguls. I couldn't help but laugh when the fourth "arm" failed to rise, leaving that one woman with the torch to just stand there. Must have been awkward... Otherwise, the opening ceremonies were pretty awesome. Even though it couldn't possibly rival Beijing's, it was still kinda cool. It was pretty awesome how Ohno won his 6th medal, with the two Koreans wiping out, getting him silver. I had no idea what Moguls were until last night, much less how awesome they are. Well, I watched the season premier of Lost last night. The first ten minutes blew me away. The next 110 left me curious, intrigued, and only slightly disappointed. Seeing Oceanic 815 make it through astounded me, seeing The Island underwater knocked me out of my chair. I had already assumed that fake Locke was Smokie/Jacob's nemesis, so that didn't really surprise me. But I did think the whole ashes-acting-as-a-barrier thing was kinda cool. I can only hope that nothing bad happens to Alpert. He is my favorite character... Well, let's hear any theories or questions you have. Come on! So, yesterday, I had a much needed day off for M(i)LK Day. So I went to see Avatar in three-dee. I'd already seen it in regular-dee, and wanted to see in in the afore mentioned three-dee. The three-dee adds a whole new dimension of awesomeness to a movie I already revered. I don't care very much for the story, but lets face it, that's not what the movie is about. Yeah, it's pretty amazing. Very amazing, really. After that, I went and ate at a great Asian buffet, and ate seven different kinds of chicken! A pretty good day, all things considered. Wow, I love Asian food... Son, if you really want something in this life, you have to work for it. Now quiet!
