  1. The armies of Vulcanus are on the march. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=as_0Ba1MLzg (This would have just been a sound file but Dropbox made their format stupid and I can't figure out how to get the right link anymore) -
  2. BTW, what news of the happenings in Tesara & Iconox has reached other tribes? -
  3. I think a particularly problematic thing is that I have been able to do nothing in the past episode because I passed the conversation to Underscore and was then just waiting for him to be AFKilled -
  4. I think in post-game we should spend some time figuring out why, if any constant reason can be isolated, people cba to stay and finish the game, and how to combat it -
  5. The both of you have my sincere congratulations. I have found that you are both extraordinary people; I hope that your union is equally so. -
  6. Think that already happened when it got lit on fire -
  7. do you dream about farm animals? do their soft fur coats, their emotionless faces, their big, round eyes dominate your mind's eye in the long hours of the night? do you long to give them pats and feed them wholesome diets while they frolic on an open range, unburdened by the worries of men? -
  8. I don't know if I'd say that everything affects everything, so much as everything affects quite a few things, and that it's impossible to tell what effects what in many of those cases. But we're getting into things that are technically impossible to prove or disprove, so let's go back down a few Cuils to what we were talking about originally: Genocide the Skrall, yea or nay? As I'm alone in my room, I vote yea, everyone else abstains by their absence, and that settles things. -
  9. You can't really say that the Rock Tribe has done nothing; their very existence changes the course of events. Iconox's and Tesara's internal conflicts both revolve around the Skrall-- remove the Skrall from the equation, and so do you remove the conflicts. -
  10. Humans: The cruelest, most willfully terrible species on the planet, and also the most prosperous -
  11. That, and the fact that constantly extending offers of "protection" to the other tribes is pretty suspect But yeah, to use a thought experiment: If there were actual Skrall, giants, elves, or what-have-you in the real world, at any point in history-- does anyone here think that we (the human race) wouldn't have exterminated them long ago, regardless of their disposition? As humans, our number one response to something being scary is to try and kill it -
  12. I feel like Fire's absolute most extreme course of action would be to strike Tuma and only Tuma dead with the shards/mask (if possible), and then use the threat of effortless and total destruction to force the Skrall to disband and travel far from the lands of the Agori. I really don't see this game's version of Burnmad being on-board with genocide against the Skrall, and he'd certainly never put the Rock Agori at risk. (For reference, BZPGOT's Burnmad would probably have already rolled over the weakened Jungle, smashed the Bone Hunter stronghold to bits, assembled the mask and wiped the entire Rock tribe, Skrall and Agori both, off the face of the planet-- or at least, he'd be a good portion of the way through doing all of those things) -
  13. Regarding players changing up their roles: I'm perfectly willing to be Diplomat, or preferably General, when BZPMaN rolls around. Only concern is whether anyone else wants to be Ruler-- in this game at least, Quin wanted General or Diplomat, and Flaredrick called Glatorian. So, what I guess I'm saying is: If anyone wants to be the ruler of Ta-Koro (and have me perpetually pressuring them toward conquering, regardless of my own role), then the job's open to you. I say this simply because I don't think I have it in me to play the role of king any different than I always have: Boringly safe. Granted, I'll try, if everyone wants me to. -
  14. Never underestimate the tenacity and resilience of the Tesarans. We'll bounce back from all this, stronger than ever. I'm sure you'll bounce back, I'm just not sure about that "stronger than ever" bit -
  15. Oh, well I support the aforementioned plan, though I certainly hope whoever attempts to put it into action succeeds in touching Tuma's bare flesh with said shard, rather than dying and giving him a OHK superweapon If I had better combat stats I'd want to do it myself, for the pure irony value of killing someone else by turning them to rust -
  16. I mean, Quin has touched a shard without coming to significant harm; Voltex has, and only lost a hand. It has to be sustained contact to kill... Unless we find one of the shards is significantly more deadly than the others. -

    Guess the Set

    6. Umbra? 7. Keetongu? 9. Vorox 11. Lesovikk? 13. Vohtarak 14. (Vezon and) Fenrakk? 15. Or this is Vezon and Fenrakk -
  18. Then let ??? put the shards together away from everyone else Is still gud plan -
  19. In other news, Tex has been declared an honorary Vulcan -
  20. I have very big plans for next episode, very big plans indeed. Do you want to know what they are? I'll let you in on them-- but just a little bit. I want to finish having conversations with people. -
  21. No, you can't. We don't count NPCs, or Terrorsaur's little poisoning stunt would have gotten his sig removed. -
