Confirming sign-up for Efandril Aodh. Option 2. Let's gather round the campfire, and sing our campfire song... -

I'm content to start the next episode whenever works for everyone else. I'd certainly hate to exclude anyone from the round who can't very well play during the holiday season. -

Between your perpetual abuse of both of the individuals that have gone to enough painstaking trouble to host the games you've played in, and the final, snide comment towards your fellow players, who have yet to in any way wrong you, I sincerely hope not to see you returning to similarly torture our next GM. -

Seems like it's kind of a cooperative dungeon crawler? Maybe like DnD? (So there's, presumably, some story with an appropriate final goal the team must achieve, such as killing a boss or recovering an artifact) I really like the concept, only thing that concerns me is the "one-time Will check" for mask usage. If you fail, does that mean you can never use your mask? That seems a bit prohibitive of low Will. -

I mean, it's more the fact that people tend to respond to mercy by just trying to kill you again. See: Imrukii and Smoke to me... And, heck, me to Vox. -

Gonna give 0% probability that you mentioned your "wrist-mounted" crossbow prior to trying to kill someone with it. Also, fairly certain miniature crossbows wouldn't have been able to hold enough tension before the invention of modern materials. Something that fits on your wrist well enough to be usable and not be extremely unwieldy would probably be able to generate so little potential energy before snapping (and hurting the wielder rather than the opponent) that it would be little better than a pea-shooter. In a world where people are made partially of metal, worst you're gonna do is leave a nasty gash before bouncing off of their skull, or just bury half an inch of crossbow bolt in their chest. There's no way you can shrink the crossbow enough to be wrist-mountable without losing its usability. Edit: AND ANOTHER THING! Projectiles are made lethal by accelerating them over a distance. In a miniature crossbow, that distance is many times shorter than a full-sized one. Not only would a miniature crossbow need to generate the same amount of force with a much smaller amount of material to hold that tension; it would need to generate much, much more, due to having a much shorter distance before the projectile leaves the weapon, and can't be further accelerated. This also means a much more rigid spring is needed, because the restoring force of a spring (that which pushes it back into its equilibrium/neutral position) is equal to the force required to compress it the same distance, and is given by F = kx, where x is the distance in question and k is the spring constant, which is how much a spring resists compression. You can see that to maintain a given force, halving the distance means doubling the spring constant. I expect this would also be difficult to procure in this (in-game) technological era. -

We already knew that from the opening post's "recent changes in government" (or something to that effect) line about Ga-Koro In any case, can we not post screenshots? It's not quite as bad as in Mafia, but it still strikes me as being in poor taste.

The people of Po-Koro assemble on their southern border, led by Kaathe and his army of Kohrak. Suddenly, they all break out into a synchronized dance routine. "So you think you can work us, and poison our rye! So you think you can enslave us, and leave us to die! Ohhh, Terror! Don't do this to me, Terror! Just gotta get out, just gotta get right out of here!" Following this is a crushing rout of the Ga-Koronan forces at the hands of Po-Koro. E: Hey Pahrak, go away

Please come and cut them off, then I won't have to hear any more inane Ta-Koronan drivel. If we meet in-game, you will be lucky to make it out missing only your ears
