The fault here is entirely my own. A while ago, back before Arga, WVU, Meg, Justax, Terton or Cal, Eleven asked me if he could be in the NGC. We weren't open to members, so I said I'd put him on the waitlist. After a while, I forgot that he had asked to join the NGC, remembering instead that he asked to PGS in my comics, so when the NGC reopened, it completely slipped my mind to put him in. I'm incredibly sorry, but the answer's going to have to be no. Besides, you're already a member of CMI. As TS said, continuities aren't trophies. Heck, they're not even similar. The NGC, among other continuities, was founded to spotlight great, but not necessarily popular, comic makers, and heck, it served its purpose magnificently. You're already in the CMI, and although it hasn't taken off yet, I'm sure it'll get somewhere someday. This also brings up another excellent point that I learned from Jalla199 and Philbert a few weeks ago; the ICC has a rule stating that no members shall be members of another continuity, which is why Jalla was hesitant to join the NGC when I asked him. (He had been offered a spot in the ICC which I encouraged him to take.) At the time, I thought the rule was just another whim, such as the Xanramoru rule, but now I'm beginning to realize the idea behind it. Being a member of multiple continuities is one: encouraging of unhealthy competition between the two (competition itself is fine, but there is a point at which it just gets plain hostile) and two: just plain confusing and a hassle. As such, I'm establishing this rule for the NGC. I am well aware that Biocryptid21 is a member of CMI as well, and, as much as it pains me, I'm going to have to present him with a choice of which continuity he wants to be in. I am also well aware that this is making me look like one of those rule-freaks that I so scathingly ridicule, but I suppose what must be done must be done. I'm sorry to have to do this, Biocry.
