The images in my signature were created with a Paint program for Mac called Paintbrush, using some downloaded fonts. I know that the font for Between Two Eternities is called "Bleeding Cowboys", but I can't recall the one used in the contest banner. If you want it, I can find it again ...

Ah, that's alright. If they are just fonts (although saying that doesn't do them justice; they are VERY cool fonts), I should be able to do the same thing. I was really just worried you had made the text yourself by painting it, in which case it would have been nearly impossible for me.

Yeah, I was only a few seconds away from being born on the fourth. Even more fun fact: My brother was born on the third of February (EXACTLY thirteen months after I was). It's so weird, it's almost cool.

Wow, that is a rather strange coincidence. Exactly thirteen months...

The only interesting fact about my own birthday is that it is The Ides of March.

Well, at least it isn't right after Christmas. >_<

Yeah, that's putting it mildly. We lost eight in December (starting on the 24th, of all days), and another one this morning.

That's terrible, do you know what's killing them? Weather, age, something in the water?

Well, they're Koi, so it definitely isn't age.

For the eight who died in December, we believe it was a virus. This time, the fish that died somehow ended up in the filter. Last week, the same fish jumped out of the pond. For that one, I'd just blame it on suicidal tendencies.

I know, procrastination mode is awesome.

It really is. You can do things that can sometimes seem like a pain (like writing Reapers, for me) and actually enjoy them because you aren't doing whatever it is you need to be doing.

That's how I usually end up writing my comedies or short story ideas. The fact that it is distracting you from something else seems to make it even more enjoyable for some unknown reason.

When in doubt about what advice to give someone, wait until they choose for themselves first!

It really all depends on if you think it is worth having for only a year, or paying more for longer.

Yeah, I went with One-Year. I think I'll get Lifetime next year, though, when I hopefully have a bit more money to spend.

Yeah, resting is always a start idea when writing... unless you are me, then you would get your best writing when you are completely exhausted, but you are not me, so that would be a smart idea.

Actually, I work the same way. A few years ago my mom and I spent some time trying to figure out why that was, and we eventually came to the conclusion that I write best late at night because I'm too tired for my logic to be completely active. Thus, I'm just more creative in general when I'm near the peak of exhaustion.

I've always thought along the lines of that throughout the day, there are more distractions for the brain, but when a person is more tired, they tend to focus on a single thing more often. I've noted that the more exhausted I am, the more likely I am to lock onto a single thing and not notice anything else happening around me.

I really need to get caught up in my Reaper reading...

I hate school, leeches reading time.

It was leeching writing time for a while too... I haven't done much writing since it started up over two months ago.

Which is really sad because it only took me two days to write this latest chapter once I decided to just sit down and actually do it. :<

I don't even know the difference between weekends and weekdays anymore... I spend all day doing school anyway.

Yeah, writing is actually pretty easy to do with time and inspiration.

Music stimulates your brain so that would be why. Orchestral is proven to work the best.

It was heavily hinted at towards the very end of 13-II, but never explicitly confirmed until now. It is possible to have figured out before this, so at this point the reveal was mostly intended for the rest of the characters.
