  1. Vertak: Vertak saw Nujanii and ToD fighting in the distance. Unsure of which one was on his team, he used his gravity to float over and say hi."Hey guys. Which one of you is on my team again?" he asked. "Cuz the other one is becoming chicken noodle soup." -ibrow

  2. IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Vertak couldn't help but chuckle as he grabbed the sword first, using his gravity powers to flip away."If you don't mind me asking, one ring member to another, what exactly does keremutu have to do with the garden and this plague?" he called. As he spoke, Vertak linked part of his chain onto the sword, apologizing as he did so (and hoping the sword would not swipe at him)."My bad." he muttered. "Sorry." He just needed Dalmia to respond... a question answered wouldn't hurt, after all. And Dalmia hadn't known exactly where Vertak was until he'd recahed the sword and deactivated his mask power; perhaps there was a chance he could use it to get away, despite the power emanating from the sword. -ibrow

  3. IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Half wondering why Kayzata was just sitting there watching, Vertak replied, enforcing the light barrier once again."So you work for Lyxek, but you want him dead. You don't care about the director. Nobody can beat either of them one on one in a fight. And Lyxek is spreading a plague." Vertak listed. "What type of plague? I'd rather not die of some sort of disease." -ibrow Also OOC: Silvan Haven- which side is Kaelen going to be on?PleasesaVertak's

  4. OOC: I'm not exactly sure what that attack did to Vertak... :P IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Having recovered from Dalmia's attack, Vertak brought the barrier back and expermiented, increasing the gravity of both the sword and Dalmia to see if either seemed to have an effect. I'm not sure if I can beat this guy. Vertak thought worriedly. "Right. Because you totally want Lyxek dead." Vertak replied. "You wouldn't be here trying to take the sword if you weren't a member of the ring, Dalmia. You're lying. Trust me, I know when somebody lies. As for those confronting the director... at the moment, I don't really care. And nor do you, or you'd leave the sword here and go do something about it." -ibrow

  5. ToD: Nope. That's a step to the left. iBrow: Assuming you manage to keep it away from Dalmia, then sure. But then, there is the issue with that plan. :P

Is it going to be possible for Kayzata and Vertak to beat Dalmia? Cuz Vertak is blocking the sword, and Kayzata can attack Dalmia's mind. -ibrow
  6. IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Vertak couldn't help it; he screamed."KAYZATA! DO SOMETHING! STOP HIM!" He activated his powers over light, forming a solid barrier in front of the sword, blocking it from reaching Dalmia; he also used them in an attempt to blind his newfound enemy. There must be something I can do! He thought. Kayzata! Attack his mind! Unleash EVERYTHING you can!Vertak meanwhile prepared to adjust the light barrier to block the sword from going a different direction, and then ran. Using his gravity powers he leapt up to the sword in an attempt to grab it. "Fight it!" he urged. "Come to me! I swear I'll keep him away!" -ibrow

  7. IC: Verak, North District Warehouse: Vertak whipped around, grabbing Dalmia around the neck with his free hand and preparing to stab him in the gut with his old sword in the other."Hello, to the both of you." Vertak responded. "Sword of Ybrus, pleased to meet you. Stranger I'm about to stab... not so much." If Dalmia were to try moving, he'd find himself weighing much more than he should have; Vertak was (of course) to blame for this."You'll tell me who you are." Vertak ordered to Dalmia. "You'll tell me who you work for. Why you are here, and why you didn't feel the need to reveal yourself when I first entered. You see, I don't tend to make friends with people who sneak up on me. I have a bit of a nervous streak. You're very lucky I've changed recently." -ibrow

  8. Suspense! Can't wait to see what's in the case.AlsowhyisKpiknotreplying,I need Kayzata for back up! :P I mean, that is why I brought him along in the first place. Oh well. If it's a weapon of some sort, I'm going to assume that Vertak will be able to run off with it. -ibrow

  9. OOC: I dunno. The closest I could guess is that the Director himself is an AI? IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Vertak had reached the case. A long thin case.Well, at the very least it won't be a vehicle to run me over. I think. He thought. He opened it. -ibrow

  10. Vertak: Vertak found himself in a city full of chocolate. Ignoring the fact that Cole and Kokahu were fighting right nearby. Or at least, he ignored them until a fireball missed its intended target and melted a hole through the chocolate he'd been eating. Turning around, Vertak ran over and bodyslammed Cole towards Kokahu. "You can destroy my dagger, crack my mask, throw me into outer space!" Vertak shouted. "But you should NEVER kill any chocolate I happen to be eating." Activating his stealth, Vertak made his way to another source of chocolate. -ibrow

  11. Kopeke probably shouldn't have mentioned that option. Excited for a Vultraz-Mazeka battle. That should be loads of fun. KUTGW. -MT

Vultraz/Mazeka battle might be coming sooner than you think.

Chaos, confusion...I guess if your name is Vultraz, that's normal. And just why are so many people locked up?

    *Shrug* -ibrow
  12. OOC: Parugi, should Vertak be getting injured at all? Since Dalmia seems hesitant to even begin approaching? IC: Vertak, North District Warehouse: Vertak began to feel the pulses affecting him slightly; how, he wasn't quite sure- all he knew was that for whatever reason, Kayzata had not yet arrived at the warehouse and was also not replying to his queries. As he got near, Vertak saw a long, thin case; it appeared to be the cause of the pulses. On the one hand, if something like a sword that I can use is in there... good? Vertak thought. On the other hand, someobody is here... I think. If Kayzata was here, he could find out for sure, but at this point, I'm really going to have to try not to open it. -ibrow

  13. Vertak: Vertak swam up to the surface, having miraculously not been attacked by anybody. He decided to try and rectify this by attacking somebody; right after he'd thrown his dagger at ToD however, a cannonball smacked into his head and after muttering "Coconuts!", Vertak sank back down underwater. -ibrow

  14. IC: Vertak, Other North District Warehouse: Along with the impulses, Vertak could sense somebody else there, but could not see them.An ally, or an enemy? No time to decide. Just be wary. Vertak thought.Projecting his thought to Kayzata, he thought: Definitely SOMETHING here... and somebody? Vertak slowly made his way towards the crates, towards the center; warily making sure his shield was covering his back, he moved to where the pulses appeared to be coming from.Perhaps Zanth and Suya were here.... Vertak thought. Definitely time to be careful. He halted, nearly halfway there; it would be safer for Kayzata to check first. -ibrow

  15. Vertak: The weakening disk lowered Vertak's super strength by a little bit, but he was still able to kick Squishy with a lot of power. However, it did cause him to lose control over his gravity powers, and he plummeted into the water. -ibrow

  16. Next chapter is up right now. :PAnd also, Kongu is a Matoran. Just sayin'. Vultraz’s Journey ReturnsJail Break, Part 3Chapter 3 – Back to the DinerBy iBrow Comedy Productions Po-Metru: Metru-Nui Jail Vultraz jumped up as his ceiling exploded, hitting his head on a piece of rubble. Moaning and clutching his mask, the shadow Matoran stared at the sky for a moment until the face of Bitil peered over the edge. “Are you alone?” the Makuta asked.“No... Kopeke’s in here as well.”“I see. Can we leave him behind?” Bitil asked.“Doubt it.” Vultraz muttered. “Sounds like you’ve gone terrorist on this place.”“We have.” Krika told him, crawling down into the cell. “It’s kinda sad, actually. You’d think we could be more creative.” “Hurry up!” Bitil urged. “We don’t know how long Icarax and Antroz can give us!”Vultraz climbed up onto Krika’s back and reluctantly offered his hand to Kopeke.“Are you coming?” he questioned.“Are you going to throw me off once we’re fifty feet in the air?” Kopeke asked.“Actually, now that you’ve said it that seems like a good idea....” Vultraz trailed off.Krika sighed. “Just get on, white guy.” Kopeke muttered something inaudible but nonetheless took Vultraz’s hand and pulled himself onto Krika’s back.“Remind me why I’m the one being used by a horse?” Krika said to Bitil.“Because you’re strong.”“Icarax is stronger. And so is Antroz.”“That’s why they’re fighting the guards.” “Well, I’m not helping you in the future.” Krika informed him. “Since I have to do this, two things that you desperately need me to do will not be done.”Bitil shrugged, not believing a word the white Makuta was saying. Meanwhile, in Le-Metru: Jaller sped through the streets of Le-Metru, closely pursued by Hewkii, Hahli, and several Vahki. His speeder crashed into an Ussal Cart and he flew into the air, screaming.“That was worth seven hundred Pokos, you!” the rider bellowed after him.“So sorry!” Jaller called back, turning to see the rider’s face.“Hey dude, watch out!” a Le-Matoran exclaimed, leaping onto the speeder with him. “You suck at driving this! Watch out for the walls!” “Who are you?!” Jaller screamed as the Le-Matoran swerved rapidly through the streets of Le-Metru.“The name’s Kongu, man!” his companion yelled back. “I’m an ace street racer! I’m well known in these parts for being the coolest dude around, dude!”“They’re catching up!”“I know, man! They always do! We’ll just jump into this chute right HERE!” “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-” Jaller was cut off as they hit the chute and he slammed into a piece of cargo and instantly fell unconscious.“Not cool, dude. Not cool at all.” Kongu shook his head, disappointed. Hewkii and Hahli leapt into the chute behind them, along with four of the Vahki. A look of worry flashed across Kongu’s face, but the Le-Matoran shook it off and grabbed Jaller’s arm, looking for the first possible exit. The Coliseum Conference Room “So you said you had a proposition for me, Turaga?” Mazeka asked lazily, sliding into a chair and resting his legs on the table. “You don’t mind if I have a smoke, do you?”“I do mind, actually.” Turaga Dume replied. “And get your feet off the table! People eat there!”“So?”“Do it or I kill you.” Mazeka rolled his eyes and did as he was told, leaning forward.“So?” he repeated. “What is it?”“I’d like to hire you for a voyage.” Turaga Dume began. “The Matoran Vultraz has recently been placed in jail, and his hold on the diner expires next week. I’m eager to re-claim it and crush him, but I need help.” Mazeka snorted.“How do you need help?” he asked. “You have all of Metru-Nui at your disposal. You have the guy in jail.”“I am aware of that. He has already escaped with the help of his friends, and by now will be back in Dine-Metru.”“Oh yeah... he bought that Metru off of you last year with Ta-Metru. It was all over the news.”“Yes, well, if I can get him dead or exiled from Metru-Nui, then those two Metru will then belong to me.” Turaga Dume informed him. “Thus everything will be perfect again.” The Ko-Matoran was silent for several minutes, pondering.“I still don’t see why you want my help.”“I understand that you have a personal feud with Vultraz... you could do whatever you wish to him.” Turaga Dume informed the gang leader. “Very well.” Mazeka decided. “I’ll help you.”“Good.” Turaga Dume smiled. “I was beginning to fear I would have to kill you. Balta will show you the weapons chamber. You can take anything you want.”Mazeka nodded and followed Balta out of the Conference Room, leaving Turaga Dume alone. Anything I want, eh? Mazeka thought. Dangerous words, Turaga. This voyage... shall be interesting indeed. The Diner: Vultraz jumped off of Krika’s back, dragging Kopeke with him.“So you’re scared of heights, eh?” he asked the Ko-Matoran.“Shut up.” Kopeke muttered, shivering.Vultraz turned to Antroz and Icarax. “Throw this guy in the dungeons with the others. And I want you two to help guard now.”The two Makuta nodded and began dragging Kopeke away. “Uh... what others, sir?” Mutran asked.Vultraz glanced at the Makuta, a frown on his face.“What?”“Oh, nothing...” Vultraz said, still frowning. “I thought you were a pile of goop, that’s all... hmm....”“Um... okay....” Mutran trailed off. “Anyway, what others?” “Oh, right.” Vultraz nodded. “We got Lewa Phantoka, Matoro Mahri, Kopaka Phantoka, and Pohatu Phantoka captured. Along with several others over the last few months. Maybe I’ll show you sometime.”“I see. Is that where Avak, Reidak, Vezok, and Thok disappeared to five months ago?”“Oh, no!” Vultraz shook his head. “We ate Avak, remember? Avak Stew.”“Ah, right.”“You have such a bad memory.”“What?” “Hold on a minute...” Vultraz trailed off, “Where’s Jaller?” To Be Continued... Next time on Vultraz’s Journey Returns:

“Hey Vezok?”“Yeah Reidak?”“When do you think we get to leave?”“Why would you want to leave?”“It’s too dark.”“Baby. At least we get pizza every day.”“I’m sick of pizza.”“Stop complaining, Reidak. Good grief.”

    >> We go to the Dungeons! Another jail! Who’s locked up down there? Find out next time on Vultraz’s Journey Returns! How was it? This is one of my worse chapters, to be honest; far too chaotic. The next one should be better. -ibrow
  17. How exactly is Omegafest going to work? Do we just post stuff in our blogs? Because the comment system on the Blogs now makes me not really want to announce stuff using them. -ibrow
