Just so you know, bonesii, that part disturbed me too. It is kinda creepy that the Toa never seemed bothered by it.

Yeah, Hahli Historian, they did everything normal Kanohi do, so for example the Toa aren't weakened. They just did more besides, including being alive.What I'm curious about is what happened to their consciousnesses -- they were apparently basically killed by the Ignika, which nobody in the story or among the fans besides me has ever apparently been disturbed by. I wonder if spirit remnants of theirs might still be attached to what the masks became, and perhaps they could come back? Or are they more like very simplistic minds with no personality beyond training for their powers, thus there was no real loss?

I'd think they were more... simple. Like spidermite intelligence; no personality, no feelings, barely being actaully alive, just sentient with a purpos.

I like the interesting body details of the Piraka, especially the bits on the inner arm. Very interesting to look at.That said, you need to relink your image for your "biosona", it currently links to the Deviantart page, not the image like it needs to.

The only Bionicle movie I enjoyed watching was the last one.The comics, books and serials had a much better story to them.I was disappointed that hardly anything of the comics etc was used in the movies.

The Skakdi... didn't come out well to say the least...I'll be doing him again some day, after I've scribbled a hundred try-outs.

Well, the whole mind boggling thing about the photon is that it has no mass:

The stuff you put about Heartlights makes sense, but the other stuff seems very much just speculation. At the end of the day I feel that it could be more complex than that, I mean, how does Mata nui function, and what's to say the same isn't applicable to the Matoran? When Greg said that real life physics don't apply to Bionicle, I took it to mean 'Don't try and read to much into some things'. When you start to think about the anatomy of the beings in a story, I would feel that's looking at a story in too much detail. I suppose the knowledge might be necessary if you're thinking about viruses and such that do feature in the story, but I personally am of the school of thought that sayes 'this does this' without needing to know why, because it's only a story.

Its the only way I can draw Bionicles actually .This is not my usual style, I draw people (humans and alien alike) different.I would've added more drawings, since I made a few others when BZPower was offline... but whenwe moved the trailer was left open and it rained...
