Walk Away The Pounds actually makes it really fun, for me at least. there's a lot of moves done aside from plain walking that work different muscles, and keep you from getting fatigued/bored.Only two links now.

fifty-one days now. fifty tomorrow. Woo! Almost twenty days in!I'm only going to the weights+walking until my fourth week, then I'm adding in bits and pieces of other programmes, like P90X, and such. Basically adding a double dose of cardio.I'm thinking about it...and I'm not caring. Now get off.
