IC: DesukaDesuka paused for a moment. Something seemed mildly suspicious about this guy."Er... Yes... We are..." he replied, thinking as he did so. The other Toa had asked them whether they needed help, and now didn't want them to leave. Was he trying to stop them getting somewhere?OOC: He's suspecting him, but for all the wrong reasons. I smeeelll SitCom!

IC: Blade"But couldn't your efforts be better spent stopping the floating slave colony, or putting criminals behind bars? Did you know that the Casseticons were let off with no penalty, despite the crimes they're responsible for?"

IC: Desuka"Then we'll find them, and bring them too to justice. We have time." Desuka replied. He wasn't one to get frustrated easily, but this guy was a bit of a nut.

IC: Blade"You're missing the point." Blade sighed. "I mean, that there are people actively suffering while you search for one being."

[Wotz]

IC: DesukaDesuka whirled around, his gaze rife with fury and his words bitter, like he didn't want them in his mouth, "And what, may I ask, do you suppose we do about it? Click my fingers and magically fix all the problems in the world? Do you think standing here arguing with me will help those people? Why don't you do something to help the world, rather than standing in the desert slandering people who are searching for mass-murderers and agents of darkness?"But he didn't shout. Or even raise his voice a little. That was the most terrifying thing. His tone was utterly calm, and calculating.

[Krayzikk]

IC: Blade"I think you should calm down." Blade said calmly. "And stop making accusations."

[sunflower]

IC: Tirra"What accusations?" the miniature Toa asked. "All I hear is something about you slowing us down, and us really needing to get going.""Which is true."

[Wotz]

IC: Desuka"Now, if you'll excuse us, we've got bad guys to catch." Desuka replied, once again preparing to leave.

[Krayzikk]

IC: BladeA smile spread across Blade's face. "What if I told you I saw your Toa friend?"

[Wotz]

IC: Desuka"I'd ask why you didn't tell us before... And what you know about your master's plan." Desuka replied without turning around, realising the truth.

[Krayzikk]

IC: Blade"I don't know what your talking about." Blade said, a look of confusion flicking across his face. "I didn't tell you because he asked me not to tell people. I didn't see anything wrong in that, so I didn't. Lots of people don't want to be followed these days."He shrugged. "I wanted to make sure you were who you say you are. You seem to Bevin the up and up."

[Wotz]

IC: DesukaA sigh escaped Desuka. they didn't have time for this."Where did he go?"

IC: Blade"This way." Blade started walking.

[Wotz]

IC: DesukaDesuka warily followed, concentrating to create a sound around Tirra's ears that sounded like his voice saying, "Be on your guard. For everything, even this strange guy we're following. I'm not sure what's going to happen."His lips didn't move, since he wasn't actually speaking, and no one would be a able to hear it other than her.

IC: TirraShe flashed a grin at the Toa of Sonics, both because she heard and because they were about to find the Makuta Follower. It was mostly the first one, the seconds was just cover-up.

IC: BladeFocusing, Bkade shifted the piece if metal he had left at camp into words: Follow at long distance.Flame grinned, gathered her gear, and started to follow. At her range, even a sonics Toa would be hard pressed to hear her.

[Wotz]

IC: Desuka"I may have to toss you. Like literally, throw you, if things get heated up. I can't have you dying as well, if we get ambushed." Desuka told Tirra, using the same trick as before to conceal his words.

IC: TirraThe miniature Toa shook her head slightly. No, she was gonna stay with him.

[Athmos]

IC(Tosp): Tosp continued his scanning of the Po-Koro crowds. He glanced at Kythera, she was still there. He cleared his voice a little. "Why do you wear that cloak in this heat?" he asked.

IC: Kythera"Hmm...?" the Vortixx said, clearly lost in thought for a moment, "Oh, right. So I don't attract attention."And she would attract attention without it, mostly from males, but it was still attention. Kythera needed to disappear sometimes.

[Athmos]

IC(Tosp): "I've learned cloaks make you stand out more. That's why I stopped wearing one." he replied, pushing a Vortixx out of his way.

IC: Kythera/NPC Makuta Followers"Yes, unfortunatly I stand out even more without one," the Vortixx commented dryly, stepping around a cart. Unknown to the two, two Toa were following them, not-so-nice things on their minds.OOC: Hope you don't mind...

OOC: I don't, I was actually gonna use that other Vortixx in my post for something. :PIC(Tosp): "It's because you're so attra-ack-ack-ack!" he went off, realizing he wasn't thinking about his choice of words.

IC: Kythera/NPCs"I'm so what...?" the Vortixx asked glancing at the Toa. Both fortunatly, and unfortunatly Tosp, a dagger imbedded itself in a wall right next to Tosp; distracting the two of them for a moment.Another one flew out from one of the Toa's belt's, and landed just above Kythera's head. Their knive-throwing attacker, Magnetism by the looks of him, grinned. And his partner took out a massive warhammer.OOC: Hmm... Which NPC do you want to RP? I'll RP whichever one Tosp fights, and you can do the one that Kythera fights. Sound good?

[Athmos]

OOC: I'll fight Warhammer, you fight Magnet. (Thosearetheirnanesnow.) :PIC(Tosp): "Thank Mata Nui." Tosp whispered, he didn't feel like talking to Kythera at the moment. Tosp drew a dagger from his belt and flung it at the Warhammer wielding Toa....IC((NPC)Magnet): He laughed to see his prey's expressions. He flicked his wrist, bringing his two daggers back, before shooting them out again at the cloaked figure....

IC: KytheraThe Vortixx raced foward, sliding under the two knives thrown at her, and unholstering her pistols at the same time. Two packets of pure kinetic energy raced out towards the Toa of Magnetism from her pistol's barrels.Not waiting to see if they hit, Kythera vaulted over a cart and continued on to Magnet.IC: WarhammerTosp's dagger bounced harmlessly off the Toa's Hau-shield. The Toa of Sonics laughed, and sent out a pulse of sonic energy from his hammer towards Tosp. Widening into a cone as it went.Along the market, a few pieces of glass shattered from it.

[Athmos]

IC(Tosp): Tosp pulled his Claymore out and charged at his assailant. He used his mask of strength to leap high in the air, over the coming sonic attack. It also gave him a chance to get close to the Warhammer wielding Toa, close enough to slice at him... IC:(Magnet) Magnet dodged the first shot, but the second one barely hit his hand. He swore loudly, and used his power over magnetism again. This time he was pulling Kythera's pistols.

IC: KytheraThe Vortixx felt her pistols being pulled towards the Toa, but didn't let go of them. Instead she used the added momentum to enhance a kick aimed at his side.IC: WarhammerWarhammer raised his warhammer, blocking the swing on the grip. However, Tosp's Pakari strength sent him back a few steps. He cursed, and then swung his weapon at Tosp's head.

[Athmos]

IC:(Tosp): Tosp stood quickly after landing, unfortunately, standing right in the path of the warhammer. It collided with his armor, sending off to the side. It didn't hurt badly, his armor protected him, but it did bruise him under it. He tossed another knife towards the Toa, aiming for his left hand.IC(Magnet): Magnet grabbed Kythera's leg and threw it back. Although he managed to block it, it knocked off balance. He waved his hand again, pulling his daggers towards Kythera, from behind.

IC: KytheraThe first dagger slammed into her back, going through her thin armor all the way up to the hilt. Realising what was coming next, Kythera, painfully, jumped over the Toa.She landed behind him, and pressed the barrel of one of her pistols to his back. Then pulled the trigger. She was managing to ignore the pain, for now.IC: WarhammerThe Toa of Sonics, so pleased when he actually got a hit, didn't notice the dagger untill it was too late. The knife stabbed through his palm, causing him to drop his hammer. Warhammer screamed in pain, and then that scream became a power-scream directed at Tosp.IC: CikrenThe Toa of Ice nodded. "It is fine. You might be able to spot something from the air that I can't," she pointed out. Cikren, ready to continue on despite the heat, started towards the Po-Wahi canyons.

[The Lorax]

IC (Weta): The hawk (which was really Weta in disguise) flapped its wings and took to the skies. The desert looked different through the bird's eyes, and wherever he looked he saw sharp detail. Where before he had seen an almost featureless plain of sand, the desert now seemed almost as diverse and filled with life as the Le-wahi jungles that had been his home. What it did not reveal was any sign of a bell. He flew off west towards Tiro canyon and the network of others beyond it.

IC: CikrenThe Toa of Ice watched the hawk fly towards the canyons, before taking off at a sprint towards them. With her Calix maintaining her speed and endurance, it was a easy run for her, even in sand. The heat was still a slight problem, but the constant release of cold from Cikren helped a bit.

[The Lorax]

IC (Weta): After travelling for a short while, the two arrived at the mouth of Tiro Canyon. This place was notorious for its dangerous rahi, and Weta thought it was a prime location for Invisable and The Shadow to have planted one of their bells.

[Athmos]

IC(Tosp): Tosp swore and dug his Claymore in the sand. The Sonic wave hit him, tearing him from his weapon and shot him into a hut. Most of the hut collapsed on him when he hit, but he managed to pull himself out. With a bloody face and cracked armor, Tosp drew his axe and charged at the Sonics Toa.IC(Magnet): Magnet became crippled, waist down from the pistol shot. As he screamed in pain, the second knife flew into his chest, burying about half-way. As he collapsed to the ground, he gave a sinister smile. "Where did that first knife go?" he asked, as he gave his hand a violent twist. The knife then twisted in Kythera's back.

[Krayzikk]

OOC: Alright, time to see if I can jumpstart this again...IC: BrukinBrukin scowled under his helm, and stretched, the muffled by his armor. "Alright then. Makuta followers. Gentleman, I think our priorities just changed."

[sunflower]

OOC: The pistol shot should have blown him back or something. Eh, whatever.IC: KytheraA gasp came from the Vortixx, and she almost fell from the sudden pain in her back. Holding off anything else coming from her mouth, Kythera aimed her pistol at Magnet's head. She fired, and the kinetic force coming from the weapon would be enough to knock him out.IC: WarhammerUpon seeing his partner on the ground with a knife in him, Warhammer did the smart thing and backed away slowly from the charging Toa.His eyes were pretty wide.IC: EmbokThe Toa of Plasma nodded and said, "Agreed."Adressing the rest of the gathered beings he said, "We should get moving, soon."

[Protodite Karzahni]

OOC: Okey dokey, here we go.IC: DynraSmirking, Dynra stretched as he stared up into the expansive sky far above him, watching the clouds float by. Shrugging, he sat up and promptly leapt to his feet. "I'm ready when the rest of you slow-ussals are."

[Mad Scientist BioBeast]

IC:Jozu"Thank goodness." Jozu said. "I already ran around the island once, and was starting to think I'd have time to do it again before we moved out..." He did things like that when bored, or not paying attention. "Nei, I take it your gonna come with us?"

[Athmos]

OOC: I sort of figured with it so close, it just blowed his spine out, instead of launching him forward. IC(Tosp): Tosp didn't slow his charge at the retreating Toa. He swung his axe at him, using his Pakari to increase the speed of the swing. He aimed for the Toa's knees... IC(Magnet): Magnet's smile stopped as soon as it started. The shot from pistol slammed into his head, knocking his mask off and rendering him unconscious.

OOC: Makes sense.IC: KytheraThe Vortixx winced, and pulled the dagger out of her back. It was amazing she hadn't passed out from blood loss and the pain. "Help...?"IC: WarhammerPut simply, the Toa's Pakari-swing knee-capped him. The Toa of Sonics fell to the ground, clutching his legs.IC: NeiThe Ga-Matoran thought about it for a second, looking from one being to the next. Nei took a deep breath, and said, "Ok!"She promply latched herself onto Brukin's leg. Embok looked at her as if he were going to tell her to go back to Ga-Koro, but figured it would be easier to protect her when she was near.
