Misprints

Hey there,

I've been a Bionicle fan for quite a while now and I created an account here because I need your help.

Recently I have gone through my part collection again and I found these

I found this solid blue noble Ruru, wich I believe to be a misprint. When I found this one I remembered that I had at least two other misprints. I wasn´t able to find these now though. I also found a few of these unprinted Skrall shields. I actually bought them like this from a toy store that sells individual Lego pieces a few years ago. They sold these in bags so I just got a few. I've seen them before on the Internet, but I never knew if they are of any value.

So now my question is, does anyone know how much these are worth? As for the other misprints, I'm pretty sure I have a solid green Ruru, but I forgot about the other ones. When I got these I didn't really know much about misprints in general and I just recently found them again.

Any help is really appreceated! :) dsc_0139.jpg

No problem. The noble ruru in Mata Blue, Gali's primary color, is definitely a misprint. The only shade of blue which that mask was intended to be printed in in 2001 was this color: http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Transparent_Light_Blue This looks like it's the color of your noble ruru: http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Bright_Blue Is that right; it looks as though its that color from your picture. The noble ruru in that color sells for between 11-25 dollars on Bricklink, which is a large dealer of Lego parts; it's pretty valuable, and you're lucky to own one.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about your Skrall shields in solid black- you'll have to look for another person to get an explanation on those. Good luck with your blue Ruru.
