So you have two rods, 5 'matoran arm/legs', and 5 'shoulder' pieces. You also have those two flat pieces that go between the knuckles to keep the fingers spaced out, they have two + holes for the two rods. I'm pretty sure they're metru-grey, but I wanted to make sure.
