Do the Nestle promos count as actual pieces?

They seem to have Technic pin holes and Kanoka/Rhotuka like pieces. Do they count as actual LEGO/Bionicle pieces?

I have the White Piraka - Thok set, minus the disk, and I would say yes - they do. I've used mines in the Exo-Skakdi MOC for the BFTGM, which you can see in my signature below.

I don't know, but they do have 'LEGO © 2006' on the pieces, like they do have on any other piece.

 

Also, most polybags don't even have official set numbers.

Most of it isn't really legible but you can see that it seems to have all the usual copyrights and codes in addition to the LEGO © 2006 that Boidoh mentioned. I'd say they're real pieces.

 

It's a shame they're not real Kanoka or Rhotuka, though.

I'd say they're as real as the Tohunga were, which is to say, yeah, sure.

 

I have Jaller. It's pretty nice and does have the usual legalese, and works perfectly with other Lego. I used to have mini Nestle Jaller mounted on Jaller's shoulder....fun times.

I assume they are since they were produced by LEGO. They're as official LEGO as the Mctoran I'd say.

No, because Lego didn't make those. Bootlegs can count as Lego-compatible, but aren't Lego pieces themselves.

And if there were, it would be fraud. What counts as a Lego piece usually extends only to parts designed by Lego (hence the copyright) that are produced with their permission. A bootleg or fan-made recast of a real Lego part is not itself real Lego whether or not it includes the copyright information, because that permission has not been granted.
