I got mine at a record shop for like five bucks. I'm seeing a copy on Amazon right now for 18 cents plus shipping. the remaster is universally hated by fans, and for good reason. Dave Mustaine couldn't find the master tapes of his vocals for like half the album and had to either use demo takes or re-record them completely, and it sounds awful compared to the original. the mix is also absolutely horrible. no idea what they were thinking.
