I do have to wonder how they came up with the idea of surgery Mixels, though.The themes do seem to be getting more and more specific. Back in 2014 it was things like, 'fire,' 'slime,' and, 'electricity.' Now it's, 'pirates,' and 'television news crew.' I'm guessing the designers have regular brainstorming sessions where they come up with all sorts of crazy ideas, then prototype some things, and see what works. With over twenty different tribes of Mixels, it has to be getting harder and harder to come up with new ones, so I don't envy those guys.
