There's way too much black on the armor instead of light green.I agree with this. Another thing that Toxic Reapa has but this doesn't is a mutant sort of look. IMO, this looks more like a robotic villain that would make a good set in 2011, but not mutant/toxic-looking enough.Keep working, and this MOC will get better! By the way, the hat doesn't exactly fit in well. At least I can see that there's more green on him. Great job on improving the MOC! The piece on top of the head looks like a hat. :3I like the legs, they're designed nicely.
