Name's Shade, she's a Shifter. Spared the city when she could have blown it all up by shooting the mess hall, and shot down a Con who tried to rescue her. As far as I know, she doesn't want to be a Con at all. The message was sent out loud as well, so Shade could hear it.

I mean, Basilisk said he heard Alphonus as Optimus, and I canonized it since I can't really imagine him with any other voice.
