Hapori Tohu
A street artist going by the name Megx has created a Lego bridge with an area of 250 square meters in Wuppertal, Gemany. The bridge is so sturdy it can hold up constant heavy traffic under varied weather conditions and that's exactly what it's being used for. Oh yeah, unfortunately it's not made of the actual plastic, as neat as that would be. But he's done an awesome job painting the underside to give the illusion of being made from larger-than-life bricks. If you live in or around the area, why not go give it a look?View the full article Quote News Forums Q&A

FrozenFlash
That's cool. The detail on it looks great. It would be pretty cool if it was held up by the real bricks but then again, it won't hold up so well.
Gatanui
That's pretty sweet. Doesn't surprise me that it would happen in Germany, though.-don't touch my pocket protectorWhy? :PI found this months ago (on the Internet, that is) but why was I too lazy to report it that day? It´s possible I had one of my final exams then but it´s not like it matters now anyway. Seriously, though, it´s great someone would do that. Personally I´d expect that to happen in Denmark. -Gata Edited July 12, 2012 by Gatanui Quote - Gata Please don't use my avatar or signature without permission, thanks! Toa Smoke Monster
This looks awesome. I would be even cooler if it were made of real Lego bricks, but this is still cool. Why can't there be a bridge like this in TX? Quote Everyone is one choice away from being the bad guy in another person's story.
Paleo
Personally I´d expect that to happen in Denmark. I would too, but I also kinda wish there could be one where I live Quote Flickr
Meiko
Sounds cool, but sadly, I'm nowhere near Germany. It's possible that more LEGO street artists will start doing this as well. Nuparu1995
Sweet! I'm glad it isn't made of actual Lego bricks, or I could never bring myself to drive across something like that.
