I'm still amazed that I made it to the finals (and semifinals) for the very first time in my whole entire life ever. Although my MOC itself was apparently well-built enough to get me to the finals, it didn't get many votes as I might have liked, which I think was in large part due to the title and backstory I cooked up.

I've been experiencing extreme BZP-backlog. Every time I try to get on to complete unfinished business, I get smacked upside the virtual head with a slew of BMs. It also doesn't help that I'm busier than usual due to the preparations for my grandma's 80th birthday party (To be held at our house because we have a large house and a ridiculously large (11 sibs on my mom's side) extended family).
