Today I went to Wal-Mart hoping to buy a couple Squidman Escapes for BrickCon. I had grabbed the sets and was checking out when the cashier remarked on the sets' price. One. Dollar. Each. I finished checkout, ran out to my car, and then went back in by another way and bought the remaining sets. So now I have five Squidmen for what would ordinarily have bought me one. Yay!
The one nasty bit of my college experience so far this year has been my chemistry class, which I was somehow enrolled in without even knowing about the prerequisites I've blatantly failed to fulfill. Parts of it seem straightforward, and I start thinking "I can do this," but then something comes up that causes me to eat my hat in terror. Well, that's not what happens, but it's like a metaphor or analogy or Hitchhhiker's reference or something. I'm tired. So anyway, I was doing this quiz that's s
That whole sidebar has these dancing lock things superimposed on it. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I going mad?
Bumpedit: Isolated it and killed with AdBlock.
So why not vote...for meeeeeee! *gollum*

Oh, I posted another MOC. It's in the BBC for the few poor souls who've not yet seen it.
Also addicted to Katy Perry lalalalala--SLEEP DEPRIVED MADNESS.

Because sometimes it's fun to be this way.
Rather Good Quesadillas
Ingredients:
Two tortillas
Doritos enough to cover tortilla
Shredded cheddar cheese enough to cover Doritos
Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions:
Layer Doritos in fun geometrical shapes on one tortilla. One layer should be sufficient. Cover Doritos with cheese, drown everything in Tabasco, cover cheese with second tortilla, and microwave for one minute or until cheese is melted.
Possibly better with other Dorito flavors, sour cream and other toppings. Must inve
Listening to Still Alive in Japanese for some reason. o.O
Enjoying these last few days of freedom while I can.
Also learned the Spanish for "walrus." Kookoo-kachoo.
It occurs to me that I should have made it clearer that this is a Binkmeister MOC. Oh well. I expect the final poll to be full of Piyufii anyway. And a Ninjo or two.
The meeting of the San Francisco Keira Knightley Appreciation Society will now come to order.
Also, my clone showed me a bit of Breaking Dawn yesterday. It's hilarious how bad it is. And yes, we met up at the library yesterday. I'd say more, but I don't want to blow Jason's cover.
And then I went to McDonald's, where the girl at the windows flirted with me outrageously. 'twas rather fun. :3
I may or may not enter BBCC55. I still haven't finished my new entry.

Also, I turned on the light in my bedroom to find a FREAKING HUGE spider on my floor. I didn't want to kill it because it would probably take me with it, plus I had bare feet, so I let it outside instead. MLIA.
The thickness of the filling must be greater than or equal to the combined thickness of the two slices of bread.
A variation on this law may also hold true for pizza.
Its name is Hex. I have tricked it out with Lego and other stickers in accordance with the prophecy for the glory of Japan because I felt like it.
Props to ChocoFroco for accelerating my conversion to Firefoxianism. This TNG persona is most wesome. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go finish my entry for BBCC55.
Unless of course we happen to be the local newspaper, because guess what the front pages of two sections, a special section by itself, and a couple more articles were devoted to? Not commemorating 9/11, that's for sure. No, no, apparently Forks and Port Angeles are celebrating Stephenie Meyer Day in conjunction with her Mary Sue's Bella's birthday! This would of course be bad enough by itself, but combined with the paper's almost complete lack of observance of the 9/11 anniversary, I got righteo
The fact that she lives in the same town and is going to the same college is a bonus. How have I never met her before?
And yes, she is the reason I'm posting this at 4am. :3
Vive le House-Elf Liberation Front!
Powered by equal parts magic and MacGuffin solar engines, the HELF Boucanier Starboat sails the spaceways, boarding ships with its comically oversized grappling hook and then raiding their sock drawers.
I bought a laptop.I'm on a boat.I'm going to write a novel.I'm growing a moustache.I might have a girlfriend.I went to an ex-coworker's quinceañera and it was awesome. And I leave it to you to guess which of the above is false.
For the month of September the facility (cont. 3 pools, 2 cardio/weight rooms, 2 racquetball courts, 1 gymnasium, 2 locker rooms, misc. others) at which I work is closed for maintenance and cleaning. Fool that I am, I signed up to work during the closure and have subsequently been subjected to many new and exciting experiences, such as: Peering into a twelve-foot pit of deathLugging huge slabs of concrete around and injuring my handThe women's locker roomNot with any women in it, thoughTearing o
Not really. But it's like the only variation on that theme I haven't seen immortalized in .jpg format.
So some of us peeps were playing Concentration and the category was Star Wars characters. Everyone else had gotten out and my sister and I were shooting back and forth with fairly obscure people like Iella Wessiri and Tycho Celchu. But then I said "Admiral Ackbar!" and my sister blurted "It's a TRAP!" So I triumphantly proclaimed that I had gamed her system and that was that. Plus laughter.
