Okoto and Names

Given how most of the characters of Okoto have dull names like 'Protector of FIre', with only Ekimu, Makuta, and Kulta (Skull Grinder) being the only non-Toa with names, I'm going to be assuming that names are earned on Okoto, not simply given, and that it is very disrespectful on Okoto to name yourself without consulting whoever is in the leading positions first. Ekimu and Makuta earned their names through mask-making. Kulta named themself, and dishonoured the people of Okoto by doing so. As a

Skull Warrior

Skull Warrior came in the mail today.   Gear function doesn't work that well with the bow (well DUH).   The new armour add-on piece honestly doesn't look that good in the way it attaches. It looks kind of awkward compared to the piston piece and the round/square HF add-on pieces, it doesn't really try to cover up the area where it attaches. Five Faction Face-Off (Potential Mafia-Sort-Of-Spin-Off Idea)

LEGO Movies and Animations

You know how some people complain about the G2 animations?   Thank goodness we didn't get mostly terrible 75-minute CGI movies. That would have been even worse. Remember a few days ago, when I asked for ridiculous names?     You may notice that it says '0 of 1 display name changes' and that the 'New display name' text box is empty. Written in Stone

When Vakama said 'Our destinies are not written in stone, we have to find them/write them for ourselves ' or something, I took it literally in 2005.   I imagined Vakama had a stone tablet and was etching his destiny into it. Imagine if destiny actually worked that way. I think it'd be more interesting than some 'because Destiny said so' stuff.

Confidence

If there's one thing I've always lacked, it's confidence. That's not a bad thing despite what some will say.   Yet apparently, lack of confidence is a problem. When someone is confident and does good, it's 'determination'. When someone is confident and does bad, it's 'arrogance'.   I'd much rather doubt myself than be arrogant any day.
