Today I took that diesel train to Stony Point (though I nearly missed it because roadworks made it almost impossible to find a carpark). The seats on the diesel were very comfy, and made the trip much more enjoyable. Stony Point itself, however, was boring. All it was was a jetty, a caravan park and a fishing area. For a long time I didn't know what I wanted to be when if I grow up, out of animation or games programming. At last I've decided: I want to become an animator!
The next question is, what kind of animator? I'm mainly considering either sprite animation, general digital animation, traditional animation or atop-motion animation (atm 3D digital animation is beyond my reach).

Decided to add a new category tag: trains! I'll update some of my older train-related entries with it shortly. When I move out, I might build a small model railway in or under my house, using HO scale models of V/Line trains. All of a sudden interest in my club has gone up! In the past 9 hours we've had three new members join the group, including, as of just moments ago, our 20th member! This branch of the club has nearly reached the peak it was at when it was originally run by Brawl and Megatron's Beak (known back then as PAPER SPEAKERS WAT). So I've started a new series of stories on my [Removed. Please do not mention sites with forums.-Nukaya], called Victorian Railways. It's a fact-based fiction about the railways of regional Victoria, and the trains that run on them, set from 1986, eventually leading up to now. Each story will be told from the point of view of the trains themselves. Some stories will even be about real-life events. The first episode has been published, and a second is in progress now.

Due to issues with the "free" web host provider now charging excessive amounts of money to keep the website running, apparently due to the site getting a large amount of unique visitors, we have had to move the website to a new host, and therefore change its domain. As part of the move, I have also given the site a minor overhaul. Its banner has been updated, the unused chatroom removed, and other parts of the website tidied up. The Enter button on my MacBook Pro broke into pieces, so I'm getting it repaired. However, they are replacing the entire keyboard, so repairs will take a week. So, my activity on BZPower will be reduced until I get it back.
I only just got up, and as always, the first thing I did (even before having breakfast :/) is go on BZPower. So, there's this train line that runs between Geelong and Ballarat, outside Melbourne's Metropolitan area. I feel like taking a look down there to see what that line's like. I now have 4 weeks off TAFE, which gives me plenty of time to do some train trips around the Melbourne metropolitan area!
