It's the issue with BZPower these days - there's no respect. Some Staff members who should be listened to don't have masks and the people that, sometimes, aught not get any attention are the people with masks - OBZPCs, which to me come in three types and I won't go into that here.

The incident that I'm thinking of was with a member who knows I'm staff and has known that I'm staff. I don't think the masks are at fault here.

I think what the problem is is other forums; BZP is one of the few forums out there where peace is actually kept. In my experience at least most other forums are filled with spam, trolling, flaming, the likes, and the staff are effectively guys that got on the good side of the person running the forum.

My point being, some people are use to forums were it's basically the wild west, whileas BZP is the more civilized city. So they aren't use to having the rules actually enforced.

Some people get warned, realize this is serious, and cut it out. Others laugh and keep doing it.

I believe there actually are supposed to be Forum Mentor masks--I know we RKs are supposed to have some--but really, the problem is just general disrespect.

FORUM MENTORS ARE JUST AS MUCH STAFF AS MODS AND ADMINS! (AND REFERENCE KEEPERS!)

People just don't respect you guys because you can't close topics, it seems.

There's actually a really subtle context clue in the first sentence that should key you guys in on the fact that the person in question knew that I was staff.

I not only feel like that this blog was posted before, but that every single reply here has been posted before as well.
