I do count the lever and the base as separate pieces, but I don't count the stand, so you're in luck.

I should have said it earlier - that Monty Python reference in there was great.

Now that I've started thinking about it, 4 of the Bionicle Stars sets are under 20 pieces...so it's a little embarrassing that the MOC I was thinking of for this isn't.
